MiddState Towing was very helpful and getting us a short tow when our truck blew a serpentine belt. Quick easy and painless. Late at night too! Always hate getting someone up and added away from the family so late night, but these folks were great.

My experience with MiddState Towing was outstanding. They responded immediately to my service request late on a Sunday night and I was in touch with the tow operator within 5 minutes. My disabled vehicle was retrieved and delivered to the requested destination right away. Excellent and friendly service - if only every business operated like this.

Unbelievable experience with them. Broke down on a Sunday in the middle of nowhere and within 20 minutes loaded up heading to find some place open to fix. Nobody could but the owners dedication and determination to get me on the road was impeccable. Drove to a local Tractor Supply and helped with parts I needed to continue on. The only bad thing I can say is unfortunately they are 5 hours from where I live. Highly recommended and truly a good honest helpful and highly motivated owner who truly cares. I thank you dearly

Best tow experience of my life! Joe came to pick up my jeep because it would not start and he started checking things out and found the problem and repaired it! This really made my day! Thank you Mid State Towing I will always call you for help.

I recently completed the 2+ year construction on my Tiny house and was ready to make the move to land I would be living on. Needless to say I was SO anxious to move the structure; I paid for and built the house (with the help from my family) and was really scared for the house to go down the road. Joe at MiddState Towing put me to easy and made me feel comfortable. He showed up with the right equipment for the job, a smile on his face, and an energy of confidence. Joe was so friendly and took the time to ask about my house, answer the various questions I had, as well as made stops along the way just to make sure that everything was going okay. I cannot thank Joe and the MiddState team enough for moving my house for me!I cannot recommend MiddState enough, they were great with communication, flexible with planning and above all, respectful and careful with my home and property.THANK YOU!

I am from Minnesota and was recently on a job site in Middlebury VT. I went ahead and got a 5k forklift buried at the end of the job. I did a little research and found Midstate Towing Co.... Not only were they extremely friendly, they were on site in under 10 minutes and Joe knew exactly what to do. Would 100% recommend them every time.

Wish I can say I had a good experience but when you call to have your car unlocked you expect at least decent customer service. He said he'd be at our location in 10-15 minutes and was asked to call when he got there which he agreed to. 25 minutes later after waiting in the store nothing. My wife walked out to find him getting someone else's vehicle unlocked. Then he didn't even charge her. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes to give someone who wasn't giving them the business our services? And he didn't charge her but couldn't decide how much to charge us, 2 different fees? Were we paying for her service? She even stopped to asked about it and he said she was good? I'm livid about this ..so why did we have to pay and someone who poached our service did not? Will tell everyone we know to not use this company. Unprofessional!!

I have never written a review before on google, but this company deserves to me my first! After ending up down an embankment, this company was able to quickly get my car out with NO damage to the car. The first tow truck arrived when it promised, and the driver realized he will need another truck. Instead trying to do a bad job with one truck, potentially causing damage to the vehicle, he waited until another tow truck arrived to start the recovery process. In the end, the three people who came to help were beyond professional and kind. They ensured we were safe the whole time. In the end of this whole ordeal, all the car needs is a simple tire alignment!

Incredible service. We had a disaster on our hands a long ways from home and Joe came to our rescue. He provided excellent service and at a fair price. Hopefully we don't need another tow anytime soon, but if we do MiddState Towing will be our first call. This day in age you seldom find people like Joe and the folks at MiddState Towing. Joe from MiddState towed my tiny house for a 9.5 hour trip to its new home. This was precious cargo that I was very stressed about having transported and middstate did such a wonderful job- I fully trusted my home in their care. Once the tiny home arrived at the final destination the driveway was icy and Joey went above and beyond to ensure that it was safely maneuvered into position. I highly recommend MiddState towing! My dog locked the car with my keys, wallet and everything inside. They arrived quickly and then efficiently got the door unlocked. This is the second time my husband had the pleasure of needing this company. They a very friendly and helpful. His first experience was with Mason, who not only towed the car to the garage, but, also brought him back to the store where he was working. Today, Steve came out and helped change our flat, (our car jack broke), and noticed the tire waa low on air and offered to fill it. Apologizing for the other 2 companies passed on helping us through AAA. I recommend using this company for any car need. They are fast and great people. 10/10Service: Tire change

I recently hired MiddState Towing to move a specialized piece of equipment from Burlington, VT to Portsmouth, NH. All communications with MiddState were prompt and professional. Our timeline was short, but they turned around a quote for us quickly. MiddState sent a driver to inspect the trailer prior to departure and greased some bearings for us. They also gave me with peace of mind by providing us with Certificate of Insurance for the move. MiddState delivered the trailer with no issues at all and represented our company well. I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for similar service.

Joey was completely flexible with scheduling around weather and availability of both parties involved in moving a tiny house. Although we had an agreement to move it, we had not set a date based on actual closing of the purchase and weather. The morning of the closing, we had a nice weather window and they made it work to move it the day of with little notice. We called today after the hitch on our trailer broke and ended up in the ditch with a everything for our new house that we bought today. Joey was there within 10 minutes of the call. He was very friendly and got the job done even with the trailer in the most unusual spot! We definitely recommend this company and will definitely be calling in the future for anything we might need!

Who ya gonna call when your car "has no oil pressure" and you're forced to end your trip at a rest stop in Sharon, Vt.? MiddState Towing! Despite the hour and the distance Mason made the trek, loaded my ailing Volvo onto the towing bed, and drove us back over the mountains to Middlebury where he kindly waited with me until my Hubble arrived to drive me home. This morning, he will drop my car off at Packard Auto, best Volvo mechanics in the state, and all should be well again soon. Totally reasonable towing rates, clearly willing to go out of their way to rescue me, and fun conversation on the long drive home. Thanks for a great experience.

I just had Joe and his team haul my 27 foot boat (10 foot beam) from the lake to my property in Richmond. I was nervous of course but they were completely professional and handled the big load easily, even on my uneven dirt road. I was notified that my daughter had been in an accident in Vermont I had a 7 hour drive to get there to find her in the hospitals the following day I needed to find her vehicle and was notified that it was at Mid-State towing company when I called to see if I could go there to get the things out of the vehicle they were polite courteous and very professional after I received all the things out of the vehicle I was asking where the accident happened and what happened it seemed that the accident had they happened right in the very front yard of Mid-State Towing and she had run into the back of one of Mid-State towings trucks even after all of this the people there were very courteous polite and asking about my daughter's condition there was never a mention that she had run into the back of one of their trucks I appreciate all of the help that they have done and give them a five-star rating they also have some really cool Ducati and Triumph Motorcycles in the showroomService: Car towing

Mason was really skillful about placing the house in the specific location I chose. He even stayed a few extra minutes to help with leveling and stabilizing. Recently a car left the road and wedged itself among some trees and boulders on our property. Middstate Towing came and extracted the car without further damage to our trees. They also picked up the debris field left by the damaged car. Professional! I can't thank Midstate State towing enough! My work vehicle broke down in Middlebury, VT this past weekend late at night, and your driver (Mason, I believe) was so incredibly helpful. He towed it all the way back to West Lebanon, NH despite the less than ideal road and weather conditions. He was great! Without him and Midstate Towing, I would have been stranded due to the lack of available tow trucks in the area.Thank you for all of your help!
