They are truly special They helped and made my daughters first car a wonderful experience and they go above and beyond they don't just sell you a car and they are done they continue to be there for you and help you there kindness goes above and beyond I'm amazed and thankful for the generosity and compassion and being there for my daughter thank so very much I have never known a dealership like them they are wonderful

I was heading North on 91, en route to Quebec from NH, when my exhaust/muffler started to sound like it was going to fall off. I went to 2 garages before stopping at Key Auto. The guys at Key Auto did not hesitate to help me get back on the road and refused to charge me. I will always be grateful for the man at Key Auto who saved our family vacation! Thanks again!!!

This was an exceptionally Pleasant experience considering it was regarding the purchase of a used vehicle. I would recommend Key Auto Sales for discounted vehicles. Dennis (the owner) & Derek (the son) were totally accommodating to work with.

very good mechanic shop and dealership first of all they fixed my 4 runner for me they had me buy the parts and they didn't even charge me that much for labor I really really appreciated that also they sold me an extremely nice Honda CRV they fix the problem with it and they're also going to undercoat it for me I'm very happy with this dealership I'm definitely gonna go back if I ever have any problems and pay them for the mechanic work because they are great dealership and they are a great mechanic shop Derek and Dennis they're both great guys Thank you for everything

The gentleman we worked with was incredibly professional, fair, courteous and kind and being in business for 23 years this is greatly appreciated. Key Auto Changed all of the body mounts on my wife's Wrangler in record time and at a great price. We have also bought a couple of vehicles from Key Auto and they have been the best dealer in this area that we have purchased from. I highly recommend them. Steve Sheltry and Judy Blake Holland Vt.

My son expressed interest in a vehicle at Key Auto Sales, problem was he is in college and we live 3.5 hours from the there - there was no way my wife and I were going to pick my son up and the travel that distance just to find out the vehicle was not what we wanted or to find out it was sold. Key Auto Sales provided all the information and pictures we asked for and then held the vehicle until we were able to see it. The experience was nothing like a typical car dealership, we delt with one of the owners and he never came across as pushy, and went over the entire vehicle with us. He told us what he had done for minor repairs and offered to show us the details if we wanted to see them. He negotiated some on the price and we ended up making the purchase.Fast forward 24 hrs. We are back home and I notice a small oil stain in my driveway and it is coming from the vehicle. It is Sunday, so I have no way to communicate with the dealer, but I need to get the leak investigated. Vi made an appointment first thing Monday and got the vehicle in. Once we knew it was a bad gasket on the rear differential, we notified Key Auto Sales of the issue - thinking they might work with us on this repair bill - they paid it. Vehicle is great so far and the dealer, Key Auto Sales, is top notch. Businesses with this kind of service isn't too common today. I would highly recommend Key Auto Sales.

I lost my key for my truck and Rick G replaced it for free in less than 2 hours. I didn t even buy a car from them but based off the service I ve received for free already I d bet your bottom dollar these are great people to work with. Recommend them 10/10. Thank you Rick!
