During a recent road trip, our camper van broke down and we were incredibly lucky to have made it to Next Generation Automotive. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They took us in an hour before closing and were able to do a diagnostic, taking both my wife and I out to the vehicle to explain and show exactly what was damaged and what needs to be done to repair it. The entire team was extremely accommodating. Mike, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable and had the repairs done quickly. Mike the owner made us feel like a priority. Chris the manager was a great help with things to do in the area while the repairs were made.This shop gave a good price for the services done, knew exactly what they were working on, had good customer experience, got 5 stars from me. I am a resident from other state. My car was rear-ended and towed to your shop. I chose your auto mechanic shop for services based on your reviews. I reached out to see if they could help me with some Audi A4 issues. Mike got the car in, diagnosed, fixed and back on the road immediately for me. At a time where techs are booked solid with easy money tire changes, he still got me in for the dirty work. Much appreciated to you and your tech.

Excellent service and job done. Brought my classic, venerable 1989 BMW M5 to this shop. Team diagnosed the problem within few hours and ordered all necessary parts on the same day. Needless to say my car was running like new on very next day, Mike and his team know their stuff. Definitely will bring my other ride, family SUV to these guys for service.

My car overheated up the road from this garage over the weekend. I brought it there with hopes they could get it in sometime this week. Not only did they get it in on Monday it was finished and ready to go by 1 pm. They are lifesavers! Their reviews speak for themselves. Knowledgeable, fair, and good prices. I couldn t be more thankful for them squeezing me in and figuring out the issue.

Straight forward service that was quick and easy to setup. They diagnosed my engine light problem quickly and the quote wasn't too expensive.-1 point for the extra percentage charge when using credit.Otherwise 10/10

When I say highly recommend. I mean highly recommend! I came in after being told my engine is no good. Which was a shocker since I never had issues with my Car. Brought it in Mike and Chris looked it over and scheduled me for their next available that following Monday. Called with great news letting me know nothing was wrong with my engine and gave me an estimate for the work needed!! Absolutely nothing remotely close to my engine being no good . I agreed to the work and my car was done within hours! They have gained a life long customer with my family. They were kind and accommodating and worked a miracle. I could have believed the first thing I heard and scrapped my perfectly fine car. They were amazing and got the job done. A friend of mine recommended them to me and im glad she did. Passed a state inspection on a vehicle which very clearly would have failed for several reasons if the inspection was legitimate. Vehicle was sold by Prim Auto in Colchester to me the same month it was inspected here. There is very clear fraud being committed between Next Generation Auto and Prim Auto. These two businesses are squeezing money from people for repairs after knowingly passing vehicles with major issues. Do not trust either business.

Chris and his team are the superstars of the Automative industry in the Burlington area! I called 7 auto repair shops for a miracle (I needed the job done on the spot or next day since we were leaving on holiday) and nobody had availability. Until someone recommended Next Generation Automotive and not only they fixed it super fast, great price and Chris gives a great, kind and human customer service!! Totally recommended and will go back every time!!

Absolutely fabulous service! Initially we left our vehicle with Swedish Pit where it sat for 3 weeks, and eventually the guy there said he would not work on our car as he was "too busy". So we called Next Generation Auto and had an appointment within 3 days, and they resolved the engine problem in 2 days. Mike, the owner, and Chris and Josh were all great guys. Mike and I talked about parenting, and getting kids involved in mechanical work. If you need work on your car or motorcyle, I highly recommend Next Gen!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I 10/10 recommend Next Generation Automotive for any of your repair needs! I recently had a terrible experience at The Twisted Wrench auto repair shop, so it was extra relieving to find a repair shop with honest, caring, and trustworthy people! My truck had been completely dying randomly and after being told there was "nothing wrong with it" by The Twisted Wrench, I was feeling frustrated. Mike not only listened attentively to the problems I was having with my truck, but he seemed to immediately have an idea of what might be wrong with it. He took me seriously and was incredibly kind the entire time. He & the rest of the team were not only able to figure out that my radio was installed incorrectly and had killed my battery & alternator, but they also replaced everything and rewired the radio all within the same day. Their prices were extremely reasonable and I felt like I was really heard and that my truck was in good, knowledgable hands. They even gave me a loaner car for the day so that I didn't have to spend extra money Ubering back and forth. I will 100% be returning to Next Generation Automotive for all of my auto needs!! Thank you so much for fixing my truck - I really appreciate all of you & your kindness!!

Driving by, Next Gen looks a bit like a junk yard, with vehicles all around. Driving in, however, you'll find no threatening German Shepherds, no barbed wire--just competent mechanics able to maintain your vehicle at the going rate. And those vehicles? Like you, they've heard about Next Gen and are waiting their turn. Give them a try!

I was on my way in for a state inspection when my car started running poorly, they took the time to diagnose it even though that wasn't what my appointment was for! They recommended that I NOT drive it to work tomorrow in a storm. Gabby was super cool, and she even printed me out a temporary registration and plates so I could drive my other car and not miss a day of work! Rob runs an excellent auto repair shop. His team is attentive, reliable, and extremely pleasant to deal with. He doesn t cut corners but also doesn t make me feel like someone is trying to pull one over on me. We have been coming here for over three years and have been incredibly pleased with every encounter. Whenever I call and have a minor problem, he gets the car in ASAP. I can t recommend Rob and his team enough!

The mechanics here are incredible. They fixed a host of issues, in a timely manner, while doing regular maintenance as well. One particular issue, a slow fluid leak which had been looked at by two other shops over the years, they were able to find and fix. And I want to echo another reviewer. My eleven-year old SUV, with 200,000 tough miles, needs a lot of TLC. Rob prioritized what needed to be done immediately, and what could wait. Great customer service, quality work.

Quick scheduling, great personalized service, friendly staff, and fair pricing. The location is easy to get to and the shop has 3 loner cars for customers. I take my Subaru Impreza here for snow tires, inspections, and tune ups. It s my go to garage! I highly recommend Rob, Next Generation, and their whole crew.

I had Mike take a look at my car for a second opinion on my head lights . Bokan ford in St. Albans. Said i need new housings for my lights. Brought it to Next generation And Mike took one look at it and said all i needed was new bulb's . Next Generation Auto provided exceptional service. My car battery died after dropping off my dog and kids for the day. I called Nextgen and dropped off my keys around 9:30 a.m. They picked up my car, installed a new alternator, fit in an oil change, and had the car ready for pickup by 2 p.m. Throughout they kept me updated on the status and with quotes. I'm so appreciative of them squeezing me in on such short notice and will definitely be back!
