I ve never had such a wonderful experience with a car dealership. They might not be huge compared to their sister dealers on the same road but that s the hidden treasure! They CARE. They have the ambition to be intimate with their customers. They helped us out of our old loan, found a car that worked for us and got everything set. The owner was even very personable and involved in the sale. Please consider giving them your business before anyone else!

So I went to Burlington Mitsubishi hoping I could find a newer and safer vehicle. I met with Mathew who is a new salesperson there and he showed me a couple of different options of what I was looking for. I was very open about my credit challenges and Mathew and Tim worked extra hard to make the deal happen. I was absolutely blown away at their willingness to do whatever it takes to make sure I was happy and safe. There was never any pressure to buy, they were honest about everything and I feel you don't find that often. I will absolutely go to them again when I need a new vehicle and will recommend them to everybody. Truly the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you guys!!

We are currently customers and have been for 3 years. When we went back to trade in and had negative equity, the sales consultant and Tim made sure they found the best bank deal for us. We were expecting a used car but a little newer then ours. They managed to pull strings and get us into a brand new car with a comfortable payment and we couldn't be happier.

I honestly think that I have nothing to say about any improvements, they were right there willing to help us as soon as we told them our situation and what we were looking for, we told them what we could afford, and they made it happen! This is my second vehicle I ve bought in the last year from Tim and Tyler and I will be going back when I m ready to do it again! Much appreciated to have polite and respectful people to deal with! Hard to find out in the new world these days!! Thanks Again to Burlington Mitchubishi for making myself and my wife Natalie smile!

When Tim Bedard says he s a dealer for the people, he really means it! Excellent staff, wonderful selection and a true commitment to give the very best service possible to the customer. Tim and his crew really take a lot of the stress and anxiety out of the car buying process, I would highly recommend Burlington Mitsubishi to anybody looking to get themselves into either a nicer, newer car, or a brand new car. These guys know what it means to take care of the customer.

Brought in Suzuki for work. They didn't tell me beforehand that they had no Suzuki parts and couldn't have done anything, instead telling me to come on in... They beat on my old car with no respect, per the broken hood prop afterwards.One guy was a stereotypical car dealership slimeball. He told my car was just rusty junk then charged me 100$ for a diagnosis I already had. The other poor employee had a guilty look on his face, like he was ashamed this kind of lousy business was just their bread and butter.I will never go back there. the end

I needed a key made for my vehicle, I was quoted for a key, I went to pick up my car and key and was given an invoice for $1100 for tires I didn't order. As mentioned I just had a house fire and lost everything I own, my pets perished, I was vulnerable and unable to speak up for myself when I arrived alone to pick up my car. I feel very taken advantage of in this situation.

I ve purchased two cars from Burlington Mitsubishi and wouldn t consider going ANYWHERE else. Tim, Tyler, and the rest of the sales team are first-rate they truly do care and go the extra yard to make sure that everything is perfect. What a caring, professional bunch!The service/parts department, too, is the best! Dylan and Tyler are a great team they always welcome me with smiles, fresh cups of coffee, and answer all my questions. They treat me like an old friend, which I love. No other car dealership has ever treated me this well.The technicians at Burlington Mitsubishi are honest and extremely skilled in their craft.What more can a customer ask for?

I had two cars at the time a PT cruiser and a Subaru they both broke down different weeks in October an one Thanksgiving day so dealing with them I lived in Burlington downtown So I caught a bus down to Mitsubishi dealer week before Christmas and told Tim Bedard I needed a car .I brought some money with me an within 3 hours I had a Mitsubishi Mirage 2017 with 46 thousand miles this was 2019 great place to get wheels I love the car great on gas .small gets me around .

We had a fantastic experience with Burlington Mitsubishi s service department in late September 2023. We had rented a Mitsubishi at Boston Logan Airport. The check engine light came on during our stay in VT and the local Alamo office had no cars to exchange for ours, but they told us that Burlington Mitsubishi does repair work on Alamo s rental cars, and advised us to call them. We were concerned about driving the car without getting it checked out so we made the call, and Burlington Mitsubishi s service department got us right in that same morning for a diagnostic. Turned out there was a faulty sensor and they took care of it promptly, allowing us to proceed with our vacation. We were so grateful they really went the extra mile for us. Many thanks to the service folks at Burlington Mitsubishi!

My girlfriend brought her truck here for a trade and walked out sporting a brand new silver 4-door Mirage, and a cashiers check for a fair amount over the price of the new Mirage! It was "Approved By Tim" and we are really happy! My mother had bought the same make and model in the past and was extremely happy with her trade in value too! Todd, the salesman, was instrumental in making the sale go smoothly and quickly.

Definitely go see Todd. He was amazing, knowledgeable,professional and patient. He listened to what I wanted and needed. let me test drive numerous cars before I finally made a decision. he was with me every step of the way supporting me whatever I decided never felt pressured into what I wanted to buy. Finally decided to go with practical with my trade in ended up walking away was owning outright a vehicle and significant amount of money back. Everyone was very professional and courteous and the place was very clean, neat and tidy.

I wanted to look at their website to see what they had in stock and what prices were like and had to enter an email and phone number to do so. I thankfully entered a 555 number cause I didn't want to give out mine. Within a minute of entering my email I got 4 different emails from them from different people asking me the same questions. I deleted them but got more through the day. I unsubscribed myself where possible but continued to get more emails from various sales members the next day, after marking others as spam. I finally answered one and said I wasn't interested and asked them to stop emailing me and that it was getting to be on spam levels. The responded that they were not spam and asked me yet again what I was looking for despite my just saying I was not interested. I blocked and muted that email as well. I expect to receive more emails and wanted to warn others that if you are just browsing to not give them any of your information if you don't want to be harassed. I can only imagine how many phone calls I would have gotten.

They took good care of me . I wish they had given me more than 1 free oil change...I did buy a car. The service dept was really nice ...I was in and out in about 45 min..even with a car wash.

Had a fantastic experience at Burlington Mitsubishi when I brought my car in for repair. Tyler in parts/service was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining the process of getting my car fixed. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and superb communication. I ll surely be bringing my car back for more service in the future. This is my first purchase of a Mitsubishi vehicle and the sales and service to date have been excellent. I couldn't ask for better service or attention to detail. I also LOVE everything about my new 2022 Outlander SEL and recommend it highly!Their service department couldn't be better!!

I was very satisfied with the entire process, especially since it was my first time purchasing a vehicle by myself. I appreciated how quick the overall process was and Tyler did an excellent job at locating a vehicle that fit my needs and keeping me informed as to when my vehicle was set to arrive. He was completely honest throughout the entire process and I felt like my needs and concerns were truly being addressed. The entire staff was super friendly and not overbearing (like many big city dealerships are) and I can honestly say that the entire experience was an absolute pleasure and a seamless experience. I look forward to continue bringing my vehicle to them for any future service and this will definitely be my first stop the next time I need a new vehicle.

This is extremely late but I bought a car with Owen last November. Financing possibilities felt out of reach going in but Tim and Owen got me approved and on the road. Owen we easy to chat with and very friendly. Nothing but good things to say for Tim and his team. I would absolutely go back in the future.

The staff were excellent. They are not the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, but they answered my questions, showed me the recalled part for my car, etc. They also let me know, as I has suspected, Tony Mangino Mitsubishi is not being honest about the TPMS service required light that has been on in my Lancer, nearly daily, for the past 6 months!
