Honest people.They did find the problem on my old Johnson outboard correctly. It was a weird problem. Repair cost was honest too.It did take a little longer than expected however (2 week vs 1) but at less it was fixed properly.Brad know his stuff and his funny.

We bought a used 18' Dauntless Boston Whaler with a bad motor in June (early-Covid). Called around all local boat shops within an hour drive for a re-power before our July vacation on the lake and was basically laughed at by all and told it would be months. A friend recommended Northland so we called and talked to Mike who told me he would look around to see what he could find. Mike called me back an hour later and had found a new motor, (exactly what we were looking)for us locally and said he could get us re-powered in time for our vacation which he did along with some other minor upgrades/repairs. He even drove to the dealership to pick the new motor up for us. Mike and Emily and everyone there have all been extremely professional and helpful and have gone above and beyond with their customer service. The shop is over an hour drive for us but I am now a Northland faithful. 10/10 recommend them as the best boat shop and Mike is the best rigger around. It was a pleasure working with Paul and Doug for my boat lift needs. I had a slight concern and they took care of it immediately. I will definitely do business with these gents again.

Very prompt and honest service. Staff are very professional friendly. I like the fact that they are a full service shop. They not only repair boats, but will pick up or launch if needed.
