Great service, while riding the NEBDR a buddies rear wheel bearings went out on his KTM 500. They had bearings and seal in stock, and replaced everything very quickly. Service, good prices and very friendly indeed. Highly recommend.

Purchased a new CF Moto in 2020 and had shifting issues. Pete and staff were very helpful and obliging and went above and beyond to resolve the issue and follow up. Can't say enough about their professionalism and would highly recommend them.

I was visiting Vermont with my fellow riders for our annual trip when I noticed I needed a rear tire. I had to locate a shop that could replace it quickly as I would be riding back to Florida over the next couple of days. Pro Cycle fit me in right away. Thank you! Very good service!

We have done business with Pro Cycle for years. They are fair and provide the highest quality of service on all types of motorcycles, atvs, snowmobiles etc. We will not bring our motorcycle anywhere else for work or inspection. They have our trust.

Can't say enough good things about them... They hooked me right up w/ the parts I needed to get me back on the road again... Awesome knowledgeable people there that take care of u & treat u right... Definitely would stop in there anytime I'm passing thru... thanx again guys!!

This is a great motorcycle sales and service shop. The owner, Pete, is a very fair and level-headed businessman. His work is extremely high quality and his prices are fair. The true test of a real professional outfit is not when everything goes right but when things go wrong. I brought a pair of white wall tires in with my bike to have installed along with some service. When I came to pick up my bike, the white wall tires I brought had inadvertently been left on the shelf and regular tires had been installed on my bike. Pete took great care to make sure that the error was corrected to my satisfaction, he had the correct tires installed quickly and he personally delivered the motorcycle to my home on a trailer to make up for the inconvenience. This is just the kind of motorcycle shop I have been hoping to find and I will highly recommend them to anybody. They carry a very nice selection of good quality used motorcycles of various manufacturers, and they do service on all motorcycles. The prices listed for the used motorcycles are very fair, and you can get some really nice looking bikes for a good price. Pete and his staff do a very thorough multi-point inspection on every bite they sell and everything isn't top-notch working order before it rolls out the door.

Great place to bring your bike plus most every run off a small engine. Matt in sales is straight forward and honest and Pete in service is helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend

The ONLY place I trust to work on my Road Glide. I also purchased my first bike from Pro Cycle They are honest, have good prices, don't jack up maintenance work time and have always treated me right. My business will always stay with Pro Cycle. Check them out, great people.

Pete is always straight forward in his assessment of repairs needed. He is also conscious about repairing the motos as quickly as possible; he understands that our riding season is short in VT! The staff are always pleasant and considerate.Love Pro Cycle!

Im not from the area (3 hours away) and had my tire blown. I called Procycle, asked for a tire they were going to dispose of, and asked if i could have it mounted, etc. They really hooked me up. They even let me borrow a tool so that i can go get the rear tire from where the bike was located! Pete is a great salesman, knowledgeable, very resourceful, the mechanics are nice guys too. Shop looked very clean, even the garage was very clean. You can find anything in that store, helmets, fluids, tires, jackets, and if its not there, im sure they can order it for you. If im in the area again, im probably going to go say hi and thank them once more for helping me in my time of need. Ill let all my friends know that you guys rock! 10/10!!
