Aaron was great explaining things and taking the time to look stuff up and work with me. Drove 5 hrs round trip but left same day with a CRF 300L ABS in January. Can't wait to ride it! They have a lot of inventory to choose from. Highly recommend.

Nasty old guy in the parts department called about a part for my bike and gave me Instant attitude as Because I asked for a part that they don t keep on hand and that they would have to order it. never done business with this place before and this is the first impression that I get Very upsetting, and will definitely not be giving any future business

Brent was awesome! Was able to get all loan info worked out over the phone, was updated a dozen times throughout the process so i knew what was going on. once i made the hour drive there it was signing papers, down payment, and loading up which took less than an hour before i was on my way home

I bought a new ATV from Central Vermont Motorcycle recently and I came away impressed. The sales staff were experienced, knowledgeable and easy to speak with. In addition, an issue arose during delivery, completely of my making, and they couldn t have been more understanding or accommodating in assuring that the delivery of the ATV was properly completed. I ll be doing business with them again.

I have only been for a helmet, and then a bracket for my truck, but the guys there are always friendly and took the time to make sure I found what I was looking for. The helmet fitting particularly went well, I was a little intimidated going into it since I knew nothing about how to fit for one but the staff went through all the features and made sure we found one that fitted well. I ordered a color not in stock on a Saturday, and my helmet arrived that Tuesday morning. Why I love shopping local.

I had a stripped oil filter cover screw on my Beta. I called and spoke to Eric on the phone who told me to bring down the bike to take a look at. When I got there he fixed it on the spot even though they were really busy! These guys are top notch and got me back riding right away.

I called up to get my snowmobile adjusted and they said come right over. Eric was so nice to me and Cody assisted in the process of getting me out the door. Wow, never been treated so kindly by a group of guys at a motorcycle snowmobile shop. Class act here. I will be buying all of my stuff in the future from these guys they know their stuff very nice people. I can t thank them enough.

I had experienced an issue with my newly purchased Oxygen helmet while riding in Vermont this week. Even though I did not purchase the helmet from Central Vermont Motorcycles, Erika worked out a solution that got me back onto the trails! Thank you for your flexibility, understanding and professionalism!
