When I tell you, this was the most simple easy process working with them it's no exaggeration. They were so helpful and so kind and so accommodating through the entire process. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend doing business with them great people!!!!! Not to mention they went above and beyond the entire time my vehicle was there from picking it up with a tow truck to personally dropping it off. They were amazing.

Trust is a way of doing business here. I trust and am confident in their work and their word. It's very refreshing to know in advance that you're in good hands. I have no reservations trusting our family vehicles with Scott and his staff and would highly recommend Howe Center Auto to anyone. Great people who go the extra mile for you. Amazing work and reasonable rates! Scott and his staff always go above and beyond to assist me with all of my auto needs, they are also great at providing the warnings such as your "your going to need brakes in 10,000 miles or you need new tires etc" so you can plan and prepare. They are always busy but still find the time to be kind, courteous and provide the best service all around.

I came in for an oil change before a long drive to Florida. Turns out my power steering high pressure hose needed to be replaced. It would have been dangerous to make the drive so Scott fit me in before I left even though they were booked. Excellent customer service.

We drove from Virginia to Rutland, Vermont for a job during the I-95 fiasco outside of D.C. By the grace of God we made it to Vermont with our Truck shaking, smoking and we couldn't even turn to the left or right. We arrived on Tuesday night and 1st thing Wednesday morning I started calling Mechanics. I called 7 who all told me they were booked and not enough mechanics due to Covid, which I completely understand. I called Howe Service Center and Star let me know they were busy, but she would try to help us out. We were able to drop the truck off the next day, it only took a few days to fix and they literally saved our entire trip. The best Mechanics, customer service and overall experience. It sucks when your vehicle breaks down, but if it does you should put it in their hands, awesome, trustworthy and an A+++ experience.

I took my sons Pontiac G6 to Scott and his crew and as promised he said he would take care of it . I had no Problems at all and he was up front and straight with me only down side was if google offered a 10 star option I would have used that. My son is so happy and I know where I will be bringing all my vehicles from here on !! Way to go guys

HCA has been taking care of my cars for many years now. I know I can always trust Scott to give it to me straight and for the pricing to be fair. We will be customers for years to come and I wouldn't trust my car in anyone else's hands.

Highly skilled mechanics, providing fast and economical service. They are the choice for car service in Rutland area for the State Police and City PD and I personally trust them to get it done right every time. Bob Howard has been in the business a long time and only employs the best mechanics. Try to call to arrange an appointment in advance as they are usually very busy and booked for at least a few days. They always stand behind their work.
