I needed help in the service dept. and was given GREAT advice that recommended another business in the area (Interstate Batteries). They, too, were helpful with their advice. Ultimately the issue with my battery was resolved at the service dept. at Lundgrens and done very promptly. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I drive over an hour to go get good service from the Dodge dealership in Rutland.

Great service center and super helpful staff. Had an issue with my 2019 Ram 1500 as I was starting out on a 300 mile trip. Called them just before closing and they were able to get me in right away.The service manager Adam was great getting the problem diagnosed and with follow up after.

We began our search for a new car that would fit the needs of our blended family and after seeing a few options, started our weekend at Lundgren's, where we met with Bob Lewis. Bob was great from start to finish. After looking around at a few other vehicles at other dealers, our family decided we wanted to go back and work with Bob. He was super friendly and really sought out something that would work for us. We found a vehicle we fell in love with and ultimately left with. Definitely would recommend working with Bob. It was also much appreciated that Bob, Michelle, and Andrew went the extra mile and stayed with us after hours to make sure all paperwork was wrapped up and we were able to drive our vehicle home that night.

Adam and his service team went above and beyond to diagnose and repair our Jeep Wrangler in the short window of time that we needed to return home out of state after a visit in Vermont. His service team stayed late to get the job done and he was pleasant and helpful through the entire process. We would rely on his service department in the future!

Purchased a used 2020 ram 1500 bighorn with around 32,000 thousand miles. Nothing but problems. The guys at the dealership are awesome. But let me tell you. From the start I could smell antifreeze from inside of the cab. Brought it in and was told by the mechanic he could find nothing wrong and couldn't smell the antifreeze because he has a cold. That issue dismissed. Had a manifold leak. They fixed that. 4x4 stopped working. They fixed that. I heard a clunking from the front end. I was told there was dirt inside the running boards which they cleaned. My warranty ran out. I'm at roughly 100,000 miles. My truck now has a bad heater core with a really bad leak that would make you vommit to drive it. The truck needs both cv axels and intermittent shafts. And today I went to start the truck and nothing but a click. Purchased a new battery and still the same click. Also needs 2 more manifolds fixed, meaning the one they fixed is bad again and the other side needs to be replaced as well I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Ram to reconsider based on my experience. Also the start and stop has malfunctioned on me. When I was at a stop light foot on the brake, light turned green. I let off the brake, truck lunged forward and stalled. Parking brake automatically applied. Took a minute to release the parking brake and get going again. I didn't know what the hell happened.

I have bought multiple vehicles, both new and used, from Rutland Auto Group. I just bought a new Ram Rebel and I m SO happy. After searching for HOURS on the lot, I found this Ram as a suggestion from Jim (who is so awesome and knowledgeable). I got to meet part of the service team and the detailers, which was cool. The experience was so fluid, as it always has been. Michelle in the finance department worked very hard for me to get the best rate. I love my truck and this team of people who are looking to put you in the right vehicle not just what works best for them. I will continue to buy and service my vehicles here. Cannot say enough good things.

I just leased a 2022 RAM 1500 Laramie from Rutland RAM and I must say that it was the best car buying experience of my life. Starting with the can-do and customer focused approach of the GM, Miles Klepper, who worked with me remotely via text messages through the shopping process and helped find the truck I was looking for at a fair price with no hassles. Then the rest of his team was top notch in making the paperwork (Michelle DeLorme) and delivery process (Phil Maxwell) smooth. The only visit to the dealership showroom was for taking delivery of the truck that had all the aftermarket extras I required (spray on bed liner and running boards) already taken care of ready for me to drive away. The whole team was present for this, including the service manager Adam Kimball, who made sure that we could get the winter tires put on in very short order. Thanks to the whole team at Rutland RAM.

Adam the service manager was amazing. My Dodge Ram 1500 broke down on the last day of our vacation. We handled everything over the phone and then he opened up early for me so we could get on the road and head back home. Super nice guy and went way out of his way. Thanks again

Just a regular service, lube, oil, filter, it happened that a backorder recall part had arrived so they found time to install that. I have always had a great experience at the service dept and this was the same.

Dennis in sales is awesome. Super helpful, honest and truly likes the product he sells. The manager, Adam, in service is also awesome. Always gets me in quickly and does his best to make sure things are done correctly.

My husband and I just purchased a Dodge Ram 2500 from Phil Maxwell at Rutland Subaru. We live in New York State and drove an hour to the dealership. Phil and the whole gang were very helpful and professional. It was a very smooth transaction with 5 star service. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future!!

They worked to accommodate my Winnebago Travato (Promaster chassis) and took great care of clearance driving it up onto the lift. Also noticed that some of my tires were missing valve stem caps and replaced those without me asking. A quick and satisfactory experience.

I just purchased my truck recently there and traded in my old truck Phillip Helped me out he was great also special thanks to Michelle in the finance dept for helping with all necessary paperwork, the detail dept did an awesome job prepping my vehicle for pickup thank you to all the hard workers in the detail dept as well.

Was on a snowmobile vacation, truck's DEF system had a problem and was about to limit my speed to "5 mph" and we were hours from home. They got me in IMMEDIATELY, fixed the problem, and we were on our way.Truck fixed, snowmobile vacation saved!! They were fantastic and friendly! Too bad all dealers cannot be like this! The bar for service has been raised. Service manager Harold and Service Tech Dave were stellar.He identified the problem and fixed it while we waited. Bam. Done.A m a z i n g ! Thanks guys!

Came in today (New Years eve) in a panic because I didn't have any parking or brake lights on my 2011 Dodge Challenger and I was pulled over last night by the State Police. I'm from out of town so I was completely at the mercy of the dealer. The service advisor Harold Sammis was able to take my car in on short notice. The service technician Dave, went the extra mile to really troubleshoot my issue which was not an easy task and turned out to be a burned out parking lamp and socket as well as a misplaced fuse. They were able to get me back on the road so I can safely take my family home to NY with brake lights. I am super appreciative of the service offered and would recommend them highly.

The service team, Adam and Desmond go above and beyond in terms of professionalism and willingness to accommodate you in various situations (e.g., warranty & non-warranty work). I have always been treated fairly and highly recommend them.

Just ordered a 2024 Rebel. Same as my previous Rebel except that I decided against the air suspension. Rebel rides comfortably, tows with ease, performs well off-road. Good looking ride, too! My experience with sales and service has been terrific.

This is THE place to take your vehicle for service. My Chrysler Pacifica's sliding door jumped the track and smashed the rear window. From past experience with repairs to this car and my Ford van I knew this was the only place to take my car. Not only was it correctly repaired but they went to bat for me to make sure that Chrysler honored my extended warranty. I ended up only having to pay the $100 deductible. Not everyone would have put in the time and phone calls to get that done for me, but what a help to my budget that was! The icing on the cake is how very kind and helpful the staff is. This is my go-to repair business for sure, and it should be yours as well. Nothing tops their service!

I bought a new 2018 Dodge Journey today and this was hands down the best car buying experience! From pulling into the lot with my old car, to pulling out with my new one the team there was 100% dedicated to helping me get into something that will fit my family! Kelly P. was absolutely fantastic, so personable and so helpful. Both Dennis E and Dennis J were amazing sales people. They were so knowledgeable, had answers for every question I asked and if they didn t they knew who to ask! These 3 at Rutland Dodge Ram worked hard for a good 3 days to make this vehicle work that we so desperately needed for our family! They pulled strings I didn t know could be pulled and went out of their way multiple times. Besides the amazing experience I had there, the quality of my Journey is amazing. It s so clean, and sleek.. I could not be more please with this entire experience. I would recommend ANYONE looking for a new vehicle to go talk to either Dennis at Rutland Dodge Ram, and Kelly of course! :)

We bought a Ram 2500 Diesel at Rutland Ram. Casey, Stan and Michelle were awesome to work with. They made our purchasing experience seem so easy. Everything was seamless! Casey introduced us to the service department and we even scheduled an appointment for our first service visit. Casey helped us set up paring the phone so we didn t skip a beat once we left the lot. We would highly recommend Rutland Ram! Beautiful truck .Great sales people We re very happy with the entire process!

Entire buying experience was an absolute pleasure. Dennis and Stan and the rest of the staff were incredible. When returning to the service center for install of running boards, my wife was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Had to share the recent great experience I had with Rutland Dodge Ram & Adam, the service manager. I went to Adam concerned about a paint issue with my Dodge vehicle, I was concerned this would not be a warranty problem. Adam was able to have my vehicle repaired within an amazingly short period of time. Dodge Ram s partner, Beraldi s Collision Repair did a first class repair in just a few hours. I couldn t be happier with the outcome!!

Incredibly satisfied with the sales staff and finance office. Three of the most professional and respectful individuals I have ever worked with in a dealership. Purchased a new RAM 1500. So far very satisfied. Once again, the staff truly cared and have some excellent life experience. I highly recommend this place for future buyers. Dennis is a great guy was willing to go the extra mile to make the experience worth it. No new truck is free,, but I feel I got a great deal on the truck I truly wanted. I will refer buyers in the future.

If you are looking for a truck in southern VT. Go to Rutland Dodge and find Dennis!Dennis is not your stereotypical car sales rep (we found plenty of those at the neighboring dealerships and were very turned off by all of them).I personally HATE car shopping, but Dennis made the entire process a whole lot simpler. After he introduced himself, we enjoyed a simple conversation about what our needs were, as he shared his own personal experiences with the trucks.Instead of pushing the most expensive truck on the lot, or listing off a whole bunch of technical stats that mean nothing to me, he listened to us and was genuine about helping us find the right truck. We ended up with a quad cab Ram 1500 and we LOVE IT!!!!Even 4 months, after the sale, Dennis is never too busy to reply to any questions you may have about the truck's features, which is awesome. He has earned a lifelong customer for Rutland Dodge for as long as he is with the dealership.I'll repeat, if you are looking for a truck in southern VT. Go to Rutland Dodge and find Dennis. ~ Justin

MADE THINGS RIGHT!!! We are updating our review from our prior experience with the service department at Rutland Ram Dodge. After our prior post we received a call from Rob, the Service Director at Rutland Dodge. We discussed our previous unsatisfactory experience and had an open discussion to correct our issues. He sincerely apologized for the original job performed and the condition my truck was left in. Rob and the entire service department went above and beyond all expectations to get our alignment done along with completing all of our service request items of concern. Since we were an hour away, Rob made arrangements for our truck to be delivered back to us and have a loaner truck while ours was having the service completed. It is a HUGE breath of fresh air to come across someone who is willing to go the extra mile and make things right. Rob went over and above to address our concerns, discuss them with his service team and make things RIGHT!!!Rutland Ram Dodge has redeemed themselves and their good name!! We now feel these 5 stars have been well earned!! We feel good and our truck is very safe and ready for our journey back to Texas.Thank You,Paul and Sue Hanks

If you re looking for a vehicle this is the right place to go, make sure to ask for Dennis he s an amazing salesman, he ll make sure to put you into a truck that you really want. Unlike other dealer ships that try to put you into a vehicle they want to put you in, Dennis listens to every detail about what your looking for to make sure the vehicle you like is the right fit. I ll never go anywhere else. Got my first truck from him in 2019, and just got my second from him. Hands down best place to truck shop

Casey and the sales team were fabulous. They guided us effortlessly through our purchase of a 2021 Dodge Charger. All options were fully explained so we would have full confidence in our purchase. Trade-in value was easily negotiated and, with a discounted sales price, the car was very affordable. I definitely recommend.
