Had my winter tires put on by the garage that has been servicing my cars for 10 years, this time had issues with proper fitting and kept losing air. The first tire they fit me in, corrected issue no charge. On Thanksgiving started losing air in another tire, they were closed on Friday so as the weekend went on the more I had to keep filling up. Went in on Monday and they said they were backed up and could may be see me after 3 - was going to Sherbrooke so started calling around and was striking out until I called M & A - he asked how soon could I get there, was there in 10 minutes. They confirmed it was the seal, fixed it and to my delight, modified the hourly rate since it only took 30 minutes.Friendly staff, very comfortable waiting area.

I bought a used Ford Escape from M&A Auto. Today, I took the car back 2 months after buying it because there was a knocking sound coming from the front end every time I ran over a pothole. FYI, the dirt roads of northeastern Vermont has thousands of potholes. They took the car back in the shop, and 20 minutes later, Mark (the M in M&A) came out to the waiting room and told me they had already replaced the sway bar links at no charge. He was under no obligation to do this because I bought the car with an as-is warranty, but he felt responsible that his mechanics missed that defect when they were detailing and performing a stem to stern inspection of the vehicle. I've owned about 40 automobiles in my life, both new and used, and this has been the best experience of all those past purchases.

Great place to have work done! They are great about checking your vehicle over and alerting you to issues or upcoming work. They will bring you right in the garage and show you. We have never had any issues over the years with any work done on our vehicles here!:

I've gone to this place a few times since becoming a brand new Vermonter in April and every time I go staff are not only professional and courteous but also warm and always make me feel welcome. Plus they do good work for pretty reasonable prices, will definitely come here for my automotive needs

My mom was renting a car from Hayes Ford.They neglected to tell her that the rental department closes at 1:00 on Saturdays, so at the last second she was unable to get a vehicle (she has to drive a long distance to get to our family's church and this is an important event for)So on a last ditch effort we stopped by m&A Auto and ask them if they were still open and able to rent a car.The very nice lady said "no we closed at 1:00 but what's going on?"We explained the entire misadventure with Hayes Ford and even though it was an hour pass closing she still rented a vehicle to my mom.I highly recommend m&A Auto for any and all needs car related!!!!!

What a great friendly place. Very kind and very reasonable on prices. Went here for oil change that I won on a raffle. So glad I did as I will now make these guys my main mechanics. There prices for oul change tire change labor are definitely unbeatable. Highly recommend shop...

I get my car back yesterday, fully repaired, cleaned and washed! To say this has been a trying experience, is an understatement!I know we are living in unprecidented times!But, M&A auto and Todd Koss made it bearable! Insurance company was less than stellar at performing their job!Todd kept me informed of all progress on my car, dealt with my insurance company (which was not an easy task)!!Thank you all so very much!!! I would highly recommend M&A Auto!!!

My husband purchased a truck from there, older truck, very clean for a 2000.The only issue was the passenger rear door, which when brought to their attention.They were more then happy to fix the issue, however the issue of possible bad leaf springs has not been fixed, unless it is at our cost. After the owner Amy said they stand by their word.YouWould think with the substantial amount he put down, he would be treated better. Needless to say biggest mistake ever, we have had the truck a little over a month and haven't been able to drive it much.Also my husband had to pay to have the power steering fluid changed because it was black as dirty .motor oil and the transmission fluid wa dirty also.Once confronted with are concerns and the possibility of bad leaf springs, the mechanic Dave said they could ook at it and replace it at my husband cost. We were quoted over $400 dollars, from another garage. Not happyBuyer bewareAlso non- credited, their business was not even on the BBB.AS of now the truck is no longer running, it broke down on him, numerous issues, this business was not forth coming with any issues we had with the truck. My husband only drove it short distances, most of the time it sits in are yard. AS of tonight it quit running, we believe it may be the alternator! A big buyer beware on this business, my husband put a substantial amount of money down on the truck and tonight it stopped working all together. I am in the process of contacting a automobile fraud lawyer regarding this business. Buyer beware of this company. A truck we cannot use because things keep going in it. So disapppointing.

Former employee. Not only did I see vehicles recieved inspection stickers that shouldn't have passed but some shady sales tactics like not informing customers of labor pricing details and excessive pressure on potential clients for car sales. Also when I stopped working there due to injury they refused to let my brother take one of my toolboxes. Once I finally was able to get my toolbox(which they put outside) over $1000 worth of tools was stolen. Save yourself a headache go somewhere else.

Charged me $35 for a failed inspection and also told me something was wrong with my car that 2 other garages never even saw when they also looked at it for inspection
