Scheduled my Vermont state inspection for 8am and had great service. They explained it would take an hour, and it took an hour. Comfortable waiting room and friendly staff. Scheduled my oil change for next month.

Our small business purchases 1 to 2 vehicles a year for our fleet. I found a great 2023 F-550 chassis on the lot and inquired about it. We were nearing a deal and was then advised they were charging an extra $5,000 on top of MSRP for the truck. Talk about gouging the locals. I ll never consider buying from this dealership and encourage others to shop elsewhere. Shameful. Even Ford corporate agrees

Jake went above and beyond with warrantee work that needed to be done on my car. He did what another more local Ford dealership was not willing to do. Jake went out of his way to ensure someone fetched my car and left me with a loaner so I could get around and get my children to school. His communication was truly amazing.It's because of this exceptional customer service that I would rather drive further and past my much more local Ford dealership.I will highly recommend Jake and Hayes for a vehicle purchase and their exceptional quality service.

I have bought trucks for many years from Hayes Ford. I also drive by two other Ford dealers to have them service my vehicle.I always appreciate their excellent customer service and response.

This is my second Ford Explorer through Hayes Ford, and I can't speak highly enough about all aspects of the dealership! When I couldn't make it there for an oil change, they have send a diver and courtesy call for the time mine is away, their service department is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and I trust bringing my vehicle there!

Whenever we take our vehicle to them for any routine maintenance, it is done when they say it will be and they are always knowledgeable about what was done.

I have purchased more than a dozen vehicles from Ford and my company purchases a service plan with Ford for my vehicles. One of my technicians out on the road was having problems with his truck battery. The battery is covered under the service plan. This location turned him away to break down, again, because they didn't have time to change out a battery that would only take 10 minutes to change. The service manager did not seem to care. This is why I will never buy a truck from this Ford dealership.

Sales is Great! Dealt with Carol Piper, the "greatest saleswoman" out there who I have bought many Ford pickups and Lincoln SUVs from, I have lost count how many I have purchased over the years from Carol. Would recommend Hayes Ford for all of your Ford or Lincoln needs??

Truck went in to limp mode on I-91 on a Friday night at 8pm. Was 200 miles from home. Had my truck towed to Hayes hoping they could take a look at it on a Saturday. They were able to fix it with a new throttle body by 11am! Very pleased! And awesome people to speak to and work with.

Hayes Ford took great care of me during the purchase of my new truck. During the install of the dump body they made sure to have a courtesy truck for me to drive and my salesmen Jesse Wilson always made himself available on his personal phone if I had questions. Highly recommend Hayes if you want a dealership that will stick by you.

We had an electric brake controller installed on our F-150 and the cost came in below the quoted price and installed in less time than we were estimated by the service manager. What's not to like? Oh, and they also washed the truck before returning it back to us.Great service at a great price!

We bought a vehicle Sat from Mark and couldn't be more satisfied. He is good ole hometown man and really makes you feel like a true friend. We were at the dealership 4 hours and never felt like we were rushed or pressured in any way. Buying a car should always be like this anyone who really wants a great experience should take a ride it would be worth your time and if you can have Mark I would highly recommend him he's great

I brought my Transit Connect in for the inspection required to transfer the registration from Florida to Vermont. The DMV completely messed up the process making it much more complex than it had to be, but Mandy, the service representative at Hayes, went far out of her way to assist me in so many ways. I wish there were more people like her in the business world.

Went to Hayes Ford for a rental. Fast, friendly and efficient. Called in advance to ensure my rental date. Went in and was given my rental in less then 15 minutes. If you don't feel like having to travel 45 minutes to the nearest rental place I highly recommend Hayes Ford for your car rental needs!

This is our local Lincoln dealership and one of the reasons we decided to purchase a $75,000 Lincoln Navigator. We purchased the vehicle used with under 20,000 miles from another dealership.After receiving the vehicle, we noticed that the starter would occasionally make a weird sound and that there was a weird shimmy / shake that would come and go while driving down the freeway. We called Hayes and scheduled an appointment. We were told that there was no problem with the starter and that the $75,000 Lincoln Navigator had a alignment problem. We proceeded to purchase 4 new tires (we needed winter tires anyway) and we had a full alignment done. Still, both problems persist.On our second service request we asked for the Lincoln concierge (they drop off a loaner and take your vehicle) and the service manager told us he had to call us back because he'd never heard of it.... They did end up doing the concierge, but I'm a little dumbfounded as to how a Luxury Lincoln dealership isn't aware of this service. The service folks got back in touch with us and said that there is a known problem with the starters and they are ordering parts (great !!!) and they did again feel the shimmy / shake (Great !!), but feel that it's due to a flat spot in the tires.... (UGH, really?) Brand new tires and fresh off an alignment from a trusted local garage.The folks that work there are super nice and try to be accommodating, but I've got a $75,000 Lincoln Navigator that literally drives worse than my 3500 pickup. I can't say I recommend buying a luxury vehicle from these folks, and will likely be trading for a new Denali, where at least I know the local dealership will stand behind me. Super glad I bought the new winter tires...UPDATE 9/23/20 - Hayes did an in-house alignment to try to better the situation and agreed to try another set of tires and rims when it goes in for the starter service. They just may stand behind the Lincoln product after all. Tim in service has been very professional to deal with.

Last year I bought a F-150 from Jesse. Good price good service. On April I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter to take to college. Called Jesse and he showed me one, we settled on price with a 5 minute conversation, done. After he found out that it was her birthday he took care of everything. We surprised her with it and Jesse had a big red bow on the hood, balloons and Happy Birthday on the windshield. It was priceless. Thanks Jesse and Hayes Ford.

The truck shop is amazing! Had an issue with my Ford F53 chassis 6.8L V10 motorhome and couldn't figure out exactly the root cause of the issue. Called up, stopped by on our way through town and Chris(?) popped out of the shop and identified it (small transmission leak) for me in about 90 seconds! Recommended getting a quart of fluid to be safe and apologized he was too booked up to fit me in anytime soon. I totally understood and just needed a little piece of mind that I wasn't about to destroy something if I drove 5 more miles. THANK YOU!!!

I asked about an older truck they had sitting there for awhile. I could not get a straight answer as to what it would cost to drive it away that seemed quick or reasonably priced. If I am willing to take on a risky, old vehicle, it should be clearly cheap and ready to drive or tow away. As for their new Fords, it seems like they always have a good amount of stock. I may give them another chance at my business in the future.

I bought a truck about 2 .5 months ago from there. I love it!. I worked with a gentleman names Jesse. At first things weren't going to pan out on either end but with the sales man "Jesse" he went out of the way to make the deal happen and I am very happy with the way he worked for me to get things done. Thank you @jesse for the amazing quick experience in buying my 2016 Ford Fiesta. I wasn t sure the vehicle I wanted at first but was set in my ways on price and trade in. I found the perfect care that fit what I needed. Jesse was on it he got my into the car quick. I talked with Jesse over the phone told him what I wanted and what I wanted the price and payments about. Jesse worked his magic and went above and beyond had me in the car that afternoon. The car is perfect and the kids absolutely love the changing of the lights in the inside. Jesse took the time to set up my Bluetooth go over all the features of the car. I can t thank Jesse and Hayes ford enough for the amazing experience and quickest car buying experience with no hassle.

I have only utilized the service side of the business but the staff there is always very friendly and efficient. The staff that I have worked with listen to what I am trying to say and figuring out what that means in terms of the car. They explain things to me clearly and plainly, which I appreciate because I have little to no knowledge of how a car works.Bottom line: great service by great people.

I searched many places before making my choice to go to Hayes Ford. I have had Ford trucks for over 30 years. After talking with Mark, I choice Hayes Ford. Mark has been a stand up guy, very honest and has taken care of anything we have discussed. Its not just about selling a vehicle with Hayes Ford. Unbeatable customer service and sales!! I am extremely grateful for My salesman Jessie and Mark Hayes for every moment of my experience leasing a 2018 Ford Focus!! For once...I feel like I ve been taken care of and will continue to be taken care of with the same paramount service I received from the time I walked through the door! Created a google account just to leave a review. Hands down best dealership I ve dealt with. If you want a no BS straight forward dealership this is it. There were no games or gimmicks like most dealerships. I ve been a lifetime Ford owner but after my last truck was about to switch brands, Jesse at Hayes did everything he could to keep me in a Ford, even going to bat for me with Ford financial to get where we needed to be. Needless to say i left with a 2018 F150, and when my lease is up i will be buying another truck, from Hayes. No matter where you are, Hayes Ford is worth the drive, it is the definition of a hometown dealership with all the feel that goes with it.
