One of the bigger hardware stores I have been too, and have carried everything I needed since moving in a year ago.The store is clean, well lit, and the staff have been welcoming and helpful.Parking lot is easy enough to get into, and handicap parking and entering the store with a wheelchair is more than adequate. Some of the isles are a bit tight, but nothing that can't easily be moved to fit through.Overall great experiences here, and I would much rather shop locally, than drive an hour to the "big box stores."

They have an employee there, named Nick dealt with him several times absolutely flawless hits the nail in the head every time Like this are the reason why I stay frequenting the places I go appreciate your neck. Thank you.

They are on the pricey side and they're never open. I think banks are open more hours a week than they are.

Bibens Ace Hardware in Springfield VT is a FULL service hardware store and lumber yard. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure to shop there!

This hardware store is fantastic! I feel like the staff is really friendly, and always willing to help! As a trans person I've NEVER been discriminated against here or misgendered. They have a lot of different things not just hardware, they have cat litter & kitchen supplies if you need it. The only downside is it sometimes feels like they have the heat way too high.

I am a member of the Springfield Telescope Makers. Bibens is our go to store for anything we need.The staff is professional and it s rare to need something that they can t provide.We look forward to purchasing from the store for many years in the future.I recommend shopping at Bibens for all of your hardware needs.

I am firm believer of shopping at local & family owned businesses. Sadly I will no longer be supporting Bibens. I have received the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. When I was In the store and asked for help the reaction of the gentleman was so rude and belittling, as if he was too good to assist a customer. My family and I have shopped here for years, but we will no longer be supporting them

I love bibins Ace Hardware Springfield Vermont. You walk in and you don't need to hustle to look just find a representative and you'll get the best care to help you through the whole project you've got going. It's great bibbons is the place.

During and after the storm on December 16th, I made three purchases by phone for someone else to pick up. They were out of power due to that storm for three days, and I was worried it would happen again. Each time I called Bibens, including once to return something I bought by mistake, the man who answered the phone was INCREDIBLY kind, helpful, and efficient. I can't possibly thank them enough.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to get exactly what I needed at a good price. If you are looking for a hardware store in the area I would definitely recommend Bibens Ace Hardware

While they did have what we were looking for, the closing associate was quite rude, we got there at 535, lights were on and doors were open, we proceeded to look for what we needed without so much as a hello or can we help you find anything, all he said was we are closed in a pretty rude manner. It was a negative encounter. Instead of asking if we needed help he only rushed us out of there.

Has had everything I have needed so far. I'm young so felt like they didn't take me serious but when I'm with my boss they are nicer. There is a good number of employees there so if you need anything or have question there is always help.

Great service. Clean and welcoming environment.Not the widest selection of tools specifically but can get anything you need for the part by order if not on shelves.

The first thing that hit me walking into this Ace Hardware was the smell: classic hardware store plastic and rubber smell, reminds me of the Ace Hardware in the shopping center next to my childhood home. I came in to get wall mounted shelves and while the layout and signage was confusing the staff was super helpful in both locating the items I needed and answering hardware questions. I will definitely be coming back for future projects, from woodworking to landscaping.

I always visit Bibens with my husband so to have to go alone on this particular day I was nervous. I went to get a propane refill. The inside part was easy as the cashier was friendly as always and I knew what I needed. I was nervous about once I backed in and the propane was filled. Would I be able to lift it without hurting my back? Well I tell you the nice man who filled it carried it back to the back of the vehicle and loaded it for me! Amazing, friendly and helpful workers!

I went in for a certain light bulb for my new lamp. Feeling really lost but I really nice employee helped me out. I was out of the store in a timely manner. I am truly impressed.

Knowledgeable friendly staff help make any project easier. Lots of products from dish soap to lvl beams for opening up some space in your house. Great pet food section as well.

This place is a gem! Pete, Brian, and all the staff are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Prices are higher than big box DYS stores, but the hometown service outweighs it Great store!!

Top notch, as always. Great variety, great service and good prices. I like to shop locally and Biben's makes that easy. It's not just hardware. I shop there for pet supplies, cleaning supplies and more.
