Went in for RV tires, Rob treated me fairly and honestly. Service and price was excellent. Service was on schedule. Highly recommend Pete's Tire.

Have always had good reliable service with petes. Always sound advice on the tires I buy as well as assurance they are the right ones. The service truck has also helped my small town out with loader and grader tire issues and the tech has always explained and been extremely knowledge able of what happened and why. Would recommend them anytime

Did a great job putting new tires on my kubota rims. The rims were a mess and they helped me out every step of the way getting them fixed. Good hardworking young guys doing the leg work and a lot of knowledge and experience in the guy running the place. Everyone was very friendly. My go to place for tires. Just as good as when it was Rouse tire

Excellent service and even better prices. Super knowledgeable staff will help you find exactly what you want. Yes, they can be very busy. But it's just another reason why you want to go here. They know what they are doing.Make an appointment and make it easier. Or go somewhere else and make it more difficult.Price and time quotes both always accurate. I hate when my car is not done when I am told it will be (aside from an unforeseen issue).Never disappointed when I go here. Thanks Team Rouse!!!!

This is an amazing place to go for tires and anything else you can think of for your vehicle. An honest place that is affordable and if you don't live in Middlebury it is a beautiful drive. You have nothing to worry about coming here. You won't regret it. This is where I'll be bringing my car to be fixed from now on. I travel here from Burlington and it's totally worth the drive and piece of mind. Plus you'll love the labs that spend time with you while you wait for your vehicle.

The good news is that the workers are the same great people it seems like! The bad news is "NEW MANAGEMENT-NEW PRICES."We had a tractor tire that had a valve stem break about a month ago. We called Rouse (already Pete's by then) and they said it would be a while before they could get the truck out to us. So we trailered the tire to the shop and they replaced the tube. It was a $145 job ($70 tube + 1 hour labor). They said they would have preferred to have the tire on the tractor. So about a month later, we had to have the other tire tube replaced. They couldn't send the truck any time soon so the tractor was driven to the shop to make it easier. This time the job was now $235 ($90 for the same size tube, $80 flat fee for ag tire mount/dismount, PLUS another 0.5 hour labor). Their pricing structure has changed with new ownership so be prepared for new prices if they used to be your go to shop.

Honestly, pretty disappointed. I made an appointment to have my tires done(one week in advance), and I arrive 5 minutes early to find out they never scheduled the appointment. I drove over an hour to go there. Weak. I purchased the tires regardless and they slightly discounted them for me, thus the two stars instead of one.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. This happened to me 3 years ago. I took my vehicle in to have my snow tires put on my car. They took my vehicle into a bay and started work on it. After an hour and a half They told me they were unable to remove the tire from the rims even with there new tire machine! I took my car to another location and they were able to do the work without any trouble.

I am just passing through and noticed my RAM 3500 Dually was wobbling. After a quick Google search I chose Rouse based on the stellar reviews.Without an appointment I walked in at 11:45 on a weekday and was immediately greeted. One of the mechanics (Nathanial) was willing to postpone his lunch to take a look.Turns out I had a broken belt and they had the replacement in stock. I bought my truck used and never knew that it could drive so smoothly!Kudos to Rouse and to Nathanial for getting me out the door quickly with the correct tires at a fair price. I only wished I lived nearby, I would have my tire store!

While on vacation here, we started hearing a random pop sound coming from the front drivers tire area after going up/down the Mt. Mansfield toll road. We wanted to get it checked out before our long drive back home. We popped in around 9:30 am, they inspected our van right away and let us know we would be fine for the drive. Thanks so much to Steven for taking good care of us!

Rouse Tire is such an amazing place in that you rarely find someone who cares about doing right for their customers these days as John Rouse. I have been going there since I started driving for tires and repairs on vehicles. He has always made it a priority to keep us informed about what is going on and won't try and sell you something you dont need. Prices are very fair both on tires and labor, and he stands behind the work done there 100%. Honestly you couldn't ask for a better person to work with.

Rouse Tire Sales, Inc. in Middlebury, Vermont is a automotive repair shop off US-7. Their staff are super nice and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about tires and can help you find the tires for your vehicle that fits your needs and budget. They can pretty much get most bands available. They do recommend that you make an appointment with them, but they sometimes can squeeze you in. Just give them a call or stop by and they will gladly assist you.

Poor buisness. Poor management. Very poor customer service. If you can't do the job, don't try! Your whole business messed up our car more and was unsafe for the road and said it's safe to drive being pregnant and having a 3 year old in the car!! My family and I have went here for over ten years and this will be the last time you get our buisness. Paid almost $300 for something that was done incorrectly and had to be redone and repaid for. Not to mention going in no check engine light on coming out with the check engine light on and having to replace a $250 sensor. Way more problems with it after bringing it there. No refund, getting the run around on how it's not there fault and blah blah blah. They went very much down hill after going from New Haven Tire to Pete's.

Since taking over the Middlebury vt store and letting all the previous people go the service sucks. The place is like a ghost town. I guess I will have to start driving another 40 miles

Honest guys, can get most car repair done there. Get your tires and other parts at reasonable prices. Thorough inspections. Wife went there to change her Honda Civic's zero weight oil, charged her $36. Would have been $52 with coupon at Sears Automotive. Friendly.

Long hours, they overcharge you for bolts, tire pressure sensors and other small components. They also don t usually test your tire if there is a leak. I had to wait at least 2 hours there with an appointment.

I took my truck there for new ball joints, wheel bearings, and u joints. I'm not totally convinced issue is completely fixed. Also, I had to go back because the abs sensor wire was installed wrong and rotor chewed through it in a few miles.

Very nice people and very good prices, but every time I get my tires switched over for the season, I always end up having a problem. Minor or not, very frustrating when it happens 3 times in a row.

Moving to Vermont in February from a southern state left us in desperate need of snow tires. John was able to get them in for both our cars overnight, and had them installed and ready to hit the road in less than 24 hours.

I first purchased tires for my tractor from Rouse about 4 years ago by a recommendation from a friend. Now I buy my truck and car tires, get all my non-warranty vehicle work done here. I purchased tires 2 years ago from Rouse Tire and within the first 30,000 miles, the tread wore out. Johnny pro-rated the tires and put even better ones on for no additional cost. Now that's customer service!

The people working here are phenomenal, and so is the work they do. You also can't beat the prices. I would highly recommend this place over all others for tire and wheel work.

I ve had some lousy tire changes and long waits with high fees. I do enjoy the maple syrup sold there but I would rather get it from a sugar house.
