I had lost one of my key fobs for my Acadia while teaching in Maine last month and GMC ordered a new one. They had to have my vehicle and current 'fob' to program the new one, and for all to "match". They did this quickly and efficiently, and also helped with some general questions about my Acadia. They spent extra time with me, and were both very knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly.Thank you very much,michael

The appointment was for my first servicing since I leased the car. The service people were diligent and efficient in their work, and timely. They also treated me as a person not like just a customer.

I was into your dealership about 2 months ago for a oil change and tire rotation. The oil was changed (I hope) but the tires were never rotated even though I had paid for that service to be done. I would not have known this was not done only for the fact I have one tire that has a slow leak and it was in the same place as before. Makes me wonder if I should return to you for service or find another dealership.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I payed for the extended service plan 5yr 60000 miles and they keep insisting I have to pay for the oil change, my truck is not 5yrs old nor does it have 60000 miles! And 100 bucks to mount and balance 4 tires is ridiculous!Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Met by a friendly service tech. Enjoyed the amenities in the lobby and new cars. Service was efficiently done within the 1 hour estimate. Services were furthermore complimentary and provided with a new vehicle. Can't ask for much more. They beaded my tires and rotated them. Oil change. They were very friendly and helpful. I forgot to register my truck so they did it on the computer in service so I could get my inspection done.
