They towed a truck for me a year ago, and I was happy with the service. So for that they get 5starts.Yesterday, I go a DOT and they came out, which took 2 hours, and their service truck didn't have the correct supplies on it. So after an 1 we decided that we would take care of it in the morning.Well, it's in the morning, it's almost 10 and they haven't even looked at it.I should have stayed there last night and called someone else. When I called the breakdown service and asked if they could send someone else out to fix the trailer, the service called the shop and then Earle's sent someone out to fix the the trailer. Something that should have happened first thing this morning. It's now 21 hours after I called breakdown to fix a few small things which should have taken 30 minutes. So, because they don't have the part, ( they did have 1 but used it on the truck they serviced just before me) they need to rewire the box on the front of the trailer. So, 0 stars for today. A total lack of customer care.

The young men did a very nice job replacing the radiator in our Freightliner. Once the part came in they got us out same day with time to pick up a load! Very knowledgeable, fast, and friendly!

I've taken my horse trailer to many different garages but the folks at Earl's really know trailers! They repaired things that I didn't know needed repairing, like some running lights and brake parts. They were very thorough in their inspection as I care about safety and not just a quick overview like some garages do.

This guys did wrecker and recovery service for me. They said they were 45 minutes away, ended them taking more than two hours to arrive. It took them about 45 minutes to recover the truck and ended up charging me 4.5 hours for two equipments with other miscellaneous services that I could not understand what it was for. They billed me over $3600.00 and when I questioned the bill, the billing lady threatened me that she will the police on me and seize my equipment.Don t use these guys unless you have no option. They will rip you off.

Broke down this morning due to the fuel gelling up. They came in a reasonable time towed the truck and trailer to their shop change my fuel filters and got me back on the road and was able to make it home. Words can not describe how awesome and down to earth these 2 guys were. Made me feel like I was one of the guys. I have never had such an awesome experience. Thank you.

I can't say enough good things about Earle's. We were traversing a mountain road this past year which was opened but should have been closed. A river washed it out a couple weeks before and we ended up with a 40 ft camper slid off the road attached to our truck. The road was only eight feet wide and gave way under the weight of our truck amd trailer on the side which went down the ravine because it was too soft. We became hung up on a tree which kept us from sliding off down a ravine and to the other side of us was a 4 foot trench where the road was gone.We luckily had cell service and called everyone we could find but noone was up for the task. Except for Earle's. Jim and his man drive an hour and a half to reach us on a holiday just before dark. They expertly set up a rigging recovery operation utilizing two cables with snatch blocks in the woods. Once they had us safely to the other side of the crossing which was on the opposite of the whole they were on Jim says, "So what's the plan now?" I said "Plan, I was hoping you had one!" I informed him that the road was closed with mafia blocks less than a quarter mile ahead with an eight foot hole where the road used to be. There was no warning ahead of time. With a 64 foot over all length we would have to back down and cross the gap where we previously slid off the road and then back another 5 miles down to the bottom of the mountain where we could turn around. With nerves of steel Jim did not bat an eye. He had me get in the truck and they directed me across the gap all the while steering the trailer with the tow truck to keep it from sliding off the road again which curved the wrong way of where you have to steer the truck to steer the trailer on the road. With their expertise I was able to keep the truck on the road with my outside dually wheel over the giant hole because the other bank had slid away.Jim used heavy slings to attach to our vehicles in order to protect the paint. The guys made sure not to put so much as a scratch on anything. The truck was a Peterbilt tri-axle. What a beast. If you need a heavy wrecker or even general towing call Earle's!

No one buy sell plows from or to service on your cell plows the service tech Tim manages the snow plow the vision is the most knowledgeable snow plow service techs that I ever inexperienced with prices are fair fast I always seem to have the part that is needed in your stockroom I have rarely ever heard him say I need to order a part I will always try from the Capital District up to Rutland to have any of these services it's a long drive but I end up getting out of the shop quicker and with more money in my pocket that's how good they are
