I approached BMB on the recommendation of a friend and am glad I did. They are Professional, prompt, courteous, and have very affordable rates. These are good folks! They've been able to help with custom work, and bring me in the same day I called to quickly review and discuss options + scope out the work. We had excellent service from Burlington Muffler and Brake. We were so fortunate to come across them when we had unexpected car trouble while passing by on vacation. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them and we appreciated their help very much.

They are simply the best! My whole family goes to them for a reason. They are incredibly kind, trustworthy and stand by their work! I went in for an inspection and had some unexpected work that needed to be done. They got the work done that day and the price was very reasonable for what the work was. It's very hard to find trust worthy mechanics, and Burlington Muffler and Brakes is one of the best! I really can't recommend them enough!Services: Exhaust, Tires, Brakes, Oil change

I spoke to the owner Ken over the phone for the estimate. I was quoted for and hour and a half. I got my muffler replaced a tip put on and a resonator delete. I was able to get shuttled to and from work by priscilla. Work was great people were friendly and accommodating 10 out 10 recommend

Stopped by b/c my exhaust had broken and I thought I'd need a new muffler for sure. Owner took a quick look and said he could fix it and do it right then if I had a few minutes! It was done within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this shop!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

This is one of the most honest shops I have ever used. After another place in town gave me a quote of over $13k for repairs, the mechanic here was totally up front. He brought me out into the garage to show me the huge amount of rust on the frame of the vehicle and told me it wasn't worth doing anything to it. While I was bummed, I was blown away by the honesty. I have shared the story with colleagues at work and will be bringing my other vehicle in for work.

Wish I'd known about this place years ago. Had my exhaust pipe rust through and snap just after the catalytic converter, had another mechanic quote me $1200 to replace it. Brought it here, and they gave me the same quote for a full replacement, but also offered to get me back on the road for $170 by doing a short to medium-term repair of the existing pipe. Got me back on the road for dirt cheap so I could still drive while I decide what to do next with the car. 10/10, saved my bacon.Service: Exhaust

They explained everything very clearly & were able to do what I wanted, which went above & beyond, exceeding my expectations! I was expecting to pay more than I did, they are definitely the best mechanic shop around! Support local & give them a chance! Absolutely incredible service. This was my first time working with Burlington Muffler, and it was hands down the best automotive service and communication I ve ever received. Midas quoted me the same price for fixing just my muffler that Burlington Muffler & Brake charged me for my muffler AND all 4 brake pads/rotors, inspection and sway bars. I will never go anywhere else. Great people - they are honest, and care about the customer on a personable level. They have my business moving forward with any type of vehicle maintenance.

My family and I have been coming here since around 2008 or so. These folks are hard working, kind, and fair with their prices. I've never brought my car/truck in and left with an unreasonable bill. They have had the opportunity to do MORE work than was needed, but let me know it wasn't needed for another 70k miles. I appreciate that. It's only the work you need!

Great work at a great price. Had a cat-back straight pipe installed, with a Y-pipe ending in a dual tip. The total cost came in much under what I was expecting, and the welds are good quality

They go out of their way to do the job right and get the best outcome for the client. I brought in a trailer for inspection and even though it's a flat fee service that they don't control, they spent a lot of time including having to find a vehicle with the right controls to test the braking system. They are really great to work with, and I'll be back for sure!

This is the best service garage I've ever used. They are very trustworthy and skilled, unlike many garages out there. They will never try to overcharge you or fix stuff that isn't necessary. They are often booked out though as they are busy so you have to plan in advance for servicing.

Excellent customer service! They didn't have an available appointment, but took my number, and then called me back when they had a cancellation the same day. I sat in the lobby and worked from their guest wifi. My state inspection was completed in about 30-45 minutes. Will definitely go back for other services based on my experience.

Nice people, quick work, good price.Their motto is Only the work you need. I gotta believe it. I drive an 11 year old car. If they wanted to do a lot of work under there, I m sure they could ve found it.I dropped my car off, describing my problem. They quoted me a great price and fixed it quickly.Perfect.

Two shops gave me quotes for an exhaust repair... $200 bucks and it would take them a day or two. BMB got me in right away and the damage? $60 bucks and done in an hour... was able to order Chinese (right next to their shop) and ate only a few bites before they were finished! From now on... they will be my go to shop for automotive work...Service: Exhaust
