Exceptional service. While on a business trip over 300 miles from home, a pothole destroyed a tire on my car. The crew at Adirondack had two tires in stock that fit my car and got the car on the lift immediately. Without their willingness to help, the situation would have negatively impacted my career. Thanks to everyone at Adirondack Tire.

I really like this place, only thing that isn't great is the parking situation, and that isn't their fault it's just the set up, but the prices have been good and the work has been good

I made an appointment to have a vibration checked out that happened when driving over 50 mph, in the front end of the car on the passenger side. They fixed two wheel bearings in the back, and replaced two back brake plates, however they did not address the issues in the front end at all. They didn't even have tires in stock for my Subaru Forester, and I specified I would probably need them when I made the appointment? I was told to come back the following week for tires. When I was given the estimate over the phone, they neglected to mention the brake plates which cost 120$ per plate, an additional 250$ to the original estimate, and they never even called me to ask me if it was ok to replace them, let alone charge me for them. I paid the bill, went to Town Fair, to get tires and driving home realized that the issue I originally brought it in for still existed. I called Adirondack and they blamed Town Fair for not balancing the tires properly. I then went back to Town Fair to inquire about this and they let me know that I had a bad control arm bushing, and that was causing the vibration. Subaru now has my car and is going to actually fix the problem. I have used Adirondack for tires many times in the past, and I have never had an issue, but I will not return after this. Surprising someone with an extra 250$ on their bill when they come in to pick up their car is completely unacceptable. I wonder what would have happened if I did not have the 250$ ?

I had a leaking right rear tire. They took the tire off the wheel and resealed the tire. Also completed a oil change. I called early and had an appointment the same day. In and out in a little over an hour. Gave me a window sticker for next service reminder. Reset my car computer. Recommended wheel be checked and tightened in 50 miles.Very professional and friendly guick service.

Best Garage ever. Best service ever. Great prices I have used only them for my car repairs and tires now for 12 years. Marty the manager is the greatest. Never had any issues with any of my work that they have done either.

These guys are exceptional. Excellent service, great after care and more than fair pricing. Don't let the name fool you. They're so much more than tires. Full service shop. They keep my business and personal vehicles in top top shape. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

They brought my jeep right in switched out the wheel bearing and only charged me 150 to put in the part I bought. These guys are the best. Everywhere else in Rutland will jerk you around and try to over charge you for parts you dont need or could get cheaper else where and outrageous labor. It's worth the cold waiting room. Rough it out and save a ton of money and get the job done right.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very courteous staff and very knowledgeable and they took care of me extremely well. I will be going back in a few weeks to get my winter tires that I will buy and have mounted here. Great experience and I highly recommend them.

Good for a quick tire changes and Inspections, quick fix but I wouldn't have much else done there again . Had a brake line "repaired" on my truck , they did get me in quick and I was back on the road quick but a year later I'm already replacing the same brake line now and upon further Inspection when the line blew I don't see much quaility let's just leave it at that . So stick to getting tires done here . Nice group of guys always nice though !

Just had a great experience at this location. Picked up a screw in my tire hours away from home, they fit me in and fixed it up without any hesitation. Huge thank you to the whole team there!

I visited this tire center after shopping around and I really like how honest and upfront they were about their pricing. I had a problem with one of my wheels in addition and was low on money .... they fixed and diagnose the problem throughout the normal course of changing the tires for me thankfully the issue was just a belt. I will be a customer for life.

I had a flat tire on my trailer during a snow storm and was told to visit Adirondack Tire. They had a packed lot and a waiting room with 4 or 5 people ahead of me. They had me back on the road in an hour and for less than $100. I was pleased to have been treated very fairly and sent on my way in such short time. I'd highly reccomend these guys but if you need 4 new tires I'd reccomend that you call ahead and schedule an appointment.

These guys are AWESOME. I mean, I walked out of there with the knowledge my car is essentially a metal death trap, BUT they took me in the shop to look under the car, take pictures, and fully explained to me WHY it was a metal death trap. 100% going back there for anything car related in the future!

I asked them to fix my CV axle when I went to pick it up I noticed something pouring from under van. Looked and saw transmission fluid pouring out. So in the end they never paid for puncturing the transmission and they broke the seal they Never paid for it and acted like it was my fault sad.

Had an issue with my brakes after putting a G into my truck and brought it in Monday and they brought it right into the shop and helped me out. Wasn't sure how it would go and didn't want anyone to get the wrong message that I was causing them of a scam or anything. Only garage I trust around here.

Very nice place to go and get tires and anything else that you need done to your vehicle . The people who work there are very kind and quick to help you with whatever you need . I will be going back if I ever need their help again .

No one there pays attention to who walks in the office so you have to go in the garage I waited about 10 minutes with my six month old daughter for someone to come in and finally had to go in the garage to get someone, other than that the guy was nice the price was reasonable I would go back.

After a bike ride we needed a beer and a snack. Locals joint with indoor and outdoor dining next to the marina. Cold and cheap draft beer and generous portion of nachos. I'd stop again.

Called to make an appointment and the guy on the phone was very short and rude. Also you can find cheaper prices for the same services they do at other shops in Rutland where they are much easier to deal with.
