Sales Man Travis is fantastic. He's polite, professional and extremely helpful. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, asked questions and showed me only the vehicles I was interested in.

Had a really good experience at Freedom Nissan. Worked with Nick Adams. He usually just buys used cars from people and I was interested in selling my truck. Well I ended up seeing a different truck on the lot that I really liked. Instead of handing me off to whoever was up next, he said "I'll take you through the whole sales process so you don't have to be bounced around". I was thinking I'd go with a Ford, but Nick worked out a deal for me that just plain worked, so I ended up buying a new Nissan from them. Maybe I got lucky, don't know. But it was a pretty smooth process for me. Finding a brand new vehicle is difficult these days, but he had a few on the lot...and I took one home.

I had a issue with my truck, the Nissan techs were able to diagnose and correct the problem quickly. They also corrected a factory recall. These people want their customers to have a five star experience and I definitely did. Thank you...

Tire rotation, oil change and fluids. All went well, but don't expect speed. They didn't reset the tire or oil change settings on the Nissan's computer, and although a car wash is always nice, it was snowing that heavy wet spring snow that melts on contact and brings most of the ground dirt up with it. I'd rather have had a "rain check" on the car wash (and the trip would have been shorter).
