New Kia seltos came out with multiple scratches. They offered me to bring the car to their body shop which I did but they did not repair several of the scratches. Now when I'm bringing in my car for trade in the dealer I'm working with deducted a huge amount off my vehicle as a trade because of the damages done by this car wash. I see other reviews show damages done by this wash as well. I know I'll stay away from this place.

You get what you pay for and overall I was pretty satisfied. I got the Ultimate wash for $20 which included a tire shine and undercoat cleaning. The basic wash starts at $10 and goes up in pricing from there. There were a few areas that were missed, the most noticeable being on the trunk and around the mirrors which had to be folded in before driving through (I'm sure for good reasoning). Was it perfect? No. But was I satisfied for $20? Yes. You're paying for convenience too so I want to mention there was no one in front of me by the time I got there. The entire process from start to finish was under 5 minutes which I thought was great when you don't have the time to do it yourself. It looks A LOT better than it did before I brought it in. I should have taken before photos.

Had a damaged wheel replaced on my 23 wrx and snow tires put on. Headed over for a car wash and the car wash badly dinged my 300 dollar replacement wheels rim. Apparently this happens all the time according to my dealer. A clean car is not worth the damage this car wash deals to vehicles. BUYER BEWARE.

WOW!! All I can say is...wow! The upgrades to this carwash was absolutely amazing. I elected for the $10 basic wash, and entered the bay. Previously my car was met by two recon employees that would rush and scrub quickly to move the line, but nothing was happening at first and I thought, odd, they must have good faith in this new car wash. As my car was propelled forward, I was met by the traditional wet soap bath, followed by tall waving brushes, and further into the carwash, more brushes, side brushes, wheel brushes, hell, could have even been a tooth brush installed too....finally a rinse, and then MORE sideway brushes and another rinse!? Oh wait, the dry cycle, not one but TWO polls of cyclone dryers!? All this for $10.00!?!? I am obsessed with a clean car, constantly washing and running through hundreds of carwashes all over New England, and this one has far exceeded any experience and expectations I would ever had. This carwash gets the job done without leaving any dirt streaks or missed spots. The only negative? Running my car through another carwash knowing it will never be as good as Alderman's. Thanks for providing an exceptional carwash at an extraordinary price!- Customer For Life!

This is the second time in the last several months that the side spinners weren t working, there was no pre scrub with brushes on either side. Windshield was only clean where our wipes wiped at the end. Dirt all over the back of car. Terrible. Worst ever this trip.

This car wash is incredibly badly calibrated AND WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. it RIPPED my antenna off and they could not find it anywhere and no one offered to replace it, pushed my mirrors all the way forward from the force of the 'noodles' which are WAY too close to the sides of the vehicle and loudly bump every which way, , and it literally STRIPPED THE FOIL OFF MY LICENSE PLATE! I got pulled over and got a warning on my way home because of this lousy car wash. never again!Service: Full body wash

I asked if they could spray off the running boards of my SUV before going through car wash as no matter what wash setting I use they never come clean. Was told yes they would do that. They did not. Windows never come clean, never sprayed down the windows this time even for a pre wash.

I am new to the state/area and thought the only type of car wash near me was the "do it yourself" so glad it's not. I went this morning got the $10.00 wash. Nice and quick, I'm not sure if tire shine was part of it but 2 out of 4 tires were shined. I will be a customer for life.

I was very pleased with the way the wash cleaned just about everything even got underneath the spoiler on my car trunk. An improvement for sure. Would definitely recommend!Service: Full body washService: Full body wash

Car wash is what you d expect for a drive thru wash. Their hours online do not match their actual service. They open by 8:30 and close before 4:30. Not 8-5. I found it very disrespectful yesterday I was online at 4:30 to have a cone put infront of me. As a loyal customer this was extremely rude. Update your hours so people don t waste their time coming down to find out your not open when you claim you are.

By far the best car wash in the city. 2 guys wash your car before you even enter the auto washEdit: I had previously reviewed this car wash with 5 stars. Now, despite having raised the cost, they have opted to not have workers prewash the vehicle before entering the auto wash. They still have workers standing by to fold your mirrors, but they no longer take the step to ensure a superior wash. So sad that we have yet another example of paying more for less

The car wash went down just after I paid. Michael and his crew were outstanding. In a second Micheal came around to every car offering to sign our receipts to come back later and offered their apologies. By the time I came back from getting groceries they had the car wash fixed and let me right through. It was a great experience and I will surely be back very soon.Services: Polishing, Car waxing

This car wash looks like it should be good but it simply doesn't do a great job. The bottom of my car and the back bumper/trunk area were still dirty after going through. Something must not be working properly as you'd expect a better wash given the technology they have.

I use this carwash once a month and am satisfied with their service, My only problem is it's a bit pricey (I always get the $20 package) and they are so far away from where I live. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.Service: Car waxingService: Car waxing

This is a great car wash. It is the only full contact automated car wash in the entire region. The attendees give your car a good scrubbing manually and then the automatic process cleans everything including your undercarriage and your tires. Vehicles come out squeaky clean and shiny. Prices are terrific.

Ok, so this is my go to car wash, the last 2 times I went (always get gold package) I had to wash my windows after at the gas station because they still had the film around the windshield wipers. The roof curve still had visible grey dirt-like streaks above the windshield. Thought the first time was just because the car was so dirty, but twice...not so sure.

Great wash and amazing value! My car was totally blanketed in salt and sludge from the VT winter, and the $14 platinum wash completely cleared it,and then some! Almost feels wierd driving around such a clean car in the winter. Will be returning once winter roads take their toll again!

This car wash is the best in Rutland. It is slightly better than awful. Hours are limited and all of the equipment is faulty. On a daily basis you may or may not get what you pay for. Stick to the cheapest option and arrive before 6pm.

There should be a sign at the bottom of the road with the business hours and stay open past 5pm or open before 8am. I don t know anyone who will take their lunch break to come wash their car but we can t wash them when we get out of work because you are closed all the time. I took my business elsewhere. Will not use Alderman s for any business.

Bad last time worse this time, last week we had one guy pre-rinse one side the other guy just stood there, today they both just stood there, no pre rinse at all, we have been going there once a week . $20 down the drain, no more.

Got the gold car wash when I got to the end and put my mirrors back I noticed that even though it was better than before my truck was still dirty. The water left on the truck that froze after was brown and very dirty. Honestly I am not impressed and should have washed it at home.

Go here a lot The employees usually do a good job. Only thing is when the brushes don t work. They need to reimburse the customer who paid the gold package. The air dryer doesn t aim that good at the car. Seems to be down for work alotService: Car waxingService: Car waxing

Terrible, I got the deluxe and they use to use a brush on my wheels and it use to be touchless. Made my back window leak.

My vehicles are not coming out clean like they used to. Glass is dirty beyond the wiper tracks. Back end still dirty. Last two times I had lots of water spots. Hopefully they do some upgrades soon

Stopped today to use my coupon (last day) just before 1pm and all gates were closed. Frustrated since that is a time it should have been open. Similar thing happened 2 weeks ago with a sign that they were under maintenance. Feel free to send me some added coupons to ease my frustration.

Great staff! But the wash left a lot of soap on my car. And definitely didnt do the best job cleaning it. But its the better one in town.
