Great service. Unexpected issue came up and looked after seamlessly. Anna was very professional, pleasant and courteous. Communication regarding service points and pickup was greatly appreciated.I recommend Heritage Ford without hesitation.

Good luck getting a call back from anybody. I left a solid four messages before I finally called and got through to somebody. That call ended with a promise for a call back. And you guessed it, I haven't heard anything.

I d advise making appt well in advance. It s a grander short-staff issue than Heritage, but appointments are roughly 4 weeks out.Staffing aside, Jerit and the Service team took good care of me, got me checked in and shuttled to work and several significant pieces of work completed and back on the road the same-day.

Staff was outstanding. Parts costs have way too much mark-up. I've worked on a lot of cars and trucks and $600+ for just two rotors, 4 pads and labor is a premium cost.

Repair delayed a day but not Heritage fault, part arrived broken. However, when repair was completed there was no communication to us. When it finally did get to us, after we called twice and then service manager, we heard it was done but by then rush hour and dark was upon us with storm potential.I believe in good, solid communication is always the best course of action, I hope you will too.

The service people at Heritage Ford Service Center are always friendly and knowledgeable. My car may take some time but they always let me know that in advance and the service is done well. Probably quality work but what did you do? Bought car over a week ago, Bill the salesman said needed 2 filters , wiper blades, tires and inspection. Why did this take over a week when you were able to cash my check within 2 days?

Same experience I have every time I come to Heritage: terrific and friendly check-in process; comfortable waiting room; very clear explanation of what needs to be done, and why; and fast, efficient work. Great job very impressive!

Heritage's Ford service is great. They've kept our 25-year-old Explorer running well since we bought it new in 1998 from Heritage. Gary in the service department is terrific!

Very disappointed with Heritage Ford Service. I brought in my 2019 Ford Expedition for transmission fluid change in December, 2023, they ended up doing a transmission flush which has now killed my transmission. My vehicle never had any abnormal shifting or slipping problems. wish I knew flushing trans could causes problems, they probably knew it but they were up for the money.Dropped off my vehicle for them to check it and they said it could take a month before they look at it.Ford needs to tell their customers the outcome of some of the services performed on their cars.Just got a call and was asked to pay $8,400 for transmission replacement saying thatthe fuild smelled burnt. When they changed my transmission fluid the old fluid was not burnt so how new fluid changed last week smells burnt? These people just messed my car.

After 8+ years of routine service on my F-150, I have only experienced outstanding customer experiences at Heritage Ford. Service tech Gary greets me by first name each time I come in. His professionalism is top notch.

Hello .. I came in to drop off my 2013 Explorer a day early for a recall and was met by your Service Advisor Anna Boland. Anna was friendly, professional and timely in obtaining all of my information, as well answered my questions. Later in the day, I received an email from Anna telling me that the team was able to get my car in a day early, the recall was completed and the car was ready for pickup. Also a multipoint inspection was done. If I have a chance to repeat the experience and interact with the same Service advisor , I would without hesitation (All service advisors are not created equal.). Anna is credit to the Heritage team.

I hit a deer in Jericho witch broke all of my front end parts except the hood on October 4th around 5:30am. I was told by many auto bodies that getting to fix it was going to be in February of 2024. Heritage said mid to end of January 2024. My truck had 14000 miles on it so I kept it in the family. Then I get a phone call from heritage 11/21/23 at 1:30pm. "Your truck is done". I had to get them verify more than once that it was my truck they were talking about. It was no joke. My head is still spinning over the fact I received my Toyota truck before the end of November. Thank you. Thank you.

Initially disappointed as the part necessary for my repair had not even been ordered for my appointment. Wasted a half a day for that. But then it was made up to me with excellent and timely service and more on my new appointment

We took our vehicle into Heritage after discovering a few issues with it. They did a full assessment of the car for us and fixed an issue we were having with the engine. They had our car back to us on the same day, which was incredible! Overall, very personable and kind service. Will definitely be going back if our car faces more issues in the future.

Good service and communication by service writer. However the problem with the cooling system persist. One repaired leak leads to another leak. This was all after the car was brought in for a pre 10,000 mile trip and no problems were found. Repair was made at no charge!

I had a flashing check engine light. I called Heritage Ford service and they let me bring it in without an appointment. On top of that, they diagnosed and repaired the issue the same day! Very courteous and helpful. Outstanding service!Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change
