I have nothing but compliments to give to all of the South Burlington Mazda Parts & Service Center, along with the entire staff who make up the dedicated team of professionals in the auto industry.I go no place other than the establishment where I purchased my new and improved "zoom-zoom". Quality, care, and friendly faces each and every time I come for my service. This time around I wanted to put on the Window Deflectors on my Hatch and the results are nothing but stunning.Thank you SB Mazda and I'll see you again soon to keep my beauty running like new.

We think that this Mazda service department went way above and beyond to fix our issue and keep us satisfied. It was a complicated issue to resolve but they kept us informed and contacted us with every decision they made. They also advised us of work that was under warranty even though they really didn't wasn't ask. That was a special thing from what I consider a very respectable department. From the technician to the service rep. (Shawna) to the Service Manage (Kyle) everyone was great. Lastly, they supplied a vehicle to use and delivered it to us at our residence because the issue was taking longer than expected. I would recommend this Mazda service department 100 % to anyone that ever asks or reads this review. Top Notch, honest, dedicated and lastly extremely professional and friendly. The Mazda Service Team is exceptional. From the front desk to the technicians, they provide the highest quality of service, personal attention, and professionalism. The videos they send of the work on your car are very informative. I recently needed help to replace the rear wiper and Kyle, the Service Manager did it on the spot as a courtesy!

The Team at South Burlington MAZDA are fantastic! They do an outstanding job from Sales, to educating me on AppleCar - when ever I have had a question, to Service - they scheduling me in when needed & waiting in the guest lounge is a pleasure. I have driven a MAZDA since 2004 when the Logo was ZOOM ZOOM. South Burlington MAZDA is doing a GREAT Job of keeping me moving forward and on the road! Thank you

South Burlington Mazda has always done a great job for me. I bought my car from them and always go there for service. The team is really professional and friendly and I trust them. I appreciate the thorough videos they send me every service check, and I ve never had any complaints with their work or trouble with getting a quick appointment.

Very efficient, thorough and professional! Great waiting room with fresh popcorn, coffee and cold drinks! Vehicle was in for an oil change and they checked suspension, brakes, tires, exhaust system, fluid levels, belts, battery, cabin and air filters.They always send me link to video of my service.Great experience!

The team at South Burlington Mazda is one of the best. From Sales to Service, I have always been taken care of and never felt pressured to buy/lease or fix something on my car that was not needed. I have had multiple Mazdas, and taken them for service in four different states, and the team at SB Mazda is the fastest and most efficient with the highest quality standards and I cannot recommend them enough. Easy, detailed, extremely quick. Exactly what you'd want from a service department. Solid waiting room with two tv's and plenty of plug ins and concessions for your wait. Haven't had any real problems with my Mazda yet but very quick oil change appointments!

I always have a pleasant experience at South Burlington Mazda service center. The staff are thoroughly professional, courteous and very accommodating. The engineers at the back do a top job at communicating work items via truvideo and following through with great work on the car.Highly recommend this service center, thanks for all the great work :)

I have been a part of the Mazda South Burlington family for 3yrs now and couldn t be happier. I am a car dealer cynic but I trust these guys! From the detailed service videos to the friendly and efficient service. They also stand behind their work and work with your budget and time constraints!I also applaud Mazda for snapping at the heels of the German 3! It s bout damn time.

UPDATE 1/2024: As noted in my review, I now own a 2024 CX-90 purchased from this dealership. Due to being a very early production model, it's gone back 5 or more times for recalls and software updates. The latest visit was for a Steering Recall Repair, which I experienced the issue first-hand in Dec/2023, but, they could not replicate it during a prior visit because the issue was intermittent.At the end of January 2024, knowing I had experienced this issue earlier, the wonderful advisor there I've worked with, contacted me that a Steering Recall had just come out to resolve my Steering Issue and due to limited parts, they put parts on hold for me and wanted to give me top priority and got me in there only 48 hours later to do the repair.Now that IS customer service. Considering MAZDA will be snail mailing affected customers for this recall by mid March/2024, I really felt the dealership and service department went above and beyond for me in getting me in for service so quickly.What can I say other than, my 5 star review here still certainly stands as of my new vehicle. SB Mazda came through again for me in what was a critically important recall and repair this time around that was completed just after the recall was announced! Very Well done!!-----------------------------------------I'm on my 2nd new Mazda purchased from SB Mazda. For my new 2024 CX-90, I'd had an issue for my entire out of state trip during Xmas that needed to be looked at.Unfortunately the issue was not active when I went to have SBM look at it. But!......they took it out to be sure, checked the area of concern, checked for any codes and could not replicate the issue. I was advised just to come by spur of the moment if it happened again and I was near-by.I appreciated the hour or more they took to be sure there wasn't anything obvious that needed attention and their offer to come by if it happened again. Fair enough, ...could not ask for more.Shawna is an excellent and knowledgable service advisor as well as being so good and supportive in dealing with customers.Kyle, the Service mgr has also been very supportive and helpful in the times he needed to discuss any issues with me and I've always felt that I've been in good hands there, including through my ownership and maintenance of my previous CX-5.5 stars all around. The entire team (sales-service-parts) there deserves it!

The service staff are wonderful. I couldn t understand why needed to come at 3000 miles for an oil change. They explained because I have a turbo vehicle and the type of oil used and that it uses more oil. I hadn t any idea.

Shawna the service manager is excellent at her job. I had tire issues and she got me in quickly and they fixed my problem at a fair price.
