Formula Ford are great people to work. They traded my 2020 F-150 in for a 2023 F-350 pretty much over the phone. Told them what I had, Sent them pictures of it. They sent me pictures of the 350 and it was a done deal. I highly recommend Formula Ford. This makes our families 5 vehicle we have purchased from them.

Brought my brand new truck in for a possible warranty issue, that I actually bought at a different dealer. Unlike other local Ford dealers, they said no problem that I bought it elsewhere, and got me in next day. Lynn was super friendly and technician Kevin actually looked into stuff and heard me out. I wish I would have bought my truck here if this is the service level they give!!!! Next time for sure!

Everything about my sales experience was fantastic. Luke was my Sales contact and his knowledge of what I was looking for and the 2022 Escape I purchased was the perfect match. Glen handled the financial paperwork including the Ford X-Plan Partner Recognition New Vehicle Purchase Program making it quick and quite easy to complete. Brennen's attention to detail ensuring my new Escape was spotless is top-notch. Nick in Service is why I became a customer with my 2019 Escape a couple of years ago. So, there was never a question as to where I'd be buying my next Escape. All the staff as well as the convenient location made my experience 5+ Stars, actually.

The staff always make me feel welcome. When I was struggling trying to find a time to pick up my SUV after and oil change and tires changed, the kind staff found a way to bring my SUV to me. That s above and beyond service!

Honest, thorough, energetic, but not pushy. Well worth the 8 hour drive to get to this dealership. Everyone I encountered was polite, properly attired, and intelligent. The rare circumstance, where they did exactly as they said they would do, with no subterfuge or excuses. Outstanding organization.

Over the year I have bought a few vehicles from Formula Ford and I would recommend buying a vehicle from them. Their sales staff are fair and courteous, and there is no pressure to buy a vehicle when you talk to them. When you are ready to buy the purchase process is very easy.

Driving by, I spotted the work van I'd been searching for unsuccessfully for weeks. When I walked in I was thrilled to learn it was unspoken for and equipped pretty much just as I wanted. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional. When I walked out, the van was mine.

Formula Ford of Rutland has a great team of mechanics. My Wife is very satisfied when truck is serviced. Corey is her go to mechanic. He is very attentive to taking care of and making sure everything is done right.

I purchased my 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning through Formula Ford. Through the whole process my sales person, Luke Pittrich, was very helpful. He responded to phone calls and emails in a timely manner and was honest in when he didn't know an answer to my questions, he admitted as such and then got the information to me promptly. The dealership also did not charge above MSRP for the vehicle like other dealerships are doing. Picking up and taking possesion of my vehicle was also handled smoothly. My experience with their service department for my former ICE vehicles was very good.

Bought two vehicles from them so far come all the ways from Staten Island New York because of the deals they were able to put together and the customer service is like family. I ll go to no other Ford dealer and that s a fact! Their so good I have two friends that came up from Staten Island to buy from them!

Very professional and great service.Please expand your building for a bigger garage and bigger showroom.Especially in the winter you need a big showroom to shop in comfort. The Dealership needs more vehicles to show . Too Small.

If you need a vehicle and you want to buy a Ford head on down to Formula Ford and go find Mike Lewis and if you need service while you're there go in the back room and find Leslie they're the reason why I go to Formula Ford I can trust these people to take care of my vehicle and make things right when things go wrong thanks Mike Lewis and don't forget Leslie in service that's how I feel about my local Ford dealer
