I feel like a good honest business can be hard to come by these days. If you feel the same way, these are totally your guys. They may not have the plush waiting room of a dealership, but you know you're getting the real deal... No fluff, straightforward information. And that, to me, is what we're all looking for, right?!? I've known Chris and Jason forever and they will not do you wrong. I'm very happy and thankful to know I'm safe with Priority Auto. Thanks guys!!

Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good doctor.Respectful, listened to my needs, gave honest responses, treats you like family, does not try and upsale for things not needed. I'm pleased with the quality of work performed and in a timely manner. I recommend Priority Auto. Hope this review is helpful to others.

This is the best place to take your cars. Chris is always so friendly and we feel welcome to bring our four year old to wait with us. We receive thorough service and fair pricing. Great service, and they do more services than before. Alignments, car sales, great folks !! Just had a fluid undercoating done today, along with a state inspection..in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend! Will do business here again, and again..*** UPDATE. ***Still using them after several years. Great guys, great done at very reasonable prices.WILL be doing business here for years to come. We arrived early, they took our vehicle in early and had us on the road earlier than expected.Service: Transmission

Brought my 2014 dodge journey to them, and despite the damage to the front end they were willing to do all the mechanic work needed so I could see a body shop. Was completely honest and my car is back up running! Fair pricing and good mechanics. I know my car wasn t an easy project but they were very helpful and willing to work on it.

I don t normally leave reviews, but I had to for Priority Auto. After my experience there, I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a mechanic! My car had to have it s power steering rack replaced and they fit me in for an appointment very quickly. When I had to reschedule because of a work conflict, they were very understanding. The employees at Priority Auto are knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The work they do is top notch. I got my car back today and it drives like a brand new car. Super grateful to these guys!

A really great Burlington auto service and auto repair shop! I was able to get a quick appointment and brought my car in for a grinding/squeal noise. They checked it out and made the needed adjustments. Solid customer service, helpful people!

On a road trip and called to get my car checked out. They were the only place I called (of about 10) in the Burlington vicinity that could get me in within 3 days. Ended up deciding to proceed with my travel plans so I made arrangements to get serviced in another city, but they were incredibly kind and fast when making arrangements in Burlington.

I was referred here by another mechanic and was very surprised by the quick appointment they were able to give me, the invoice is super detailed, explaining everything they did and found. Emma and her crew helped us out on a pre-purchase of a vehicle. They were prompt at getting us in. Emma provided personal detailed photos of the condition of the vehicle. It was extremely helpful since we live one the other side of the U.S. I would strongly recommend their smooth hassle free service to anyone!

I run a repair shop in Charlotte NC. For 25 years prior to that I ran Eurotech in South Burlington Vt. I have been in the car repairs for over 30 years. I know my stuff. These guys were quick, and reasonable. My daughter was broken down in a parking lot. Dave and Randy got her back on the road very quickly and made her day. It is just a pleasure to say that some people are honest and trustworthy. These guys are a good group. I would not hesitate to trust your car with them.

bought a really nice car from them that was already super marked down and chris gave me an extra $20 off so i could go get gas and honestly he was so sweet and very nice to talk to i will definitely go back for any repairs i need! also milo (the dog) is such an incredible boy.

Finally a full Auto Repair shop where I trust them 110% Chris and the Crew answered all my questions and made it easy to understand the issues, with no sales pressure. Service and Pricing was Awesome, I now have a great place to have my vehicles taken care of!! Give them a shot and you will see what I mean!

Cool guys. Walked in, they did their thing. The dog is super sweet. Got out, no b.s. I also learned from a poster on the wall, dont attempt to do a wheely with trucks.I thought for sure the manufacture warrentee says, "wheelys reccomended!" after further inspection, my turck manufacturer does not reccomend wheelys in a truck. Proof this place is great.

I have a hybrid car and I m not sure how many technicians are really good with these.I came in to Priority with a whole bunch of peculiar random problems. Technician looked at my list, asked me how old the car was (5 years) and told me he would check my battery and he thought all I needed was a new battery. Not one of the expensive hybrid batteries just a regular battery. Sure enough that was the problem. Fixed everything, In and out in less than an hour. And here I thought I was going to be replacing and on board compute! Great - and really skilled - people.
