Chris Ferguson was an amazing salesman. He didn't pressure me into getting anything except what I wanted. He worked with me nonstop to get me driving in my new 2024 Rav4 Hybrid! He answered all my questions and helped me organize everything even through email! He was great at communicating and made my experience as seamless as possible. Patrick from finance helped me with the coverage I wanted at a price that was doable as well! I'm beyond happy I chose this dealership. It was well worth my hour drive there! I'll continue to use them for all my needs. And hopefully I will be able to purchase another car with Chris and Heritage Toyota again in the future!

Wow!! What great customer service from Heritage Toyota!!!! I just bought a 2022 Tacoma from them and they went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Matt the salesman. He was great and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this dealership over Handy Toyota in STAlbans. Handy Toyota sucks!!!!! They are a bunch of crooks! Come to Heritage Toyota in South Burlington if you re interested in getting a great deal and outstanding customer service!!!

Joe C was any outstanding salesperson. He was always professional and answered any and all questions I had. He was even there when I had my doubts. Patrick was also amazing with the financing department. He made everything run smooth as well. I will definitely be a returning customer!

After researching vehicles in Consumer Reports and speaking to family and friends, I decided I wanted a Toyota Corolla Cross. My father called Heritage Toyota and spoke to a sales representative named Tanner Smith. He emailed the information about the one they had on their lot.The next day we went in and Tanner helped us. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.I left that day with the vehicle and in the color I wanted!It was a very positive experience and Tanner was helpful and patient! Thank you!

My experience with Heritage Toyota has been a nightmare. During a routine service, they not only damaged the oil pan of my Lexus RX 350 but also reassembled the car with missing bolts and broken fasteners. The lack of attention to detail and care is appalling. The subsequent issues that arose due to their negligence have caused inconvenience and significant additional expenses. Heritage Toyota's irresponsibility and lack of quality control have shattered my trust in their service department. This ordeal has been a costly and frustrating lesson in the importance of choosing a reliable service provider.

I initially visited because I was told one of the used vehicles was still on the market, but was told when I arrived that it was sold earlier in the day. While I was disappointed, Stephanie made sure to gather information on what was important to me in a vehicle and gave me some similar options in that price range. I ended up spending a bit more money than I had planned, but ended up with a car that I was happy with nonetheless. Altogether, I had a very personable and relaxed experience in a professional environment that was never pushy. Would recommend!

I do not recommend Heritage. They have lost my future business. They use sales tactics like pressure to make unfair deals. Prepare to be spammed with calls, texts and emails from Sales reps. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, they will not work with you to find a better fit that is affordable. Beware, they will make a low ball, tire-kicker offer on your vehicle far below KBB trade-in value, so make sure that you sell private party if you are thinking about trading. I will be visiting 802 Toyota instead.

I worked with Matt Messenger to get a 2021 Rav 4 Hybrid and the experience I had was nothing short of incredible. He took my needs into account when looking for the right car, moved quickly to make sure I ended up in the right car and was incredibly helpful with figuring out the financials of it all. Heritage Toyota is somewhere I will be recommending to all of my friends and family members moving forward and Matt specifically is who I ll recommend they meet with. The whole team there was great though, there wasn t a single day that I got to the dealership and wasn t greeted by a friendly face offering me assistance. Very proud to be a new owner of a Toyota! If you re on the hunt, go see Matt!!

I had a very pleasant time working with the associates at Heritage Toyota. They were very informed, friendly, and not once did I feel pressured. The vehicle that I wanted to purchase arrived ahead of schedule, which was a very nice surprise. Frankie did an amazing job.

Everything went pretty smooth. I traveled from NY to get the vehicle i wanted and they took care of all the paperwork. All of the tram members were very friendly and professional. Ill buy my next toyota from here!

Patrick in Finance helped me get my lease buyout option financed. I understand the car biz as I used to sell cars 20 years ago...somethings don't change and it's not Patrick's fault. Managers at car dealerships generally have a big ego and it is somewhat deserved after all it takes a lot to move up the ranks of car dealerships. Patrick and I had a problem the previous dealings for a new truck about 6 months ago...it started out a little rough but we quickly got through it and the transaction went smooth. thanks!

Joe Mount was the most helpful person I ve ever bought a car from. He went above and beyond to get me into the right car for me. I test drove multiple cars while he enthusiastically obliged all of my requests and concerns. He even fallowed me in my new car to drop off my rental. After my old car was stolen and a terrible experience with insurance and mechanics. Heritage was the only ones who made me feel taken care of .

Jason Dillon was awesome. I forgot my sunglasses in the car I traded in and he got in touch with me after hours to ensure he would get them in the mail to me. His customer service went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend anyone going to heritage to see Jason.

After a ton of test driving and shopping around, we ended up getting a manual used Tacoma from Heritage and Seth was a great help. We are happy with the purchase, the price was good, and our mechanic give it 5 stars after a thorough lookover. We are thrilled about the truck and appreciate how easy it was to get it home that day! (Plates being done in house was a huge help.) Thanks Seth!
