my experience at Goss Jeep is always been very good. People are very knowledgeable. Michael, at the front is incredible. He is a star employee and I hope you give him a raise. he is kind, thoughtful, very knowledgeable again with every time I come in about what is going to be happening to my vehicle and he s more than happy to answer questions and go find an answer when he needs to. My jeep is running smoothly. The service guys are good, and I appreciate everybody there very much. Thank you.

I ve had positive experiences with Goss since purchasing my 2018 wrangler about 2 years ago-sales and service alike. Very easy to communicate with. Not pushy and I know my jeep is in good hands. Every noise, and issue has been resolved professionally and easily.

Awesome service and great care. They were helpful and made sure that I was taken care of even though I did not have an appointment and they were already very busy.2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee would not start and had to be towed and need the vehicle for a trip the next week.Nicole kept me updated and they diagnosed the issue and fixed it and had us ready for our trip.Excellent work and excellent care with a personal touch!Even received a military discount on the entire bill vice just pets as many places do!Thank you and I will be using GOSS again in the future!

Nicole (in the Service department) takes excellent care of me, keeping me apprised on estimated timing and rates for any necessary repairs or updates identified by her team. I trust the team implicitly and love my Jeep!

I purchased a tire to replace a flat. I was quoted a good price and a fee of $35. for mount and balance. The staff was friendly, the facility was fine and the work was completed quickly. The problem was there was a $34 "shop facility" fee added to the bill. I can understand a $4.95 tire disposal fee, but I have never paid $70 to mount 1 tire. The bigger issue is the lack of disclosure of a doubling of my charge: $35 labor and $34 "shop facility". This is a big red flag that would make me not want to get involved in the purchase of a vehicle from them. I want my dealer to be honest and upfront about fees and charges.

The staff is nice but took over 2 months to get my rear windshield replaced under warranty, and left several glass shards behind the back seat.

Did a great job taking car of my son's Jeep who is in VT attending school. He was having electric issues and they quickly determined it was the accessory battery and not a major issue. Great service and a fair price!

My fiance and I stopped in on Saturday with the intention to order a Wrangler with Kristina and ran into some difficulties during the process. Kristina was extremely patient and went above and beyond while working with us to explore all of our options and make sure we got into something we would be happy with. She was very professional and fun to work with and instead of having to wait 4-6 months for an order to come in, we ended up finding the perfect Wrangler that was on the lot and were able to drive home in it that day! We worked with Matthew who also went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal and ended up saving us $13,000. They were both wonderful to work with and provided us with a very positive experience at Goss Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and will be referring anyone I know who is looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle to go see Kristina and Matthew at Goss Jeep. I am absolutely in love with my Jeep and so happy that they were able to get me back into one!

Terrific experience and great deal on total exterior package (rust inhibitor, undercoating and paint protection). Nicole is terrific to deal with. Provided a newer fully loaded loaner for the day. Excellent service on the vehicle and also squeezed in an inspection before we drove off plus Jesse even put our new plates on for us. Best service experience!

Great experience working with Kailee on picking up my new 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. She was so knowledgeable on all the vehicle features, answered all my questions in detail. Even had me, in out of the dealership in under a stress free hour. With a majority of the time being spent on my test drive.

I was able to purchase my vehicle without any hassles. I picked it out online, told salesman what I was looking for payment wise and he delivered! And I drove away 24 hours later with the vehicle I wanted!!

Outside of their Service Department, I wouldn't deal with these guys. They claim to be transparent, but just go to any other Jeep Dealer within 50 miles and Goss Jeep prices are are substantially higher then their competitors. Save time and trouble and just shop somewhere else.

This was the first time I ever got a car this fast, I work with a sale agent name McKinnon he answer every question and help me go through my trade in smoothly with no issues. When I first enter the dealership they have this cute dog that come up and greet you and that super awesome. Pet Friendly for sure. Over all will continue doing business with you all again and thank you McKinnon for all your help on buying my first jeep!!

Kevin the service manager and his team at Goss are amazing!!! I purchased a used vehicle about a month ago. There were a couple of things they missed on the inspection before they sold me the vehicle. However, they went above and beyond to make it right! I received the repairs at no charge to make the inspection valid and received a rental car while the repairs were being made! Thank you Goss!!! You are amazing!!!! Definitely the most trustworthy dealership in Burlington!!!! Please shop here if you want a great upfront experience!!!!

Kind service. You can check in beforehand and confirm details with a person once you arrive. No wrong pronouns used (tho no pronouns used throughout interaction). Called and paid over the phone and they were super receptive to whatever I needed for picking it up!

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships, and worked in car sales before, I can honestly say there was zero B/S with Kristina.

Smooth, clean transaction. We picked up a 2022 Red-Velvet Jeep Grand Wagoneer! Ran amazingly and the price was the best you can find around! While others were charging the same price for 15-20k mileage we got this bad girl for 64k and only 2200 miles on it! We had been looking for a nice three row for our growing family and Goss provided!!I'm really happy we stopped in. Hassle free, pleasant sales workers, an generally just good vibes. Absolutely stunned by the service.
