Very disappointed with the service that I received today I have never had a problem at this location before, have recommended to my family members, and typically use for my tire needs. I have always felt comfortable and pleased with this shop until today.Today I arrived for a scheduled tire purchase appointment. Staff was friendly when I arrived and requested my keys to go take a look at the vehicle. They let me know that my appointment would most likely take a long time and directed me to the waiting room.After an hour had passed and no one had come to get me to select which tires I would like on my vehicle or review any options with me I decided to check-in. I asked the front desk if there was any update on my vehicle, to which I was told that my car was in the shop and the team was about 50% done To which I asked how is the job 50% done if I never even selected tires?The response given was that they selected for me an upgraded version of the tires I had previously ran on my vehicle and explained the benefits of the tires they selected. He was very knowledgeable about the tires he had selected for me, but this is information I would expect to be discussed at the beginning of the appointment as a recommendation for me to choose what I would like on my vehicle.He said, Don t worry, I got you. as if to imply that he was doing me a favor by removing my right to choose which tires I would like. Completely astonished by what had just transpired I went back to sit in the waiting room, upset, but not wanting to overreact in the moment.A few minutes later a different gentleman came over to hand me my receipt and request I give them a 5 star review on google Hence why I feel compelled to leave an honest review here.I was planning to put new tires on my truck as well next month at this location but I m now exploring different options. Still shocked and disappointed this seems like extreme poor business practice.

When I started shopping for snow tires and wheels for mine and my wife's car this year, the first call I made was to Town Fair Tire in Rutland based on a neighbor's recommendation. I was immediately impressed with how Brandon handled my questions, so much so that I decided to proceed with the sale without feeling the need to shop around. The service was that good and the prices quoted were fair. Installation was well done and uneventful, and I was particularly pleased to hear that my wife had a pleasant experience with everyone she interacted with when she brought her car to have the tires installed. We have been driving on both sets of wheels and tires for about a month and are thrilled with the quality of the product. Brandon and his team did a fantastic job and I will be both recommending them and using them for my future tire needs.

Nick and his team were most helpful when I had a bent rim on a rental car. They were concerned with my safety, put the spare on the car for me and sent me in my way with no charge. So glad I found them!! Highly recommend Town Fair Tire in Rutland!

Excellent snow tire swap out. I use their service twice a year. By using this service my vehicle tracks perfectly and I have even tire wear. At 50,000 miles the tires show very little wear. Thank you Brandon

We had a flat tire after traveling 5 hours from NJ to Killington ski. We went to Town Fair tire and this place is amazing!!! Brandon is knowledgeable and professional. He helped plug the tire without charge us. He actually worked on it for an hour. The whole staff and supervisors were extremely friendly and sympathetic. We are super lucky to be able to deal with such wonderful people which added positive review to our ski trip! Thank you for what you did.

I needed snow tires for my SUV and had heard wonderful things about the folks at Town Fair. Gotta say, Brandon and his crew live up to the review hype! They were fast, exceptionally kind, and on point with what I needed. Brandon, especially, took the time to work with me and my million questions without having any lapse of patience. It has been about 3 snowstorms and a few weeks since they put the new tires on and I feel safe and secure on the road now, like my vehicle can handle whatever I get stuck in! What a relief, at a good price!

I went to Town Fair Tire and received excellent service. When I walked in I was greeted by William. He found out what the problem was quickly. The manager, Brandon, came over and greeted me while the work was being completed. The technician was efficient and completed the work in less time than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone. I bought 4 tires herr and i had an amazing experience. Brandon is the man. He answered my questions before I knew what they were.He helped me understand more about tires and how they are designed specifically what features fits bets for me. Recently purchased four new tires. This business once again reminded me why I patronize them. The manager Brandon was extremely helpful in diagnosing a flaw in my wheel setup that several other shops had missed. Staff was courteous, service timely, fair pricing. I ll be back. Went in because my low tire pressure light was on. Service manager checked the tires but found a bubble in the front passenger sidewall. Brandon explained what needed to be done and my car was taken with minimal wait. For someone who used to spend alot of time on the road, this is much appreciated! Thanks, guys!

We waited too long to get snow tires, but we were able to get some sweet tires mounted, aligned and balanced in 24 hours for our trip. New to town so we had a great conversation about things to do and watch out for in the area as well. Thanks a lot Billy!

This is my third time here. The first two was me getting new tires installed. I ve been losing air in my rear driver for awhile (very slowly) and got sick of having to fill it every other day. They got me in and the culprit was a screw! You ALWAYS get five star service at this place! A special thank you to Anthony for being the best tire guy around!

Great people, great products, great selection and superior service quality! Huge show room with tons of tires a styles in stock and ready to go. Geoff and Cameron in particular are very helpful and knowledgeable. Lifetime rotations and flat repair on ALL your vehicles, even if you just bought their tires for one! Nice waiting area with a snack machine, auto texting when your car is ready. They will work with you no matter what it takes until you are satisfied. Fantastic local company.

These folks are fantastic! They stayed open late to change my tires when they saw the bubble on one of my old tires. I would never go anywhere else. Honesty, great service and fair pricing.

Absolutely amazing service! I purchased all 4 all season tires here and my truck was ready in an hour, including an alignment! I will be buying my tires here from now on. The service is top-notch and their prices are extremely competitive!

Stopped in the other day with bald tires and an even balder wallet. not only was William polite, funny and knowledgeable. he was very professional and easy on the eyes. Bryton the service manager also gave my mk2 some of the most attentive service I have ever been provided. I gotta say if your having a bad car day, the boys at townfair tire rutland will put you at ease with their 10 Star service, amazing deals on Rims and clean bathrooms. I highly recommend speaking with William, he really can turn a frown upside down ;) everyone at tft rutland deserves a big old fashioned raise. cleanest store in rutland. ill see you boys soon.

The guys were very very helpful and professional. I felt like they were there to help and get me the best possible and not just sold the product at highest price. The Tech Briton also went above and beyond for me and patched my spare tire that had a bolt in it!!! That was amazing he took the time to do that!! I m very impressed with the service and quality of Town Fair tire in Rutland vt!!! They re hard working guys and take care of their customers!! Definitely 10 stars if you ask me!!!! Thanks boys!!!
