I used this place a couple of times for my full-on detail. The first time was a great experience. I used them again, not the same expectations the second time was nothing like the first time. I paid 220 for the service and gave a guy 40 dollar tip to only come home and look it over. I noticed that between the doors and seat was dirty, not vacuumed or cleaned on the passenger side. I opened the back seat cup holder and put it down, not even touched one bit dirty. The thing I wanted to be cleaned the most on the back seat was that this one odd mark of tire spot. Which was not even cleaned or touched. If it was not possible to clean , I said, "Hey, I can't clean that i tried." That was not the case, I'm not happy at all with what I paid for. I had to clean it myself afterward, which is the worst feeling ever! Definitely list my business and never going back.

EDIT*I ve always said that customer service comes before anything else. After my initial review, see below, I was contacted immediately, and the owner wanted to make it right. Understanding that it was still an inconvenience to have to come back, given the fact that I have newborn twins, he worked with me to get the car to the standard I d expect when paying for a full detail. I was given a car to use while mine was being cleaned. When a business takes pride in every customer it shows. I appreciate the willingness to make it right.For $240 I definitely expected better. Sure the interior was wiped down with armorall but there still plenty of things that could ve actually been cleaned off which was why I brought the car in to get detailed in the first place. My windows were left with streaks all over, the exterior was splattered with wax that wasn t wiped off. When I spoke to the attendant, that was there, he simply passed the buck and said oh he s not here come back tomorrow and he ll fix it. Well, I have infant twins and getting there was hard enough the first time so I won t be back. I won t even use the rest of my gift card that got for Mother s Day because it s just not worth it.

I can't recommend staying away from here enough. Just brought my 2023 Toyota Rav4 through to get the ultimate wash, and it scratched it all up. What used to look like a new car is now all scratched and looks horrible, and I'll probably spend hundreds getting it professionally detailed to make it look presentable again! What a waste of money! This place should be closed down!

One guy wiping and vacuuming. He cannot keep up. You'll be here for 40+ minutes if you pay more for the full service. Unbelievable. A partial refund would be appreciated since you are unable to deliver on your services for people like myself who could not wait almost an hour. Let's see if that happens.

Poor Service the guy who did the detailing makes me back twice & when he told me the car is ready I go take a look at it and the job it s 10% done onlyDefinitely not recommend don t waste your time and money at this place

I received a gift certificate for a basic detail service at Executive Car Wash, and I'm so happy with the job they did. The interior is spotless, just as clean as when I bought it eight years ago, and the exterior looks great as well. The process was easy; I was able to drop off my car the night before, and they called me when it was done mid-morning. Everyone was very friendly and responsive. They need more staff to clean. Their crew do their best to clean but would make their work not that good due to pressure for other people waiting. Management needs to make improvement on their managerial skills

Waited 5 or so minutes just to tell them what i wanted for a car wash (exterior drive through wash)I always do an all around inspection but my car came with swirly scratches all over and dont grt me started on the poor quality bathroom towels they use to dry your car after.Car came out with 2 new scrathes bought this 2022 less than 3 weeks ago brand new. Vacume lines were falling apart coin machine not working. Then there vending machines for microfiber, amor-all suplies etc. would just take my coins.Terrible terrible terrible. Dont bother to say a word cause these people could definitly care less about what the poor wuality drive through wash did to your car. Should have just gone to a self service car wash. DO NOT PUT your brand new car through this

I used to go there in the past and they did amazing job with my car. I went there couple week ago and I am very disappointed. I will not go here ever again. I just got home from having my car washed ("Black Tie" service) at Executive. The car is shiny and clean, the interior is dust-free and sparkling, and the floors look ship-shape again. All three of the men working there were very friendly and professional. AND they had me wait in the lobby of the Park and Wash rather than the dingy little waiting room that I'm used to sitting in (four blank walls, uncomfortable chair, and nothing to look at or read).I have definitely been there when they were understaffed and had guys doing sloppy work. Any service industry job is going to be directly impacted by the quality of available staff. Today, they were on. Good service. Good work. Good guys. I paid $25 for the black tie, and I was pleasantly surprised with the work done! I got a full exterior wash, and they wiped down the interior, vacuumed the seats and floors! Pretty good price for the work done. My car looks great. I did notice that they didn't quite get in the corners with the vacuum but that might just be because I did the lower end deal! But overall, very nice work! Staff was friendly and their waiting room was comfy. Will be going again!

My child vomited in the car so on the way home we stopped in to deal with it at EXECUTIVE CAR WASH and they were so nice. The employee spotted me quarters cuz I couldn t readily find them. I bought my wife an interior small SUV cleaning for mother's day (last year) and she finally got around to using it. The team took a little longer than they thought (an hour more) because of the dog hair (which is short and a pita to clean/vacuum - hence why I bought this) but the team did a phenomenal job! Her Honda hrv looks showroom clean and she/we are very pleased. Well done and we'll be back again for sure

I took my car in for detailing the interior, i.e. windows, carpet, mats, clean upholstery, etc. I picked up my car and one of the first things I noticed was the fact that it didn't smell like it had been cleaned. The second thing I noticed as I started to get in the seat was that the front seats looked like they had not been touched. Stains were still there. I talked to a man with white hair about it. He took a look and seemed surprised it was completely dry. He said some cars with light colored upholstery don't come clean. I was skeptical. We left for vacation and upon returning something stained my backseat. I took out my carpet cleaner with upholstery attachment and cleaned the seat. I then decided to try it on the front seats and guess what, I got almost everything cleaned. I paid I think $165 plus a tip and they did half their job. The only thing good was they got all the dog hair out of the back folded down 3rd row seat. Very disappointed and will not waste my money there again.Service: Auto detailing

I had two vehicles detailed one truck exterior buff and wax to help remove some smaller scratches and one interior detail on an older car that had been abused by the kids. I am so over the moon happy with how both of these turned out the staff was so friendly and proud of their work that they all came out to greet us. The truck exterior looked so good my and my husband was so happy with the way it turned out. Our son who got the hand me down car was thrilled that the car looked and smelled new even though his sisters did their best to ruin the interior. I just showed up with no appointment or notice I was coming and I bought the Bow Tie package. Very reasonable for $25 to have my car washed(including the really dirty areas which were washed by an employee with a mop type cleaner prior to the car going thru the automated car wash), interior vacuumed, all windows washed, dash wiped clean and then the exterior was hand dried. No wait to get the car done and I was driving away less than an hour later with a shiny clean car! I will definitely be back and I will be recommending this service to my friends and family.

Wow, personal attention, great value, and a great pre -wash, a definite must unless you are actual street salt...Get your car or truck really clean and support local business!I bought the medium treatment and was really satisfied with the entire process. What's a great deal. Highly recommend!

Came here to get a car wash to get the winter salt off my car & I chose the Executive deal. I also score it being $14 instead of $17 because of a special. The customer service was great & efficient -especially the man drying the car at the end with blonde hair. VERY polite!

I had to drop my car off for the entire day. Ok, not a problem. When I picked up my car and got home I had seen that there was nothing done to my interior dashboard or steering wheel. My shifter had dirt inside and no windows were cleaned inside either. My trunk was not touched Bcuz there was 2 flat boxes and a small bag (which easily could have been taken out) also wasn t told it needed to be emptied when the young man and I did a walk through before I left. I have tons of before and after pics I could share. I don t have time in my life to be one that complains. I scheduled a 2nd time for them to redo my car with NO HESITATION on the part of the company. However, I had an emergency event which took me out of state so I canceled the appointment. Reschedule again and sadly on my end my phone calendar had somehow reset and I didn t even know the appointment had come and gone. No phone call to ask if I even had plans on still bringing it in that day however they were sure to let me know that they could have made money that day I didn t show up. A simple phone call to me when they noticed I wasn t there at a certain time that morning would have been a game changer for that day but we re past that now. It s not easy to hand over your car for the day when you only own one. I ve made arrangements which worked out for the 1st appointment and had they cleaned the car properly and in full - with the extra charge of so called dog hair fees (which there was so very little of, couldn t really even notice since my dog wasn t a big shredder RIP Brody ) we wouldn t even be dealing with this... So here we re today and I call to explain and I m feeling like I m dealing with my boss, or a principal, like some how I m the bad guy now Bcuz I missed my 2nd appt and I m made to feel like it s not their problem anymore. Or something. Not sure really but I didn t feel like a valued customer AT ALL. I felt like I was nothing more then a nuisance to them now.I have a new appt pushed out until June 11th now and I almost feel nervous to go back. I paid good money for my car to be fully detailed and it was only halfway done. IF they do a great job and I pick my car back up when they re done with it on the 11th I will change my star rating and either delete this review or update this review. They were very clear to me that they never have unsatisfied customers. As of right now, after the car being done so poorly and just the way I ve been spoken too (or at) by staff has made me feel very unsatisfied. This is a customer service company and making the customer feel nervous or unsettled with the way they have approached me is not okay. Yes, I did miss an appointment, that is definitely on me, not them. Balancing everything isn t always that easy and that problem could have easily been avoided had they just picked up the phone and called.I feel very torn right now. That s why I ll be back to change, edit, update or maybe delete this review after I pick up my car. Not sure if before and after pics are allowed in here but I have them to show so others can see why I feel they did not do a good job at all. Also, you could be your own judge on my situation...I also don t believe they used the pheromone treatment on my car either since it s never once smelled like they did. Its one of my favorite parts of getting my car fully detailed too. Let s see what this company can do to try and keep me as a happy and satisfied customer. I detail my car once a year so inevitably it would be their loss on making future money from me. It will all depend on how I m treated and the car goes on my June appt. For as little as $9 you get a very thorough wash and hand dry. You can also schedule for a detailing and pay a LOT more. Memberships are advertised and if I had a nice car I'd definitely consider it. Definitely easy to get in and out of and the results are better than most places.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit to this place not only did I get a discount but they did an excellent job of cleaning the car even when it was 10 degrees outside. The attendant was polite and professional and after the machine was done they wiped the car down and then sent me on my way. Highly recommended and thanks a lot.

Everything here is very misleading: They have a phone number but no cashier desk, the custodians were friendly to assist those who are lost but the structure is confusing because there are two car wash services in the same building, and the prices contradict with each other: Their "basic" wash on one sign says $9 but another sign of the same wash says $65. I just wanted to wash my rental car but this unnecessary confusion has cost me time and money.

0 starts - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE - THOUSANDS IN DAMAGESBrought my 2017 cx-5 in for Interior detailing. They completely missed my appointment regardless of talking to people prior about my car being dropped the night before. Pleaded for my business and said they could "help me out" with a ride and could fit me in the following day. Same thing, dropped my car off, no one around to take my keys, waited onsite for a half hour before I spoke to someone. They returned my car drenched along with my electronics fried on my car. Had to make insurance claims. Employee sweatshirt in my passengers window when I drove away. Was promised a refund, never received not to mention their lack of responsibility. Owner refuses to refund me due to me having to make an insurance claim. Was told by EC wet seats are normal and needed to let my car dry out (or blast heat to 90 for a day to let it dry). This does not explain why my electronics do not work (heated seat, screen control buttons, passenger seat belt notifications, etc.) Car is highly damaged due to their lack of care/professionalism. They even tried to blame me and tell me I did this to my own car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I went to Executive Car Wash because I heard lots of good reviews from friends. I, however, couldn't be more disappointed! The outside of the car was cleaned mostly by the car was machine itself. The interior was barely touched at all by the staff. My rear window, side view mirrors and passenger side windows were not touched. My front window was left very streaky as well as my driver's side windows. I was also supposed to have my car vacuumed, but only the front floors were vacuumed, not the back.I would not recommend this business to anyone! A third grader with a wet rag could have done a better job. Avoid Executive Car Wash!!
