The six-hour round trip drive was worth it to work with Glenn Hatch.The trailer we ordered was ready. Glenn made us feel comfortable and welcome. We highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent experience with Riley and Glenn at Big Tex Trailer World in South Royalton Vermont. The trailer style I was looking for was in stock. Riley sent me extra pictures before I made the almost 3 hour ride up to the dealership. Glenn made the process smooth and easy. I am very satisfied with everything.

We were camping in New Hampshire, and our site had a large, 5 deep puddle/mosquito breeding zone, so we got permission to move to a different one. The new site was uphill, through mud, and in the process we caught our jack stand and dragged it to a 45 degree angle so we couldn t unhitch our tow vehicle. While my husband removed the old jack stand, I got online and found Big Tex. The fellow I talked to on the phone was super nice and checked that they had the right replacement in stock. Once we got there, they straightened out our trailer tongue and found us a new jack stand that is higher up off the ground and had us back on the road all in about 15 minutes, and at a very reasonable price. Couldn t be happier! A+++ to Big Tex!

Superlative Service at Big Tex Trailer World-South Royalton, VT. Bought a beautiful utility trailer yesterday from this dealership. Salesman (Glenn Hatch) is simply the nicest person to do business with and was extremely helpful. The dealership is immaculate and easy to find off Exit 3 on I-89. Would highly recommend going there for your trailer purchase. They have some amazing horse trailers too! Delightful experience all around.

I drove two hours to buy a small car hauler from here and it was definitely worth the trip. Glenn is a really nice guy and is great to deal with. Their pricing is excellent too. The trailer itself seems to be of great quality with well thought out construction, especially considering it's the "economy" model. I'm sure it will last me many years. If I ever need anything trailer related again, I won't hesitate to make the trip.

Glen Hatch was well informed, professional and easy to work with. My trailer and paper work were ready when I arrived. Mona was also very helpful getting me the accessories I needed. Glen hooked up the new trailer and I was on my way within 30 minutes.

I purchased a 70CH trailer from Big Tex of South Royalton. The process was easy and quick. After speaking with Glenn earlier in the week, I arrived at 8:25 AM and had completed the paperwork and was hooked on and headed home by 8:50 AM.

Glenn and his team at this location are amazing! We came all the way up from Connecticut to buy from here and we were not disappointed. Not only did Glenn work with us over the phone to find the right trailer but was so helpful when we arrived with making adjustments to my jeep to make sure that the wiring and brakes were all working properly. We are so happy that we found them and will absolutely be back when it s time for another trailer!

We were in desperate need of our lift gate being swapped from an old delivery truck to a new one. They scheduled, performed all the work and even installed better operating controls. The work was done well, take off parts returned in great shape and was completed on the day promised. I have managed fleets and worked with numerous shops over the course of my career and place this location within the top 3 shops in VT and NH.Chad Slack is the technician who performed our work and we couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, job done and amazingly friendly attitudes. From reception to technician they were great! Pricing was more than fair for the work done, "you get what you pay for" and in this case these folks hit a home run.

Totally thorough professional courteous and expert. We bring our trailer two hours north to have it serviced by Riley and crew every year. Safety is paramount and we always drive away knowing every bit of the trailer has been gone over and serviced as needed but never a push for the unnecessary .Can t recommend too highly.

Just picked up trailer at Big Tex s trailers (formally Lucky s Trailers)in south royalton,VT where they added a 2 foot extension. WOW! They did a super,over the too job! Softened the angle at the trailer bed level a lot.They added heavy duty support in the middle of both sections,two extra handles,heavy duty hinges. And special connectors at the top to hold the two sections together when not in use.Finally a business that exceeds expectations. You dont get that much anymore these days.

I recently bought a truck side plow set up from Lucky's. I chose them because they were the only place i could find a mounting bracket kit for my truck in stock. Fischer is apparently being hit with stock shortages. I was so happy they had one available i decided to buy the rest of the truck side equipment through them as gratitude for having the part i needed. I drove three hours to pick up my order from upstate NY , but unfortunately could not schedule the installation with them because they were booked out a month. I did find another fischer certified dealership that could fit me in two days after i picked up the parts from Lucky's. The fischer dealer performing the install had found the wiring harness bought from Lucky's to be defective. Both places refused to replace the wiring kit. Because it (was electrical) Lucky's wouldn't take it back, but the installing dealership said they could warranty the part if Lucky's could atleast put the fischer part number on a new invoice for me. I spoke to two different representatives from Lucky's who refused to help an otherwise satisfied customer out. I dont know what was so difficult about adding a part number to the invoice so that i wouldn't be stuck buying a new one for almost 400 dollars a few weeks before Christmas. I just wanna say, that I'm a combat veteran of three tours, that I gave my time to serve these people at Lucky's, and ultimately for whatever reason they couldn't lift a finger to help me out in a time of need. That there will be $400 less of presents under the tree this year for my 7 year old daughter because these guys were too busy taking calls from new orders to help out someone who had already purchased something from them. If your a vet please help me out by taking your business elsewhere, they made no effort to help me out, was just another sale they had already made.

We have been working with Glenn for years and have received nothing less than great service and support from him and Luckys. Vermont Generator Systems has purchased many truck bodies and trailers and will continue to do so as long as he is there ! Thanks !

Thank you so much for saving a stranded driver on the side of the road with a flat trailer tire .. you folks were excellent , fast and picked me up and dropped me off in my time of need. I highly recommend Big Tex Trailer World (Lucky's) in Royalton, VT. My rig is not the typical setup for this area but they went above and beyond to keep me safe on the road and keep it in good condition. Thank you for even fixing the cart I had left inside! Can't say enough good things.

Was sold an ASSEMBLED plow and truck side components. Inventory reflected all but one accessory in stock, actual inventory did not have all the parts required for the sale. When I picked the plow up the scoop and retract functions did not work because the lines had not been bled...... this was part of testing after assembly which was paid for and not performed. Another retailer quoted a price 200.00 cheaper for the same plow. Shopping local does not work out unless you re related to the employees...... will only be doing business there as a a last resort.

Bought a new dumping flatbed for my new truck, Rielly was great to deal with, very informative on what we needed to mount, helped give a great deal for us.
