We recently helped our 15yo son purchase his first car! Ashley went out of her way to make the experience a great one for our son! I wanted to take a moment to leave a review so Bryan, Jon and Holly know how much I appreciated their help during the car buying process. I negotiated with several Subaru dealers and from the very beginning, Bryan C. (Sales Manager) was the most communicative and transparent. Other dealers didn t provide nearly the level of service that Oliver Subaru did and I m very pleased with my decision to buy my first Subaru from Oliver Subaru. I had a great negotiation experience and taking delivery of my new vehicle was seamless. I want to thank Bryan, Jon and Holly for making this an efficient and enjoyable process! They represent the Subaru brand very well and honestly, I haven t received this level of service outside of luxury car dealerships.

We found this car online, called to Rutland 1.5 hours away, spoke to Jay who was amiable and helpful from the start. We were told the history of the dealership and their effort to provide a positive experience for customers. This easily could have been a line, but seemed very genuine. The car, the mileage, the cost all met our needs. The big issue was the trade in. I have had bad experiences negotiating with dealers in the past and this time had a very clear idea what I wanted for our car. When Jay told us what they could offer for our car, the figures matched up. I was aware not only of his expression of appreciation to us, but also to the others who worked there. Again, seemed very genuine. We also were impressed with the post-sale coverage and warranty options provided. We have already recommended Oliver to family and friends and would shop there again.

I'm so in love with my new car! From the moment we walked into to the dealership we were welcomed with open arms! Ashley went above and beyond and explained everything to us, and showed us all the features in the car before we left! Highly recommend getting ahold of her if you're looking to get into a new car! Five stars! Great experience and customer service. Willing to work with our budget and Phil helped get us a car that works for us, and will hopefully last us a long time! Had an outstanding experience purchasing a car at Subaru! Also met Oliver, the one and only owner of this Subaru in Rutland! Kind people that work here and Philip Maxwell went through every step of the car purchasing and he said to come back to Oliver Subaru where he could help put on the new license plates! I purchased a previously owned Toyota Highlander from Oliver Subaru that is like new. I had an excellent experience with every staff person I interacted with -- the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I genuinely enjoyed it. Phil Maxwell provided superb customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and researched and answered my every question in very timely fashion. He was truly devoted to my having a great car buying experience. They also undercoated my car with a non-sticky resilient substance (5 year warranty) that gives me peace of mind that the underbody won't rust. My total experience was exceptional.

I worked with Chris on committing to a lease and he was extremely helpful and encouraging along the way. He made sure that I left satisfied, and I really respected that. Chris was very easy to talk to and not intimidating at all, as this was my first time setting foot in a dealership looking to purchase for myself. He made something that is typically stressful, enjoyable. It was great working with him, and I will definitely refer friends and family to Oliver Subaru, and Chris, in the future!

The sales team at Oliver Subaru are extraordinary! I let my salesman Phil Maxwell know I wanted to upgrade from my 2022 Outback to an Ascent. Phil had a 2022 Ascent Onyx that had just been made available with just 67 miles on it! It was the exact trim/color I was looking for. Phil is amazing with his ability to get to know his customers on a personal level and always keep in mind what they are looking for. He made the whole process easy and fun! Yes he made spending money fun!The sales manager Dave Brown is just as amazing as well. Dave took the time to make sure he could put together the right trade and purchase agreement that I simply couldn t pass up.When it was time to handle the finance,Glen Novak was there to handle it all. Glen took the time to ensure I had every option and wise investment into the warranty, Simoniz, roadside warranty, underside protection.At the end of the day, this is my 2nd purchase from Oliver Subaru and I m sure it won t be my last. This is a team built on customer service and loyalty and they all take that seriously!This dealership is a hour and forty five minutes from my home in NY but I simply will not go anywhere else. The service team is among the best I ve ever worked with. Holly Stellato always has a huge smile and goes the extra mile to make sure my car is given the VIP treatment!Thank you Phil, Dave, Glen, Holly and the entire service team for helping me get the car I wanted! 10/10! I had such a nice experience here. Ashley helped me find my car and she was very genuine! Ive had some bad experiences at dealerships, but you won't get that here. They try to help you leave happy. Even the sales people were really nice and took the time to explain everything to me. Very happy with my purchase and supporting the local dealerships. This dealership has been five stars since I purchased my vehicle new from them eight years ago. Their staff is always courteous and professional. Service is attentive and performed expeditiously. Brian, Holly and the rest of the folks in service are consummate professionals, who actually make it a pleasure to get my car serviced.Their rates are also reasonable compared to other service facilities I have visited.

I've been a customer at Kinney / Oliver Subaru for about 20 years or so. So when it came time for my next new vehicle, Oliver was my obvious choice. But I had in mind what I wanted and shopped around a little. When a competitor offered to find me just what I wanted, but for a bit longer wait, I wondered if Phil, my liaison at Oliver, couldn't also do the same thing? He and the rest of the staff at Oliver did WAY better! They got me exactly what I wanted with a deal that ensured our mutual agreement and benefit. All the staff are fantastic there. When I had some questions while Phil had his day off, Chris was able to not only answer them, but help me work toward a better financial plan option. Glen was a gem at getting me the best protection at a cost I could manage. And the service staff (hats off to Holly and her crew!) are superb. Overall, I'm pretty happy with Oliver Subaru--and my beautiful new ride!

Oliver Subaru is a great place if your looking for a good reliable car that are all well taken care of. They are so honest and upfront with you they re not just trying to sell a car and push you out the door they really want you to get the best deal and fit possible. They stayed late well past closing just to help me get into the car I wanted. If anyone ask my opinion as far as where to get a car I m sending them in the direction of Oliver Subaru

An incredible experience. Let's just say I never considered a Subaru until that fateful Saturday. Went in to the Oliver Subaru and was met with the most courteous friendly folks out there. From start to finish, the experience was relaxing, no stress, friendly, and had the very best salesman - Phil. This guy knows his stuff. He listened to us, and showed us the rides that would be a perfect fit. And they were. Smooth, comfortable, safe, and very cool looking. One of the best rides i have ever driven. One of the coolest things was one of the owners went out of his way to introduce himself to us. A very classy jester on his part. I feel very lucky and honored to be part of the Oliver Subaru family.

I have been searching for a vehicle that would suit my families needs for a couple years now, wanting to ensure I got a good deal and a great car. I worked with Phil and he was amazing! Honest and forthcoming with information. He even delivered the vehicle to me to save me a 4 hour round trip. Glen also ensured the financial aspect went smoothly, being forthcoming with all information and available protection for the vehicle. The transaction went seamlessly thanks to Phil going above and beyond, even continuing to provide service and assistance with any questions I came up with after the sale was completed. The car is perfect for our family of 4, and our 80 lb furry family member, no more squished kiddos in the back. For the first time in a while we are all excited to go for a ride! After my 2017 Outback got totaled I was looking for another Outback and no doubt in my mind I came to the right place. Phil and Jared provided nothing but the most stellar customer service you could ask for. They are attentive, responsive, and genuinely care about you and what you're looking for! I cannot thank them enough for all their time and effort to help make sure I got what I was looking for at the right price. Who knew buying a new car could be this wonderful of an experience! I had a great experience buying a new Subaru Crosstrek from Oliver Subaru. In fact, it was the best car-buying experience I ve ever had. Jon Albee, my salesman, and David Brown, the sales manager, did everything they possibly could to make sure I bought the exact car I wanted at a price that was fair. They listened to me, understood what I wanted, and went out of their way to make me happy. Everyone I dealt with at Oliver Subaru was pleasant and professional, and if you re looking for a good place to buy a car and good salesman to work with, I highly recommend Oliver Subaru and Jon Albee.

I went in for a service appointment on my 2020 Outback, and walked out with a 2024 Crosstrek. Phil was phenomenal, he respected my budget and I didn t have to compromise on any of the comforts I was used to- heated seats, remote start, sunroof. He even fixed a last minute issue I had in financing, personally.Ryan in financing was also wonderful. Both made this whole, long process that I normally dread- a better experience. I will be going back to both for my next lease, as well as recommending them to my friends and family. Overall, I m both impressed and thrilled with the new Oliver Subaru. Thank you!!

My experience at Oliver Subaru was absolutely amazing, by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I needed a car on very short notice, as my other car is not good in the snow, and they certainly delivered. All of the staff members worked with me to get a car within the price range I was looking in, they were very accommodating to the fact I live out of state, and kept me informed of everything every step of the way. Phil helped me find the best car suited for my needs which I couldn't be more grateful for and checked in to make sure everything was still going well with the car afterwards! Thank you all so much!

Holly at Oliver Subaru is fantastic! I haven t had a bad experience there. It s one of the few service appointments I always enjoy. Everyone is great to talk to, my tire and wheel package, and the key fob coverage that I bought have been incredible. I have not had to pay for things. I would ve otherwise had to pay for They were well worth the investment when I bought the car!
