Took in my 97 Lexus for an oil change alignment and brake check and asked them to see if there was anything else they thought should be done due to the age of my vehicle. The team at Shelburne VIP did an outstanding job and explained what else they recommended be completed and the work was outstanding. They help keep my older vehicles in shape and ready for long trips and I have confidence in their work and recommendations. They took the time to find as many discounts available to help keep my cost down as well!!Great job and I highly recommend them!

Wonderful service all around! The folks at the front desk (Emma and Jamie) took great care of me and the technicians explained what was going on with my tires so thoroughly.The new tires I have on my car make it feel like a whole new ride.I ll definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family!

After several frustrating experiences with a different local tire store, I gave VIP a call. The knowledgeable service rep spent significant time with me discussing winter tire options for my SUV. Their pricing was competitive and their recommendations were in sync with my own research and needs. They booked an appointment for me on short notice, as I had a long trip pending. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop area. I was treated well by every employee I dealt with. They pointed out a couple discounts I could take advantage of, and they have an attractive rewards program. When I noted a slow leak a few weeks after installation, I got in almost immediately for a leaking valve stem. Bottom line, they have earned a new customer and my repeat business.

I normally work on my own vehicles but had met my match with an '08 Subaru Forester rear wheel bearing. After replacing it myself a couple times it finally gave out so I brought it to VIP to have them take a look at it. Not only did they get everything done quickly, but they also gave me options on how to proceed and walked me through everything while being completely transparent about cost and time required for the repair. I highly recommend VIP and a huge shout out to Scott and Matt (pretty certain thet were the ones to help me)!

Love these guys!Having been frustrated with dealership service woes, limited availability, and exorbitant prices, I needed to find a reliable alternative. After some trial & error in the area, and referrals to a few "Joe's Wrench & Grind," I found VIP Tires & Service!Don and his gang at the Shelburne store are always friendly, accommodating, and professional with their customers. What's more, the technicians are all trained & certified; they work with state-of-the-art tools and equipment; and they are accessible for questions and explanations!If I need to wait for my service, I really appreciate their clean waiting area and restroom, free coffee, tv, wi-fi, and their pleasant counter staff. And when it comes to the bill, they explain things to my satisfaction, and I am consistently pleased with their price!With honesty, integrity, accessibility, professionalism, pleasant accommodations, and BIG SAVINGS compared to dealer service, VIP of Shelburne is always my first choice for tires, maintenance, and repairs!

VIP is reliably my go to for anything with my truck. My tire blew out on the highway on a Friday night on a long weekend. I have after market tires, so didn t think I d get it fixed for at least a week. But I got towed to VIP and they had it replaced by 2pm the next day. No idea how but Jamie made it happen. Super grateful and VIP continues to be the best.

They were great. Very professional and polite. We're able to help me out and got me in right on the spot to switch my spare tire to a new. Was in and out in like 15min. Plan to try them first next time I need something. Thanks Burlington crew

Had such a great experience at VIP in Shelburne. Super friendly and helpful staff, and they fit me in immediately and was out of there with new tires and inspection in no time. I would definitely highly recommend giving them a try!

My first visit to VIP for a tire plug was spot on - quick, friendly, a good price. So I returned for a state inspection and oil change. Different experience. Though I don't doubt the quality of the work, my service writer was unfocused, scattered, forgetful and inattentive. I had a 3pm appointment and my car was not taken in to the garage until 3:45. Paper work was not where it should have been so the technician had to ask me questions. Social conversations between employees took precedence over helping customers. When checking out, my service writer insisted that someone else's keys were mine and tried to get me to pay the other customer's bill. I will go back but I'll make sure to work with someone else.

Service was quick and good but price was definitely higher than average. My daughter went in in a pinch so we just dealt with the cost but heck they charge more per hour than a doctor. They also seemed to assume she's a girl and didn't know cars so they just added whichever oil change they wanted to charge and whichever services they wanted to tack on without giving her a choice until she asked about the charges. Not the worst place to go but also wouldn't be my first pick

I had a great experience at the South Burlington VT store. Open with a mechanic on duty on Sunday. They had access to the parts I needed to. Super clean and professional place. I had in a bind and they took great care of me.

These guys are lifesavers and I could not be happier with my experience. I work down the street from VIP and went on my lunch break to find that one of my tires was flat. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and patched my tire up in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. Everyone I encountered was incredibly warm and kind. Thank you again!

I made an appointment a week ago online for oil change, tire swap, and inspection. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that appointments scheduled online are "requests", not actual appointments, the explanation was the online system isn't integrated with the shop schedule. When I scheduled the appointment I received an email confirmation and a reminder email the day of the appointment. I was offered an appointment for the middle of December- more than a month away. After arguing with the desk person they were able to fit me in. Although I was a able to have the work I wanted completed I would not use VIP again. There are many other shops that you can make online appointments with that actually honor them.

The most pleasant auto experience ive had! Such a stark contrast to midas in south burlington where i previously had to take my car. Emma at the counter was wonderful, helped me find the best deal on new tires and the mechanics got me in in a crunch at the end of the day. I was in and out in under an hour with four new tires for a great deal. Honest, kind, not trying to rip you off!

I recently started going to VIP s Shelburne location and I am so glad that I made the switch. Everyone here is very friendly and I ve haven t had any issue getting scheduled and serviced. Jamie, in particular, has been wonderful to work with and has made sure that I leave with a safe vehicle for a price that doesn t break the bank.

Had an oil change scheduled today - within a few minutes of dropping off my car, I was kindly alerted by text that I was due for an inspection which they were able to fit in also. A few minor things from inspection were also addressed - so nice not to need to make a separate appointment! Jamie helped me at the desk and was professional, helpful and friendly. I ve completely switched from the dealership service to this VIP for all my car needs. Thank you!

I had a great service experience at your Shelburne location. The Sevice included: oil change, alignment, and tire rotation, all without an appointment. The oil change was the $20 less expensive then my usual service center. My service writer was Jamie.Jim Rock

We were up visiting and got a flat tire. They were able to fix it for us at 3pm on a Sunday! We were very grateful. Their front desk employee was so kind and the work was done quickly.

A few weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment and drove my car to VIP Tires & Service. The mechanic quickly found the issue and I trusted him not to use price gouging and they did not. They were friendly and attentive to my needs. A few days ago, I returned because my front tire was making a distinct noise. I was shown that my winter tire us being affected by the hot pavement temperature. Instead of the mechanic trying to convince me to purchase a new tire, he said that I didn't need to replace the tire. I am so grateful for his integrity....thank youServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

I ve been going to VIP in Shelburne for a while now, and honestly, the main reason is Jamie. This guy just gets customer service he's professional, knows his stuff, and makes everyone feel welcome. Every time I'm there, he makes the experience so much better, both for me and, I've noticed, for the rest of the team there too. I heard he might be moving to the Burlington branch, and I've got to say, I'd really miss having him in Shelburne. He's a big part of why I choose this place over others. Hope he sticks around!

This crew was great!While changing my plugs, they pointed out a couple things and told me honestly that one should be done soon and one could wait, but didn't give me the hard sell that it had to be done right then and there.I'll be back.

Service with a smile. On Sept 17, 2023, I experienced a flat tire. They were the only place open on a Sunday. I was over 500 miles from home with a doughnut spare on the car. They did an excellent job of repairing my flat at a very reasonable price. I wish to thank VIP for the wonderful service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Nothing VIP about this establishment for a number of reasons. 1, chatted with one of their associates online and I asked if there were any promotions going on. I was told no. But my friend sitting right next to me shows me a special they are doing for buy 3 tires and get 1 free. So clearly that was a lie. 2, tried for weeks to get tires and was told they had to order them. Ok, that s fine. Weeks go by. Nothing from anymore. I had to keep calling. Finally got someone who said the tires were in and made me an appointment for next week. On the supposedly appointment day I called because I knew something just seemed off. And I was not surprised when I called to confirm my appointment they said they had nothing for me. This is going on like 3 weeks now at this point. Finally after all that I finally get to the appointment and they say the tires ordered were the wrong size and then blamed me. At this point I just told them I did not care how much the tires costed and I just needed tires. Again the associate told me he would call me when they arrived. That was over two weeks ago. So now it s going on like 2 months and still nothing from these people. Service is terrible. 3, my friend had an issue as well. Was told to come back at a certain time and the car would be done. It wasn t done. So we had to drive all the way back home when they could have just communicated that. In fact they hadn t even started working on it. Wasted so much time and energy. The only thing I regret is actually referring this place to so many people. That was a huge mistake!

VIP Shelburne was fantastic to work with. They were timely and very accommodating. I had a small programming issue with new tire pressure monitoring system sensors. They took care of the issue right away.

My mother was unexpectantly hospitalized in Burlington. I had to drive from Portland, and upon arrival in Burlington my Nissan Sentra was making quite a noise. I walked in to the VIP in Shelburne and they promptly put my car on the lift, diagnosed a loose heat shield on the exhaust, replaced a nut and fixed the problem. And did not charge me! Outstanding service and kindness from the guys at the Shelburne VIP - gives this company a good name. Thank You!Service: Exhaust

Make an appointment online. Great people to deal with. Very professional. All of my appointments have been done on time. No pressure suggestions. They will send an online suggestion for a quote for things that might be needed for your vehicle while it is being worked on. Their prices are very competitive and reasonable
