ordered ramps online for store pick up went to the srore a hr drive one way for the pos employee with the white chevy suv with plate number HCX354 to hide inside with the door locked and refuse to answer the door and telephone their goes 20 bux in gas 2 hrs time another day i cant fix my car thanx to some worthless lazy trash

Good employees but there parts are starting to go down hill. Moog used to be a good replacement part.

I ordered a part on Friday because I was told that it would come in the next morning. I call Saturday morning they say its coming Sunday morning. Sunday morning I call and they tell me Monday. I then call on Monday and they tell me that they don't have the part in stock.Your time obviously does not matter to them.I would go to one of the many other parts stores in town.

The staff is very helpful and kind. The guy helped me get the correct winter wiper blades I needed for my car. He even put them on for me. It was great.

Helpful staff always smiling. The facilities nice and clean inside and out. Good selection of car parts and inventory . If they don't have it on hand, they will order it for you and usually ships within the next day.

This is not my auto parts store of choice I do occasionally go there more so because the manager seems to be a very nice guy and does a great job and making sure I get the parts I need and they get to the place where I need them to get to I think the prices are a hair better at Bond Auto not to mention I have an account there so I deal with them all the time and they have some very excellent professionals running their stores I cannot say the same about the help at advance Auto with the exception of their manager Chad

Worst customer service experience of my life the guy helping me was very condescending and seemed irritated that I even walked in the door he was even more irritated when I didn t know what oil I needed for my car. I would never go back to the store I wished I would ve made a right turn and went into Riley s auto parts.

Not knowledgeable staff and very rude every time my wife and I enter what is with Newport VT is it on the water between you and Walmart I have never been treated so poorly

I patronized Advanced Auto Parts in Derby maybe a year ago. I needed a new battery for my car, so I went in and asked for the appropriate part. The guy behind the register came out and replaced my battery for me, as advertised. Then he gave me his number. Then he tracked me down on Facebook. Then he messaged me. Then he messaged me again.I needed a new battery for my car, not for sexual harassment.I now go to O'Reily Auto across the street, which whom I've had a number of pleasant experiences.

Inventory knowledge is limited, customer service can be poor and prices can be more expensive at times. Perk Points is the only reason I go back.

Better prices here for sure over Bond Auto Parts, staff is always helpful helping me locate what I need. Bargain bins with various tools are always a plus.

Bought shocks online and picked up in store. Brought rear ones back because didn't need them, I had forgot the receipt at home when I left(weren't lying I still got it), was told that they didn't have it in their system and I needed the receipt. So after driving an extra half hour out of my normal commute, and taking into account going home and coming back meant a 2 hour round trip extra, no thanks. Will return in another Advance and shop at Bonds or Napa in the future.

In between this store and Bond Auto for parts, service is good at Advance and Bond, but prices are sometimes better at Advance, depending on the part, or deals going on.
