brought in my Grand Cherokee ( bought from a sister dealership) took awhile to get parts and had to go back but overall the service was good, I m confident in the work that was done, friendly people easy to reach

300 to just look at the car then I tell them to fox the bearing they said oh sorry we can t get the part then forced me to pay don t thing I even buy a car here key suck I want my sharer guys back. Then tell me it 500 for labor on a bearing I can do my self on my uncle loft for pent on dollar my uncle friend did the whole job for 500

My chev car was there for weeks, Brenda kept missing items needing repair, day after day would not return calls and messages. Talked to owner, and he blamed my frustration on another dealership. He assigned new person from service dept as my contact. When car was done, I picked up and error lights were illuminated on dash, it wasn t done. Week after week. They put tires on my car and I got 9 texts and calls asking to rate how well they did. I finally asked them not to call. Immediately, within one minute, the phone rang- it was Joanne from the office so cheerful she sounded creepy, asking how my car was running after the tire change. After posting this review Joannes # from Key Chev pops up, calls several times a day, but silence. Unprofessional and childish, reflects poorly on whole team.

more expensive than expected, was quoted just under $200 for parts, and just over it for parts, so total around 400. I was also told it wouldnt take long and may just be looked at this appointment. was told it could be less if it turns out to be an easy fix. Got there and was quoted over $700. It ended up being almost $600 and took several hours. The low quote was quite manipulative, if I had known it was more I would have waited longer to have more padding with my funds, as that's over half my money for the next two weeks and I'm not going to have food money this month. Luckily there's resources for food in the area.

Terrible service, transferred multiple times.Waited all day for a call back.I finally got one and the person I was referred to wasn't able to answer a simple question.They transferred me again hung up on me. I called back and they did it again. It took 2 days and multiple calls and they never answered or booked an appointment. They are very disorganized.Keep in mind I bought my vehicle from them so this is their top tier service.I would not recommend them for buying or servicing your vehicle they are overpriced and they under delivery.

Key Chevrolet was very helpful. I needed to rent a vehicle and they had one for me. I was delighted. The sales person Mery was very kind and helpful 100 % satisfied . it was a quick pick up and drop off .

Brought my Conversion Van in for an inspection right before our family trip they dropped it off the lift and totaled it within an hour. Went without a vehicle for four months and had to finance a used van now in debt for three years.
