After a minor accident, this was the only place Tesla would take (that I am aware of in VT). Matt and the rest of the staff were amazing. Matt was very informative and helpful through this process. Everyone else was great and fun, and I apologize I don t remember names. But Matt was my primary point of contact and he was very good to work with. I highly recommend this place even if you have other options. They are upfront and thoroughly explain everything. Thank you!

Fast and professional repairs. My back end was crunched in a parking lot by an unknown driver. The car was about a month old at the time. Heritage did the repairs quickly and kept me in the loop the entire time it was in their shop. Heritage Collision Center was great to deal with. They worked with me to come up with a price that I could afford. They sent regular updates on the status of my vehicle. And the repairs came out looking beautifully and were done in a timely fashion. I cannot praise them enough. Their service is equal to that of their brother, Heritage Toyota Service Center.

Time: Oct. 2011. I was a new driver, had bought a car for the first time, had no knowledge about cars except to drive. My car got hit near rear passenger side near rear tire when the car was under 2000 miles on the odometer. Brought the car to the Heritage collision center to fix.Few months later, when the wheel was rotated, it made humming sound while driving. The rear wheel alignment went off after it got hit. The tires wear off weird. The collision center didn't check for the alignment when repairing. Collision center told me to talk to insurance company, the insurance company said they are not liable....Had heritage properly fixed my car or at least checked everything they were supposed, I'd have written a very good review and would have been a happy customer.

Through no fault of my own, I have needed to call on the experts at the Heritage Collision Center not once but twice in the span of eight months.From the front desk to picking up the repaired vehicle I had nothing but a positive experience.Friendly,efficient,prompt and convenient all combined with an excellent finished product-these folks are great at what they do.Thanks to Derrick and co. for making a stressful experience a not stressful experience-not once, but twice!That does not happen by "accident".Thanks! Just had my truck repaired at Heritage collision center. Looks like new again. Work was finished a day ahead of time just in time for my trip to Boston. Invoice was under estimate. They even detail the inside of my truck. Looks beautiful. I highly recommend thank you Heritage collision center !

We made an appointment and arrangements for a rental. When we showed up, they didn't have us in the system and we had to reschedule. This bad experience led to a 1-star review.Followup - the work was done and done well. The car was ready when promised and looks great! The work is more important than the scheduling and the work was done well so I am upgrading this review.

Completely professional system with a friendly attitude thrown in. Invisible body work on my 2017 Mustang's fender, thanks to a parking lot disappearing evildoer, Right front fender was pretty well crinkled when the car was brought in. When completed, the car could have come from the showroom. First of all, I dropped my car off on the 12th of May and they didn't even touch it until May 30th. Had I known it would take them that long to start on my Rav4 I would have went somewhere else. My insurance company didn't help ; they wanted to use used parts and Heritage didn't (that part I really appreciated). When they finally received all the parts I figured that I would be able to pick my car up. I called and was told in these exact words that they weren't very productive this week. Mark said that he had to crack the whip and that my car wouldn't be ready that week at all. It is now June 29th and I am not expected to get my car. I asked if they had a loaner vehicle or if they would get me a rental until my car was finally fixed, I was told they don't do that by the manager Derek. I need my car!!!!!!

Professional and knowledgeable team. Everywhere in the auto industry is backed up due to the pandemic and they take the time to talk through everything, explain each step, and give a realistic timeline and any updates along the way. Had back bumper work done, had to go back several times after being told it was done to still find scratches on the bumper, went to pick up my vehicle and found huge scratches on my doors that were never there before. They Stated that they cant take responsibility for them, they told me that they were probably there before and that i probably didnt notice them since my truck hasnt been handwashed before and that they probably didnt show. Rediculous!

Slowly destroyed the main battery in my Toyota Prius while doing body work over a prolonged period of time. Refused to compensate for the cost of replacing the battery. I would advise one to avoid this body shop at all costs.
