We received this review to share:Thank You very much to Cyndi and everyone at Brandon RV. I had been researching buying an Aliner Classic pop-up camper for several months. After seeing a 2023 Model available online, Brandon RV accepted my downpayment via credit card. Just a few days later I drove from my home in Syracuse to Vermont to finalize the deal and pick up the camper. It could not have been a smoother experience. The camper was ready and well-prepped, and the staff gave a very clear and helpful walk-through. Very Professional Customer Service, and Very Highly Recommended!MattSyracuse NY

I came all the way from Philadelphia to purchase an RV from the gentleman at Brandon RV. They were awesome on every front. Everything they said they would do they did, they took the time to go over the whole RV with me and even gave a neat bucket with a bunch of RV goodies in it as part of the sale. While showing me the functions they even came up with a wheel for the front of the trailer at no charge so I could move it around with more ease. I highly recommend Scott and everyone at this dealership. I will have to wait till Spring to test out the new RV, but even if something was wrong, which it isn't, I have no doubt they would stand behind their products. Folks, it is worth the 700 miles round trip I spent coming here to purchase my travel trailer.

This is the most incredible RV dealer I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. From the very first call, to seeing a camper, to financial info and last but not least, the service department. Every step of the way, we were treated with dignity and respect and the whole entire team was fun. The owner, is fun and knows how to treat his customers. I want to thank everyone at Brandon's RV for making our purchase an absolutely delightful experience. You can be sure I will sing your praises and we will come back to you if we ever buy another camper.

I not only popped up but it was also near closing. I meet with the owner past opening time. He showed me three trailers. He offered so much information. I will be buying from them soon no doubt. They re the best in Rutland country for sure!

We just purchased a camper and couldn t be happier. The time they took with us to understand the ins and outs of running a camper was so helpful. After our first outing we had some questions. We called on our way home and they said come on in. They were amazing, answering every question. We are most happy with the buying experience and the follow up service! Thank you Scott. Had a issue with a jack, was able to reach out and have a brand new jack fully replaced and functional within 30 minutes. Scott and Brandon RV are amazing, go to them with any of your RV questions or needs and you will leave in a great mood with all your questions answered and needs met. Got my camper from them almost a year ago and I wouldn t have chosen anyone else to do business with. Thanks Scott and the rest of the team!!

I contacted Brandon RV to inquire about a trailer. I spoke with Jim and he was helpful. We set up a meeting and I arrived on time. Jim was ready for me and we went to look at the trailer we had spoke about. Jim was kind, and very helpful. The trailer was not 100% what I was looking for, and I asked Jim for other similar options. He showed us several options and patiently answered all of our questions. Jim was a pleasure to deal with. The other staff that I met were all friendly and relaxed. Over all it was a very good experience with Jim and Brandon RV.

We were quite fortunate to find an ad for a camper that led us to Brandon RV. From our first phone conversation with Jim, the owner, to taking the 2+ hour drive to Pittsford where we met Jim and Scott, his manager, and then meeting Wes and Kevin plus others when we made our purchase, the friendly, accommodating service was very much appreciated. Once we brought the camper home and encountered a couple problems, we made calls that were returned promptly and, with the same friendly, accommodating service, were solved beyond our expectations. We would not hesitate to do business with them again or to recommend them. Great people and very knowledgeable about questions you have and about camper you are buying, not pushy about selling them and filling paper work out. Would recommend checking them out if interested in buying. Just ask for Scott or talk to Kevin Racine, both are very friendly.

Just need to publicly thank Brandon RV for really pulling through and saving our vacation. Just 4 days before leaving on a trip 1000 miles away in warm and sunny SC our ac unit failed in a less than year old camper that I purchased from another dealership. Said dealership was such a waste of time, they wouldn t even bother to help me troubleshoot over the phone even given the circumstances. Brandon rv s service department was fantastic and has us up and going with a brand new ac unit in just 2 days!

This is an outstanding dealership. I purchased a travel trailer from them a couple of years ago and it was a great experience from beginning to end. I paid a fair price for my travel trailer and never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Everyone was great to work with. Recently I have had the pleasure of working with the service department for some routine maintenance. Ray is amazing to work with and the service has been top notch. Every person that I have dealt with in both sales and service have been friendly, honest, and down to earth. I have consistently felt that they have my best interest in mind, and are going to treat me fairly and honestly. I began my search for a camper at a large dealership in Albany. It was a horrible experience and they were only interested in my money, not me. I am so happy that I eventually found Brandon RV and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself a favor and visit Brandon RV for all of your RV sales and service needs - you won't regret it!

A great place to purchase a RV. Cyndi was great to deal with, the owner is right there answering all our questions. Day of pick up the men working on our hitch were excellent and took the time to get it right. A very friendly place to work with. We highly recommend Brandon RV.

My wife and I recently bought a Grey Wolf used Camper from Jon and were very impressed with the way Jon handled the whole transaction. He answered all our questions and made sure that we were satisfied before we left. We got the camper home and found that the floor under the bunks was very soft so we called back and spoke to John who immediately put us through to Cheryl in service to make an appointment to bring it back in for service. Both Jon and Cheryl were extremely courteous, understanding, and helpful. Our camper is being repaired and we are positive that it will be just like new when we get it back. All the people at Brandon RV that we dealt with were great. Our hats off to Brandon RV their people have the best attitudes and know their jobs. We would recommend this RV company to everyone. Thanks again for a wonderful experience in buying the Camper. Cheryl, Jon and Scott you made this experience great Brandon RV needs to hold onto you guys!!!

Good sales staff. All staff are friendly, helpful and courteous, especially Jim the owner. Be sure to meet him for the ultimate experience. No pressure to buy feeling. Service dept. needs to be better at following up with replacement part status . Never did get my stove part nor heard back. That's what lighters are for. They need a couple more techs also as what needs to be finessed is rushed and that isn't always good. They try though. They do sell nice trailers at reasonable prices. Definitely give them a try and make your own travel stories for around the campfire.

Every time I go to Brandon RV I feel like royalty. It is clear that Scott Lafave (general manager) and Ray Savoie (in charge of the service department) are guest satisfaction oriented. They always have been willing to help if needed; Ray even drove miles from Pittsford to start my completely drained out battery after six months of storage, all without charging me for his time. He also gave my camper a free shampoo after winterizing it. I only have praises for the whole team. This is my second camper that I purchased from Brandon RV, but I have the feeling that this is not the last one !

I highly, highly recommend Brandon RV. The customer service is phenomenal!We were looking for a particular RV, Brandon RV was one of the only RV dealerships in the region with this trailer in stock and they are 3 1/2 hours away from us. John assisted us, we planned to make the drive last Monday and asked John that very day if they could expedite the process so we could drive home with the RV the same day. John and Sales Manager Josh made it happen - they had the service team stop what they were doing and get the trailer ready for us. John made trips to the RV to give us measurements and answer questions, and Josh had paperwork ready for us to sign when we arrived. We were given a complete and thorough tour of the RV by a very knowledgeable employee, I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was wonderful. We were being total pains in the backside, but they completely accommodated us and never once made us feel like anything other than valued customers.I did not tell them the reason for the rush was because I was scheduled to start chemotherapy today for stage 4 cancer and I didn't know how I would feel traveling to VT after treatment started. The trailer is a bucket list purchase we are going to use to have adventures and spend time together during the time I have left. I didn't need to explain this to the people at Brandon RV, they treated us like gold without us pulling the "cancer card." We even had the wrong trailer hitch, and they solved the problem free of charge.We will never go anywhere else for an RV.

I purchased a fifth wheel camper from them. Everything was done online and over the phone. They seemed nice and the salesman seemed genuinely honest and upfront about everything.BUYER BEWARE I was told that the trailer was in exceptional condition. NO LEAKS OR WATER DAMAGE That was a lie. I was told that EVERYTHING WAS IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER. That was certainly a lie as well. He even told me that all of the tank sensors were working accurately They unhooked them. The black tank was clogged almost solid. The valves on both black and grey tanks leak profusely the refrigerator door hinge was broken and glued unsuccessfully. The slid leaks like it s got no roof on it the awning doesn t come out. The electric element in the hot water heater is burned out it leaks propane the stabilizer jacks are torn off the rear and here s the best part it s rodent infested... In the ceiling in the walls under the shower in the heating ducts The day it was delivered I was in the beginning stages of an illness that left me incapacitated for 4 weeks. I became I ll quickly and was not able to spend any time on the camper. Once I began feeling better and was able to really dig into my new to me camper I was sickening by what I had purchased. This is completely my fault. I never should have trusted a used Rv salesman that said, these people are junk dealers at best and more so, conmen, than used Rv salesman. They prey off online sales leads and sell rv s that are not safe, not working and completely UNSANITARY. They blatantly lie about the condition of their rodent and mold infested trash cans they call campers. This camper I bought from them should be burned for public health reasons. It s trash. I wouldn t recommend these thieves to my worst enemy.

That I can't give 10 stars is my only complaint. I just bought a camper a few days ago and I'm even more thrilled with it today than when I first brought it home!The staff was great, the service team was really helpful and thoroughly showed me the features and how they work ( I knew exactly what I wanted going in so they were extra helpful).I didn't have a great experience at other dealerships closer to me, but this was WELL WORTH the hour and a half drive and I recommend them to everyone who stops and compliments the camper.The office staff did a great job explaining the financing part and the warranty info. I left feeling VERY happy and confident in this purchase.

Stopped in to check out their inventory and unfortunately they just closed but as we're walking around a worker popped out and helped us out with checking a couple campers. We're definitely coming here for our new camper for sure as they will go out of there way to make sure the customer is happy and taken care of.

Zero stars if possible. The owner is extremely rude! He forgot to give us back our power cord for our camper after and refused to drop it off or at the very least meet us halfway. This is 100 percent their fault and they are trying to blame us and make us drive three hours round trip to get the cord. They wont even meet us halfway. We were supposed to leave early tomorrow morning for our camping trip and now we don't have a power cord. I will never do business with them ever again and I highly encourage no one else to step foot in their business. Edit: We also discovered we were missing our EMP (surge protector) and one of our adapters as well, totaling several hundred dollars worth of items we needed to replace.

Very happy with my experience at Brandon RV. Cyndi helped us look at campers and made purchase super easy. The pick up was great as well because the staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

Could not have been HAPPIER. So helpful, friendly, professional. We purchased our camper today 2-28-2020. They took their time, no rush. For such a small place the service that is given to you is unmatched by ANY of the RV dealerships we went to. Brandon RV answered ALL our questions. And believe me we asked a lot. Going to the other dealerships in N.Y. they couldn't answer all our questions, one sales person even walked away without an answer. For the BEST service and KNOWLEDGEABLE sales people GO TO BRANDON RV.

Sold me a camper with loads of issues. When I talked to the manager about it he had attitude and excuses. Still haven t got a call back with any help & still dealing with the issues months later. Warranty I paid for hasn t helped. Sunset camper company also a pain to get help from. Seems like all they care about is making a sale.
