This place is beautiful!! Not just 1 street of beautiful stores, the town is full of them. I went to the tea store & the wellness place. I love it! Definitely will be back. Parking is tough at the strip mall & Walmart, but I was able 2 park on the side over night in my camper so I could explore the next day. The churches were beautiful as well. Such a nice town.

Multiple stores for knocking out multiple chores is nice. The parking lot is nuts. Not sure it s the plaza s fault and if a new parking layout could help, or just the portion of the community who shop there, ability to drive and abide by crosswalks.

Game stop for the kids and price chopper for the grocery s. Convenient and plenty of parking. Can be a decent place to shop if you pick the region get time of day.

Decent, but having produce right next to the automatic door seems counterintuitive to me. Very good way to have bugs/mold on it at the price chopper. Also we don't need a planet fitness, we NEED A MOVIE THEATER!

Rutland Plaza is in the heart of downtown and is very busy. Lots of great shops and on the weekends there is a farmers market which has amazing vendors. Worth checking out!

This location lost its movie theater but will soon gain a Planet Fitness. Walmart and a recently remodeled Market32 by Price Chopper are the anchors. Dollar Tree, TJ Maxx, Cricket Wireless, and Gamestop also draw many shoppers to the plaza.

This parking lot just got new asphalt which brings it up to a solid two star car park. Traffic flow is typically terrible, especially when cars pass directly in front of store entrances that have brick columns that obstruct your view of people exiting. Lots of people will find this lot a convenient location to leave their car when going to the farmers market on a Saturday morning or going to a show at the paramount theater. The owners of the lot think that s a horrible idea, and not what they want at all, which means you should do it even if you don t need to. Skateboarding is likely to be frowned upon as well as scooters, but that shouldn t deter you at all. You re a freedom loving sort, and you should be able to go where you like. Small planes should avoid this parking lot because of all the cars and light poles that will make for a bumpy landing. UFOs typically prefer rural areas with large fields so I suppose they won t like this parking lot either.

Junkies, people asking for money, people trying to get into cars. A few good stores ( large chain stores) but feels like you need to be aware at all times

Nice. There are bathrooms and vending. Weekly & monthly cards available. Pretty neat & clean.No smoking please.

The plaza itself can be a crazy place. Seen lots happen over the years. The traffic can get messy and busy and people get mean, but for my part I try to be aware of my surroundings and take it slow. Esp. with people crossing all over the place from businesses to the parking lot and whatnot. It's a place many people go to, including me, and will continue to no matter what.

It's a nice place to shop. Nothing great, but it's well kept outside and is convenient. The whole downtown area is enjoyable and surprisingly nice. There is a variety of places to shop and you can tell the city puts in effort to improve the look and feel of the downtown when and where they can.

I mean, the plaza isn't great but the manager lady at the GameStop was super helpful in getting a gift for our nephew sorted. The parking lot situation leaves much to be desired.

This is a great place to be! Walmart and Price Chopper are my frequent stops. Both are well staffed and most people are friendly. Adequate parking although when it's busy you could be walking a bit, but not bad. Over all a good place

The area surroundings of this plaza are in bad ruins. The city needs to get a grip on this...."ghetto look" ... it's not appeal. The plaza itself is great now straighten up the end by walmart.

Well yummy best describes the food. We were visiting and after a 5hour drive no one wanted to cook. Pizza was the dinner of choice. It was delicious. The salads are huge. Enough for 2. And the delivery was in a timely manner. Do give it a try. Oh the calzone was awesome also. And again enough to share

I Love this place, it's like a one stop shopping. Start at one end by the Walmart & by the time you get to the other your food shopping can be done to! You could always just walk the plaza.
