Expensive and unwilling to go the extra mile. Instant oil changes used to be quick and inexpensive. That was their allure. Now adays, you're lucky to get your oil changed for less than $100. The staff was friendly enough, and I appreciated the fact that they didn't try to upsell things I didn't need. I did call Valvoline before I went to ensure that this particular one did tire rotations. I was assured they did. However, once there, they refused to do it. They explained that they didn't want to do it because it was too cold outside. I nearly asked them to let me use their equipment and do it myself. If you're in a pinch and absolutely need to get your oil changed, this will do. I suggest finding somewhere else.

They always do a great job and are so friendly. My only complaint about Valvoline is that they do not offer gift certificates or gift cards. Oil changes make great stocking stuffers for a hard-to-buy-for person.

Doug is an absolute asset to the Valvoline and the town of Rutland! This is one of the best valvolines i have been to and it is because of him. He actually cares about his customers, fleets, and employees. He keep all the employees in check while having fun too! He is always teaching on the job, and a very hands on manager. He has saved my a$$ numerous times in the past few years on all types of vehicles. We were on vacation in the area when our skip plate came loose and was hanging down into the road. Everywhere else was closed, so we popped by Valvoline to see if they could help us with it. Without hesitation they took us right in, and fixed it for no charge! Super nice & friendly crew. Shout out to Nate for helping us out!

Staff us very friendly and helpful. They do not push extra services and in fact informed my husband that an oil change could wait until after I returned from a trip. They move quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was quick, efficient and effective and the price was reasonable. The team clearly has a great dynamic; folks were happy and chatting/joking in a positive way while they were working. One of the staff members could tell that I was a fly fisherman and recommended a local hot with easy access to take check out with my son. It was a great experience, and I ll definitely be back when it s time for my next oil change.Service: Oil change

Super expensive, but its understandable for the quick service. I'm not sure whether they use impact wrenches or not, but someone seriously overtightened my drain plug (which is supposed to be at 25 ft-lbs) Couldn't get it off myself using bolt extractors, penetrating oil, vice grips, breaker bar etc. Had to take it to a shop and they were minutes away from giving up and replacing the pan. I get that they over tighten as a default, but theres a limit. I'd steer clear.Service: Oil change

Service was excellent, people were nice, speedy and efficient. I change my oil on all of my vehicles myself to save money, but a trip out of State this week, I didn't have time to change it myself. Boy I forgot how expensive it is to have someone else do it. $100 synthetic blend...at home I do a full synthetic for $35. Huge difference, but it's expected for the speedy service and quick turnaround. 4 stars based on price, but 5 stars for staffService: Oil change

I have come here for the past few years and it seems the staff training has constantly gotten worse. The manager is great and knowledgeable but the people doing the change seem to lack the ability to follow directions. When they changed my oil I noticed oil on my driveway and after further investigation I noticed a lot of oil all over the oil pan under my truck. After I went back they checked it and found that the oil filter wasn't properly installed and was loose. I lost a quart of oil from the loose filter that they needed to add back after they changed the filter. Not a good look. Had I not noticed it I could have seized my motor.Service: Oil change

Stay away! I just had my oil changed after I last had it changed at Valvoline- to learn that all of the components were so ridiculously tight that my mechanic had to cut away the skid plate and oil filter cover- even breaking one of his own tools to do so. Cost me nearly 600 to fix the damage valvoline did because they don t know how to properly set the foot poundage on their wrenches. I ll never go here again.

Usually good service. This time some young kid stripped out screws for the belly pan on my car. When I asked the assistant manager told me it came in missing screws. Lol. Only been there and ford for oil changes. Lost a repeat customer today

Always had good service from them. Today I got an oil change, and the transmission fluid changed. And all that within a half an hour. No appointment required. And my truck runs great. Would highly recommend them for routine fluid changes.

Fast, reliable, and reasonable prices. They tell you what your car manufacturer recommends based on your mileage, but never push their services on you... No pressure! And they always show you their work. They off great buy one get one half off deals, and you can bargain with them for better prices, coupons, etc. to save you money. Typical oil change and complete inspection in 15 min!

I went yesterday and needed my van checked, and air in my tires. I go here a lot for oil changes, and simple checks because they value me as a customer. Always providing great service! Always quick service. The mechanics are nice and knowledgeable. Can always find a coupon online for money off oil changes.
