Got a new set of tires and waited a little over an hour. Waiting areas are great, everyone is friendly and I felt genuinely like they were happy to have my business. Alderman s has always been great to me. I bought my truck from them and have had consistently outstanding service on the truck for 50,000 miles. This last visit was awesome! Chris was my service representative and he was professional and easy to work with. He kept me informed on progress and pricing and really helped me on a warranty issue.I always trust Alderman s with my vehicle needs and recommend themTo everyone.I also want to add that I recently bought a new truck and Chris handled the interior leather protection and the undercoating. Had to have vehicle towed in at night, Craig called me at 7am the next morning to discuss my issue. He was able to get my car diagnosed and fixed in quick fashion. I was informed through out the whole process. Thank you Craig!

We had a great experience at Aldermoans Chevy dealership on 4 10 24.Oil changed,and service manager noticed my inspection sticker had expired.While we waited,the shuttle driver took us to Denny,s,until they were finished.The driver was great,and friendly,with a new Chevy Blazer.Over all,we were very satisfied.Highly reccomend them!

Absolutely perfect! They were extremely professional, diagnosing and repairing various mechanical issues with my car in a timely manner. I will continue to bring my Chevrolet vehicles to Alderman's.

I like working with Chris and everyone is very friendly. Appointments are on time. However I recently traveled up there to get a complete set of mud flaps after waiting 3 months for GM to supply them. During installation it was learned that 2 sets of rear flaps had been shipped (ordered?) and no front set. This is the second time since October I will have to make a second trip to get everything done that I requested.

I had an appointment for a Monday service and had to drop my vehicle off on Friday. They able to service my vehicle on that Friday, getting it back to me within an hour so I would have it for the weekend. Way ahead of schedule! A the scheduled service was much less than I thought it would be. Great job guys!!Happy Thanksgiving!Darrell

The service department at Alderman s is great! They re much more professional than the place I bought the truck so I will be getting all my services done there and will probably trade it in for a newer model at Alderman s too.

Had the check engine light come on. Alderman's svc dept was able to take care of my Enclave over the holidays. They had the part available, squeezed me in and a few hours later all was well. Thanks for the efficient response and service!

I got my van waxoyl undercoated. They did a great job, one of the best places in town to get this done! (Confirmed by the shop that does my oil changes and other maintenance.) The employees were great too; drove me to my house and picked me back up when the car was ready. Everyone was so friendly too!

Over the years, I have come to trust, Alderman s service team. Craig and the technicians have always insured quality work with safety. While also keeping the customers best interest in mind. It is hard nowadays to find automotive garages that match the professionalism of Aldermans service team.

In the past 6 and half years Aldermans Service was very good both with a leased Colorado and then with the current small SUV AWD Trax But after the last service yesterday the heat is not working properly. It blows just tepid air instead of warm-real hot airI have been in colder weather than today but never happened before.Was it the type of oil they put when changing it ? I would happily pay for putting the same type/grade of oil if the problem could be solved.

They were INCREDIBLY helpful. We had a tire blow out, and it made more sense for us to just get our winter tires put on a bit early instead of replacing a single summer tire. They were the only place in town that could squeeze us in within a day of calling everywhere in the region. They got the tires swapped super quickly to even accommodate our work schedule and trips into town. It is no small feat to squeeze in an additional seasonal tire change without a previously made appointment in mid-October, so we are incredibly grateful they were able to help us out.
