Great place to purchase a car from. No dealer markup! Drove all the way from Virginia to buy my new Toyota Prius prime. The whole experience took less than two hours. Dealing with Dave via email and phone calls was easy and he kept me inform of where my car would be. Would do it again!

I came here to start my preliminary search on a Tacoma and was greeted by Anthony S. I explained that I was there to compare the size and look for general information. Anthony S was accommodating in my search process. He was not pushy at all and knew the product as well. I will most likely be getting the 24 Tacoma TRD PRO from here.

My passenger mirror was broken in the car wash the very day I got my membership. Through a series of events, it's been quite the process trying to get it fixed. The service area has been great and they are fixing it even though there has been many delays on their end for different reasons. I asked to be compensated for not being able to use the car wash which wasn't my fault and I was told no which is upsetting due to the fact that it was wasted money. The incident happened on 2/8 and it's now 4/3 so I'm hoping it's fixes soon. I'm going on month three of paying for something I can't enjoy. I still decided to give this four stars because the service department has been great. I dealt with Greg today and he was absolutely lovely. He was professional and extremely helpful and I'm very appreciative. I'm not mad about the delay, things happen and I'm understanding. However, there needs to be a way to compensate people for this type of situation. We shouldn't be out of luck because of a situation in which we aren't at fault. Thanks again, Greg.

Went to Alderman's Toyota with an engine problem. They quickly diagnosed the water pump failing and fixed it that same morning. Their facility is very clean and they run a very professional operation. Our service advisor, Lisa Harrington, was very professional and courteous and kept us update on progress. The car was fixed faster than the original estimate and we were able to go skiing that afternoon. Thanks for the great service!

We just purchased a certified used Toyota from Alderman s and had a very pleasant buying experience working with Ethan. I can tell Ethan really enjoys helping people find the right vehicle fit for them and he took the time to meet our needs and was not pushy in any way. They offered us a fair trade in and even got us a better interest rate than our credit union which was a nice surprise. These folks will work with you and I m confident we made the right choice. Getting an oil change at Alderman s was a wonderful experience! They have the cleanest service area and the most courteous and competent advisors. My oil change was done promptly and with the multi-point inspection and car wash coupon made it a pleasant experience. I will always have any future service done here!

I went to Alderman's dealership to get my winter tires turned over and a general service.I consistently use their service because not only are they professional they charge a VERY fair price compared to the other service centers in the area.The don't gouge on SERVICE or SALES- super fair.While my vehicle was being worked on I saw several interactions with customers and I can say the manager Joe is very kind and helpful.*Scott is a great and patient salesperson!**Greg B in service is TERRIFIC!*Will continue to be a loyal customer!

Alderman s Toyota Service Dept is outstanding. The woman who worked with me was so kind and accommodating. She listened to everything that was going on. When I picked up my car they told me exactly what was done and had informed me parts were promptly ordered and that they would get me back in as soon as they arrived. In my opinion, their prices are great. My car is under warranty, however, I paid for my snow tires to be mounted and I felt the price was very fair. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the my start to finish experience at Alderman s Toyota. Mitzi was a wonderful salesperson. She represented the company well. Very experienced and not pushy (which is a turnoff for me!!). Other personal went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and important as a customer! Everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered. I drove away in a new fully loaded Toyota 4 Runner platinum my first Toyota but definitely not my last!

The team at Alderman Toyota from service to sales is incredible. Everyone is friendly, respectful and courteous. They realize the clients time is valuable and do their best to be efficient and thorough with your vehicle and time. I will never go anywhere else for vehicle purchases and service.

When my battery on my 4Runner died today, I got a jump from AAA and drove straight to Alderman's. They not only assured me they could get it done today on a Friday, they got me back on the road with a brand new battery within 20 minutes. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

We brought our 10yr old Tacoma in for a couple of concerns. They diagnosed the problems and we had our truck the next day- parts were available with 24 hour shipping. Cost and time frame for the repair were held to. I'm a happy customer.

Once again getting my car serviced at Alderman s is a multiple trip experience. Went in for a 2 hour recall. As I was leaving my dash display went haywire so I turned around and pulled back into the service bay. They had no idea what was wrong but did a global reset and a software update which took an additional 2 hours. So having spent 4 hours surely everything would be fine? Nope! We just discovered that my rear passenger seat was not put back in place correctly after they completed the recall! This is not something that would have been easily missed. But rather than correct it the service person clearly just flipped my seat cover over it and called it good.This is yet another time where Alderman s has made it clear that doing things right the first time or exhibiting some integrity is not in their wheelhouse.

I pay extra each month for a Vehicle Service Agreement on my monthly payment. I have never paid for an oil change, or tire rotation as it s included in my package. Alderman s is the only dealership that refuses to honor this, and sent me on a chase involving 3 phone calls and 30 days just to tell me they can t do anything. Absolutely insane that they can represent a great brand so poorly. Do not recommend, they don t even know how their own company s financial contracts work, total joke of an establishment.

Great service experience. Was able to get dropped off and picked up for the appointment so that limited down-time for work and liked the new narrated videos going over my vehicle, both the engine and the underbody of the Highlander.

The Service Department is extraordinary. After the rental, I then bought a car and had the best car buying experience ever! No pressure, kind and respectful salesman, manager and finance manager. Left with the car I went in to buy, on the terms I requested. I would give more stars!

Alderman's is incredible. I had to have my car towed. They told me that my car wouldn't be done for at least a week. Some how by a miracle they got it in and finished in 6 hours!! This team is just incredible. They didn't have to do it and they did it. Highly recommend

I had an emergency with a broken spark plug on my Highlander and hobbled in to Aldermans Toyota. Knowing they probably had a full schedule they managed to fit me in, fix my issue, and send me in my way. I really appreciate the service department! They are kind, considerate, know their stuff, and are the best!! Thank You guys!

Very mediocre experience. I spent 1700 dollars on repairs. I opted in for the texting service and quickly received a text saying text me anytime. I did and never received a response. I mentioned to the service department 3 separate times I wanted to have the state inspection done and it was not, even though the car was held for an ENTIRE week. Then I was told the only time I could get in for inspection would be two weeks from the time I picked the car up. I received a quote that had no total on it it was mostly handwritten and very hard to understand what was materials, I couldn't even tell if there was taxes or labor on there. It was very confusing. Very very poor customer service. I would not recommend if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle or looking for a good customer experience. The service was completed and have had no issues. Only reason for the 2 stars.

Opted for the dealership to add coated protection on undercarriage as well as front and back end. Alderman s called me and set up an appt as well as offered a rental for the time car was dropped off and in service. All was excellent for the exception that I noticed vinyl protection was not applied when came to pick up the car. Miscommunication between sales and service? Not sure what happened, but they immediately rectified by taking the car back to service and allowing me extra time with the rental while waiting another hour or so.Worked out fine, a few more hours, but all good. They are all a hard working group of people.

I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. It s a 2015 RAV4 and the pads, calipers and rotors were done in August.My car was Rejected due to excessive rust on my rotors but my brakes don t have that rust that they re describing.Very sad that I can t get my car Inspected where I bought it without being charged $500 for unnecessary work. I feel very sad for someone that does not know better. Glad I do! I won t be going here again for anything!
