East Creek Motors were GREAT to work with. I recently purchased an Iron Bull Trailer and needed a replacement spring for my ramps.Nicole was ABSOLUTELY GREAT to work with...however we just couldn't get the correct spring.East Creek Motors and Nicole tried to correct this issue and were Very Professional to deal with.The supply company in Texas is another story...they SUCK. Nicole and Joe did make the truck buying experience quick and easy. The truck itself has been a little bit of any issue. It had a fresh inspection sticker and brake work done by them. About 1-2 weeks after the A/C stopped working. 4 weeks after purchasing a brake line went (not one they had replaced) and I had no brakes. Since I was 2 hours away I brought it to a local mechanic. They say they are going to give me 300$ towards the brake repairs. Overall not a great experience which is unlike the other reviews.

Just bought my first Toyota with them and am in love with it. They made the car buying process super easy and communicated great with me during the process. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend them

I bought my truck with them. Have it serviced with them I really like the family that runs it. They are nicest people ever.My truck is amazing and the mechanic who works on it seems to really know his stuff. Check them out

I highly recommend this dealership!We drove two hours to get to the dealership and Nicole went out of her way to make sure that we could wrap everything up in one visit.They were friendly, helpful, honest, and had great communication and follow up. The car is in great shape and she gave us a fair price. We couldn t be happier, so glad we found them!

They made trading in my car so simply and easy and not at all overwhelming! They helped coordinate with the bank so I would be making only one trip and they worked with me with keeping my monthly payments where I wanted them! & their puppy was too cute also!

On Friday 2/19/21 I called about a truck to purchase we agreed on a price that I would pay CASH and pick up the truck on Saturday 2/20/21 I'm in Massachusetts about two and a half hours away the owner calls me I'm 38 miles from the dealer and says someone came into the dealer his employee thought it was me and took a DEPOSIT and sold the truck out from under me and laughed saying this happens how dare you so an entire day wasted and no new truck
