We love Girlington! They do great work on cars but also have exceptional customer service. Back in 2014, my husband skidded on ice in his new car and hit a curb. He called the dealer who said to have it towed to them and they would try to get to it in a few days. So my husband called Girlington where we had taken our other car for 2 years. Immediately, they asked if he was ok (he was), and offered to send a tow truck. They then communicated with him throughout the day and kept us well informed on what the issue was and how long it would take to fix. We have been devoted customers since!We have a new minivan now and just took it for the first oil change. I love that I was asked if I had questions and was able to ask about "skid plates" and got a thorough answer. We trust them to be honest and thorough and super kind when we admit our lack of knowledge about cars!

I've had multiple repairs done at Girlington Garage and am happy with the service and repairs. Went in for an issue and they got me in the following day with a rental car available. Great customer service!

I will not bring my truck anywhere else. As long as the amazing folks at Girlington Garage can handle the issue, it s where I ll bring it. Since my Ram clicked over 100k I ve had a few issues arise. On a few occasions these folks got me in quick, put me in a loaner and had my truck back within the day! The free lollipops and complementary cookies are a plus as well.

Excellent, fast, and considerate service. Nya walked me through everything that needed repair or was likely to need support in the near future, and was willing to both triage based on my budget and to let me know what repairs I could reasonably do on my own. I've made a follow-up appointment in the summer to address other concerns she brought to my attention, and I would strongly recommend Girlington Garage.

Best garage experience I've ever had! Everyone I interacted with was so thorough and attentive! Also, the transparency of the system for logging visual inspection results, assessing priority, and approving changes gave me so much confidence in the service plan, I've never felt that anywhere else. I'm been recommending Girlington Garage to everyone!

I Used to take my car into the dealership but not anymore =) amazing systems in place. Girlington did a fabulous job. I made an appt online. Dropped car off 2 days later after hours since there is a mailbox system. They can reach out via text, email, phone. Many easy ways of communication. Received a list with pics and details about anything wrong from green to danger red. They Followed up throughout process. Can pay via link or in person :-) could also have picked up after hours also. 100/100

Great customer service from start to finish. Loved being able to book online and select the services I was looking to have done. They had a car for me to borrow! They sent a link so I could see a breakdown of everything that needed to be done and how urgently it needed to be taken care of. They also called and communicated when they weren't going to finish when originally talked about and let me continue to borrow the loaner until they were done. Prices seemed fair and I didn't feel dismissed or talked down to at any point.

As always, Girlington was thorough, flexible, and transparent. They do amazing work, explain it well, and make sure you're aware of work your car may need in the future. Good service and communication. I appreciateed the free visual inspection. Prices are steep, just make sure you wash your car before going in for an undercoating. $100+ to spray off undercarriage leaves a bitter taste behind.

Always kind, thorough, and respectful. I feel so in the loop and like I actually have a sense of what s going on with my car and know that it s in great hands. I love that I get photos, an invoice, and messages with any updates throughout the day; these folks really go above and beyond.

I had SUCH a great experience with Girlington Garage. My tires failed the state inspection, and they helped me understand why, really taking the time to explain and help me select an option moving forward. Not to mention their web-based program makes the whole process easy peasy. I got my inspection & tires changed same day with incredible service from start to finish. I can't recommend this garage enough.

Edit RE: response from garage...Apparently a garage can fail to inform you of MAJOR ISSUES, and the only contact is via an internet response to my review.Just wow. Soooo professional .I'm a born and raised vermonter, AND THIS IS NOT HOW WE TREAT EACH OTHER!!!!!!Let me firmly correct that attempt at a failed explanation. My camber on my 04 tacoma is NOT adjustable.My camber, WAS NOT THE ISSUE! The tech that "performed" the alignment, clearly has no idea how to do it. It was 4.0 degrees to the right. NOT CAMBER, THE ENTIRE ALIGNMENT!!!! I have video, pictures, and statements from ASE certified mechanics.Not only did you fail to communicate, but when you gave me grainy cell phone pictures of an alignment screen that had no values that were accurate to my particular vehicle, or any print out that an alignment machine provides. Stop scamming people. You got caught. I'm not someone who will back down from something that was wrong.Grasping at straws will not let you free from the fact that you didn't tell me you were letting me drive off on a vehicle that WAS NOT SAFE FOR THE ROAD!REVIEW:Excellent communication. Everything else was a disaster. $1700 for a water pump, tie rod end, a couple belts, and an alignment that either wasn't performed, or is performed by someone who has NEVER aligned a car in their lives. 4.0 degrees out of alignment.I'm a reasonable person, and do most of my mechanic work myself or at a local shop in my area. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here for work on their car.Immediately after picking up my truck, and paying $180 for what I thought was an alignment, my truck was pulling hard to the side.So I limped it home, and went to my local alignment tech, and just threw it on the rack for me. It was 4 DEGREES OUT!!!!!!!!If you aren't aware, alignment adjustments are in thousandths or hundredths. At best, it was 400 adjustments out.Funny enough, when I went back less than 12 hours after picking up my truck, they didn't even dispute that the alignment either hadn't been performed, or was performed incorrectly. The refunded me for that (good on them).

Girlington went to great lengths to do everything they possibly could to get my car back on the road. Especially impressive was when they burped my car. It was a team effort and their professionalism really shone there.That was the first time I have seen that and the sound and smell was horrendous. The service was friendly and honest and the results are excellent.I recommend this garage over any other I have used in the area. I have been coming to Girlington for a long time, and I am always happy with the level of explanation and ability to answer my questions either in person,on the phone or through text. They have gone paperless which is amazing, I can review their work (with pictures) ask questions, and pay right through my phone. Then all I need to do is grab my keys and go! (Optional afterhours key pickup too!!!) Also, their lender cars are so fun!!! I was traveling to Burlington for work and was having a bunch of weird car issues, one of which had been happening since I got the car in January 2021 I visited them twice during my 8 months in Burlington. They do a VERY thorough job of inspecting the car first and diagnosing the issue with all options. The folks up front are knowledgeable, as well as the mechanics coming out and explaining the issues as well. A rental car is included for the duration of the repairs. To my surprise when I got in my car after repairs were done both times, they left a little cookie on the steering wheel! It was too cute!I have since left to go back home, but they actually texted me to follow up on how the car is doing! I have NEVER had a shop (chain or privately owned) that has done that! Wish there was a clone of them here in my hometown! HahaThank y'all so much!!Quick side note- definitely book in advance as soon as you think you need to see them! They book up pretty far out by at least a month most of the time!

Went in for a VT yearly inspection. Got a full report as well as pictures supporting the additional work request. Office did their due diligence in checking for recommended service items.Everything was updated online and I got reasonable updates on the progress of the work. Payed for the service online and got my keys back from the front desk.Was pretty awesome to see a garage that isn't stuck in the 80s.

After moving across the country my wife's car began making an awful metal on metal grinding sound. Girlington was able to get us in same day for diagnostic testing and our vehicle was ready for pickup the next morning. Phenomenal team, with great people that kept us informed during the entire time they had our vehicle. While on an out of state vacation I had an issue with the exhaust system on the second day of travel. I spent an hour early on my third day searching for a business able to do an immediate repair; most businesses stated a week + before they could look at the car; except for Girlington. My car was in around 10am on one day and out at 4:30pm the next. I was provided a courtesy ride to Enterprise to pick up a rental vehicle for the two days. I am grateful to the kind people at Girlington to help a traveler in dire need. Thank you Girlington Garage!

My experience with Girlington Garage was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, the communication was excellent. My car was repaired in the time frame that was given me, and I also got a loaner for free. I will be going back when my car will need service again.

Called Girlington because it was the only garage I could find quickly that was open at 7:30 in the morning. They fit me in that day and when I was presented with less than ideal news, Nya did a great job explaining all my options and making sure I understood everything before moving forward. They were able to ship the tires I needed in within 24 hours and I was back on the road within 2 days. Great place!Service: Tires
