Glenn and Derek are fantastic. I ve been bringing my Dodge 1500 and Honda Pilot here for years. I can t say enough about the quality of service. It s good to have a mechanic that you can trust implicitly.

Two days before a long road trip I brought my Elantra in to Glenn's thinking it would be a quick fix... but after looking at it, Glenn saw it needed a few repairs to drive away safely. Typically this would take more time/days but Glenn managed to do the repairs in time for my trip. He even fixed my squeaky door that was driving me crazy. Great prices, even better customer service. As a woman I've had past experiences at other automotive shops where I was overcharged, over sold etc.Never with Glenn. He's fair, clear, and isn't going to try to tack on anything extra. If he has recommendations he'll have that communication about why, and I trust what he says

Glenn and Derek are trustworthy, hard working, and know what they re doing. After using so many different mechanics in the area, it puts me at ease to have found a place that I trust. I ve never had an issue with them and never feel jerked around. No more mechanic anxiety for me. :)

Glenn is one if the best, a dying breed of honesty, integrity, and superior quality of work. I am an auto technician myself of 25 years but when I have a job I don't want to do I bring it to Glenn because I know the quality of work I will get will be up to my standards. Fair, honest work, with quality behind it. Hard to find anywhere, but especially In chittenden county.
