They repaired my Lexus GX460 after It was hit by another driver. They did a great job on the repair, and they were very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend using The Auto Shoppe for any auto body repairs needed.

Our 7 year old Civic looks as good as new thanks to the team at The Auto Shoppe. Both bumpers needed to be replaced after two separate parking lot incidents. They dealt with the insurance companies so we did not have to. They negotiated authentic Honda parts. The team is super friendly and helpful. We couldn't be happier with the service.

These people are committed to customer service and excellent, nearly artistic, auto body repair. They repaired and replaced the entire damaged passenger side of my car and kept me updated as to the scope and timing of the work. They discovered a problem with the battery and recommended replacement, warning me of the possible consequences without in any way pushing me to have them do the work.Their exemplary customer service did not stop when I picked up the car. I noticed an electronic problem with Android Auto and Kurt and Patti spent at least 20 minutes trying to help me with a problem that was NOT caused by the damage or the repair.I Highly recommend The Auto Shoppe !

Elvin, Patty, and Omar I applaud you on all of your great work, professionalism, and quick turn around! My Honda got rear ended and all of these other auto body shops were booking out months and months. The Auto Shoppe just expanded their collision department! Cory, Elvin, and their team were amazing to work with. Up front, honest, and true to their word throughout the whole project. They WILL let you know if it's something that's out of their expertise and will provide you with the facts, none of those wishy-washy b.s. you're used to hearing. They are very efficient and take pride in their work. Their attention to details is second to none.My Subaru WRX needed some exterior installation work (headlights, fog lights, tail lights, and spoiler), and the team was preoccupied and juggling with a lot of projects, but they were willing to accommodate me with my project. My insurance agent recommended the Auto Shoppe for repairing my BMW 328d wagon after a recent accident. The professional staff of Elvin, Corey and Patty provided exceptional service and workmanship that exceeded my expectations during every step of the repair process. Elvin worked closely with the insurance company and local dealership to obtain the appropriate OEM replacement parts for the repair. Coupled with the superb quality paint job, I couldn't be happier knowing that my vehicle has been restored to like new condition. Additionally, the communication during the repair timeline was also excellent. Calls were made and messages left that kept me informed of the repair progress. Without reservation, I recommend the Auto Shoppe. I could not have asked for a better experience.

In Feb. a loose wheel and tire came across the median on route 95 and smashed the front end of my car. I went to the Auto Shoppe and they were wonderful. They met us on a Saturday when they were closed and were very helpful in working with our insurance company. I can't say enough how kind and accommading Patty and her husband were. I love these guys, they have done multiple repair jobs for me over the years and always do an outstanding job. The people are awesome, they are professional and the work they do is top notch. Highly recommended this shop to anyone needing body work or custom restoration.

This shop really has their stuff together. Quality work and friendly service. Also, unlike many services today, they communicate regularly, deliver on exactly what they say they'll do and document every step of your car's progress, regardless how much extra work that adds for them. Can't recommend them enough...
