My experience at Rutland Audi was absolutely amazing. I live two hours away from this dealership but it was worth the drive. I had such an awful experience at my local (Audi of Albany) Audi dealership that I knew I had to go elsewhere. I researched Rutland online and found that they had a great selection of the vehicle that I was looking for (Q3) I drove out on a Monday and upon arrival I was greeted by my salesman, Jim. I explained my horror story at my local dealership and he assured me that that would not happen there. So I told Jim what I was looking for and he showed me several different vehicles. Jim was so knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all my questions and did not pressure me at all. After a test drive, I was sold on the beautiful Q3 with all the bells and whistles. I worked out a finance plan with the manager, Andrew, who was great to work with. I spoke with the finance manager, Michelle, the following day and put everything into order. Since I live two hours from the dealership, Jim and Andrew offered to deliver my new vehicle to my house. A couple days later Jim was at my door with my Q3! He spent a good amount of time going over all of the paperwork and setting up my phone to sync with the car. Jim went over every detail of the car and wasn't in a rush to leave. Overall, I give Rutland Audi a million stars for making my car dreams come true. Jim was so friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I recommend Jim and Rutland Audi without a doubt.

If Google had Michelin stars for dealerships, I would give Bob Lewis of Rutland Audi three Michelin stars. He made purchasing my vehicle, easy and painless, very friendly to work with very knowledgeable and a huge pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back in the future.

If I could give Justin Pelerine and Michelle more than 5 stars, I would give them allof the stars. Quick background, I totaled my very first brand new car at the 2 year mark. I was devastated. The LAST THING I wanted was to shop for a new car. Justin made it feel like we met a new friend that wanted the best for our family. We spent 3 hours driving him nuts and he was still welcoming and amazing. He worked with us when we noticed some thing on a used car that concerned us. And in the end, it was that car that we purchased. Michelle, who runs the numbers, was super straight with us. She literally told us about ALL the options for financing, and told us what we DIDN T need. That is just doing right by your customers. We ended up on an Audi Q7 that we are madly in love with. Thank you, Justin and Michelle. You have no idea what this car means to our family. Our kids fell in love the minute they saw it!

We've been extremely happy with the service we've received at Audi Rutland over the years. We owned three Audis and when one of them was totaled, we bought another one. Great service from the service team (we're big fans of Sam Hamblin, the service manager, and Sue Johnson, our service rep) and really appreciated the informed advice of Steve Latucca, the sales rep who helped us in our decision making. Highly recommended.I appreciated the fact that I could look at their website and see what they had in inventory. Very helpful in evaluating the options.

Last week I purchased my second new Audi from Jim Heilner at Audi of Rutland. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He takes pride in excellent customer service and is passionate about the Audi brand. Once I had the specific model in mind, Andrew the business manager worked with me and my trade-in to ensure I had a grasp on the financials. Math is not my strength and he was extremely patient with me! Finally, finance manager Michelle was so friendly and took the time to help me customize my purchase so I have the prepaid coverages and service agreement I like to take advantage of. The process was smooth and took less time than at other dealerships. I am so grateful for Jim, Andrew & Michelle helping me purchase my dream car at a price I feel good about. Anyone in the market for an Audi in Southern VT should pay them a visit!

This is the second time that this dealer pulled a bait and switch with me. It also happened three years ago with a Volkswagen. Made an appointment to drive a car on Saturday morning at 9:00 as that is when Andrew told me the dealership opens. Got a call on Friday night letting me know that someone else was driving the SAME car at 8:30 on Saturday morning. Did I want to put a deposit down now? WHAT!?!? Never saw the car, never drove the car- you get the gist! BUT we have other cars that are silver and are 1000s of dollars more that you can look at. Spoke with the manager who proceeds to call me by the wrong name. This place is a dirty dealer on every level. Best of luck.

They have a person that answers the phone when you call the service department! I really can't ask for much more. Try calling any dealer in the Upper Valley and you will know what I mean.

My wife and I had the pleasure to work remotely with the team at Audi Rutland on a recent purchase. Everyone was amazing and made the experience perfect.Philip in sales was super responsive, almost immediate in fact. Literally walked outside and took a video of the vehicle to include questions I had about the condition. The website already had execellent photos of the vehicle and included the AutoCheck report. Michelle and Miles made the finance, registration and other paperwork process simple. We live 2+ hours away from the dealership, Philip and Miles delivered the car to us (on our schedule after hours) and we signed the final paperwork. The car was exactly as we expected, in perfect condition. Thanks also to the re-conditioning crew, made a 3 year old vehicle look new. Couldn't be happier!

Audi Rutland provides superior service to my TT. Always sets me up so I can work while they work, does the work quickly and well, car runs beautifully. Was talking with another TT owner who lives about 100 miles from there. Asked where they get service. They said Rutland, best place in the area. I concur.

Wonderful experience, even better customer service! I usually despise the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Jim took excellent care of me, as always. He made the experience fun, professional, and best of all, not a hassle at all for me. I m in love with my new vehicle and am so grateful to have worked with a salesperson who listened to me and did not make me feel pressured once and did not hesitate to go the extra mile for me whenever possible. Had a great experience buying my new Q3 at Audi of Rutland. They didn't have the trim and options I wanted so I ordered one and went home to wait. A month later Russ called me to tell me they found a car practically the same as what I had ordered and did a dealer swap so I got the car of my dreams 2 months faster! No pressure sales. Honest and straight forward. Russ was a pleasure to work with.

WOW! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!! THANK YOU DENNIS JOHNSON AND AUDI RUTLAND. YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!My wife and I have been proud Audi owners for the last 6 years, so when it came time to upgrade we knew that we wanted another Audi. We went to our "local" Audi shop to check a few cars out but then we spotted the car that we wanted online which was at Rutland Audi. After speaking with Dennis Johnson ("DJ") over the phone he assured me that he would hold the car for us until the weekend so we can drive down and check it out. During the test drive Dennis was kind, knowledgeable and most importantly very honest. (No high pressure sales) Hands down the single best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle (and I am VERY picky and in sales so I tend to hold people and companies to very high standards). On the way home after the purchase we noticed a very small rock chip on the lower spoiler and Dennis even went above and beyond to get me the materials I needed to get it fixed. Love this dealership and well worth the drive!

A recent visit because of a recall, decided to have my oil changed on my Audi, warranty just ran out a month prior and what should be routine oil change turned into a 6 to 7 hour job at $125 per hour on the engine because a ring on the oil cap ended up in the engine. Never had the oil changed since purchasing the vehicle a year prior. Kinney said could not change the oil because of issue and could not provide us with a loaner. We live over an hour away so was stranded. We called the dealer we purchased from thankfully, they provided us with a rental car, picked up our vehicle and it turned out to be a 5 min. job, was able to fish out with a magnet. A few day later I got the online service record and Kinney had changed the oil. Hum?? They pay their service people commission so watch out if your warrantee is out. Will never go back, we received no compensation for the crazy day trying to get home and four days without my vehicle. Beware!!

I recently took my '13 Audi S4 in for its major service interval. I want to be clear, that I drove 80 miles to utilize Kinney Audi's Services because my local Audi dealer, in my opinion, doesn't cut it. In this example, the price I was quoted for the EXACT same service at Kinney was Audi of America's catalog price of $680...at my local Audi dealer, they wanted ~$1100...no explanation for the difference. I couldnt be happier with the level of service I received...in addition to performing the service, they diagnosed and fixed a problem with my fuel level sending unit that my local dealer refused to take action on. In short, all of my Audi business goes to Kinney...truly exceptional customer service from the entire staff who went out of their way to make sure we received a high level of care. Thanks again to the staff at Kinney Motors - Audi.

Nice staff... but sold me a lemon, and I think they knew. I bought my car (used) about a year and a half ago. Every time I went to look at it, they always had it running and waiting for me (I thought that was just good customer service). I bought it. The following day after I brought it home, the MMI (Audi s dashboard/brain) didn t start up with the car (so no radio, nav, anything you see on the dash). I emailed them that day and they said that was odd, but ride it out. This has happened over two dozen times in the last year. Then it started locking itself when the keys were left in the car. Now the radio turns on sporadically on its own and drains the battery. And as of this week, the cars turning and break lights start flashing back and forth (like a disco) while it s sitting in the driveway.It s obviously not their fault that the car is a lemon... but I don t trust that they didn t know that when they sold me the car. Disappointing.

I made an appointment to look at an A4, when I arrived I was promptly helped by Nik Houghton, with the vehicle I requested ready outside for me. Nik was very knowledgeable, and made sure to focus on what was important to me.I appreciated the tailored experience, and was very impressed with the vehicle. Well done Nik, and Audi Rutland!

I was interested in purchasing a 2018 Audi A4. I had gone to the Audi website and I knew just the car that I wanted. I was also familiar with the MSRP and well as the cost to the dealer. I live in New York State and am closer to Albany than I am to Rutland. Accordingly, it was my preference to purchase the car from Albany Audi as opposed to Kinney Audi.For my convenience, I was willing to pay a couple hundred dollars more to Albany Audi (although obviously I had hoped that their price would be lower that Kinney Audi). It wasn't! Nor was it even close!Kinney Audi's price was $2,300 less than Albany Audi. I am willing to endure a little inconvenience to save that amount of money. In addition, my experience with the staff at Kinney Audi was much better than my experience at Albany Audi.In my opinion, Audi Rutland is worth the drive!
