Went in not even a full week ago to get my car inspected. Slapped an inspection sticker on there without informing me my power steering was failing. Drove an hour away from home for it to tell me to service my power steering not even 72 hours from being in their shop.

This has only been Gill Point S for a few years now. I've been going to these guys for the past few years and have been pleasantly surprised with the work they have done. They seem to be honest and don't charge an arm and a leg for their services. Trying to contact them by phone is a little challenging because they are very busy. They have taken care of us much better than Handy Toyota and will continue to go here while I live locally. John is very polite to speak with on the phone and will try and fit you in as best they can. It's always good practice to set up your appointment ahead of time, but they have accommodated us at very short notice. They keep your name and vehicle on file, and even ask you how your vehicle is doing. (they replaced a part on my Honda) I came in for a service a while later and he asked me how the part was holding up. Keep up the good work, guys!

What great customer service! Corbin at the front desk is one the most professional young man. Very refreshing to see a young man with such knowledge and customer service skills. I enjoy interacting with him and watching him with others. Gills is blessed to have such a great employee. Gills is always very busy so call in advance. While I was waiting, they always made time for the people dropping in for tire health issues. I have two cars and have been in communication with them a lot during Summer/Fall of 2022. They have done my oil changes, undercoating, winter tires, and help me purchase responsible priced wheels. They have a loyalty program so be sure to sign up and save some money.

Good place to go. Good selections of tires or can get it quickly. They also are very patient handling with the warranty company. They will not make you feel bad.

Excellent customer service from Corbin over the phone. He is very knowledgeable about winterizing vehicles, tires and competitive pricing. This autoshop is fortunate to have a gentlemen like Corbin on the team

I got my winter tires changed over here. I had a confusing setup of some rims rotating and sensors getting installed and whatnot, but they had it done no questions asked in under an hour. Good price and excellent communication along the way.

Just had them replace the struts on my car for inspection. Very happy with the work they did. Very professional, very courteous. I will certainly continue to bring my car here when it needs work done.

They were swamped when I got there, but could see the staff hustling to gitrdone. I decided early on to be patient, as its tire swapping season in Vermont. Got a courteous, professional greeting and although I waited a significant while, was treated very well at payment time. Excellent service experience!

I was so happy that Gills was able to check out my tires that had a horrible vibration since getting them put on at Tire Warehouse in Berlin, VT (worst experience ever). I called first thing and was able to drop it off for them to look at. Not only did they rebalance my tires but also discovered that Tire Warehouse did not put the spacer rings in that are supposed to go with the wheel. They were professional, courteous and reasonable for pricing as well. I will return.

When I came out of Price Chopper with the real feel being nearly one hundred degrees, my car wouldn't start. Lucky for me right across the street was Vianor (Gills Point S Tire & Auto - Morrisville). They immediately came out in the scorching heat across the street to the Price Chopper parking lot to try and give my car a boost. After getting my car started they told me that the battery needed to be cleaned and invited me to come across the street to clean it free of charge. They were very knowledgeable and extremely kind and helpful. Being that I'm from out of town I don't know when I'll be back, but if one ever needs any service when in or around Morrisville I'd highly recommend them.

I came in for a flat which turned out to be caused by a crack in a wheel. Before I even returned for the car, Corbyn had arranged for a local shop to weld the wheel, a mechanic to bring it over and pick it up, and the tire to be remounted (all subject to my approval) - total cost $60 including the weld. I was back on the road in hours instead of waiting days for a new and expensive wheel. While waiting, I had a chance to see the same concern and imitative applied to other customers' problems.

I brought my 2004 Accord here to swap my Summers to snows, complete some brake work, state inspection, and align the vehicle (they give you a receipt of how much your vehicle was unaligned by) I'm very happy with the work that was done and the price. Dakota at the front desk was extra helpful in advising me on what I should do to tune up my vehicle, get back to me with a price, and book an appointment. Thanks!

Always professional and expedient, do a great job, and are pleasant to work with. Someone at Vianor stuck around 10 minutes after closing on a Saturday so I could pick up my car. Highly recommended!

I blew a radiator hose on my service van and these guys went above and beyond getting a universal hose and getting me back on the road so I could make it home. It was a temporary fix but it did the job and I made it back to the shop. Thank you for a repair and I appreciate the help.

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They never overcharge me, which as a woman I can sometimes find to be the case. They're also upfront with estimates and let you know if your car is actually worth fixing or not. I'll never go anywhere else.

Vianor is the worst automotive service I have ever experienced. I had taken my truck in for brake and power steering service. When I picked up my truck, the check engine light was on and the engine started really rough. I immediately showed them this before I left and they couldn't figure it out. They said I would be fine to drive and bring it back another time. Tonight, I broke down in the freezing cold and had to get it towed to another mechanic. The mechanic at vianor admitted he touched some wiring in my engine that has nothing do with brake or steering repair. I would highly recommend not taking your car to them for service. This was my first time at vianor and my last.

Staff was nice. I was disappointed though.Staff should check what tires a customer needs for their vehicle when they set the appointment so that they would have the tires the customer needs for the car when they show up to the appointment.

Couldn't offer an appointment for my state inspection in time for the mandated state inspection time (15 days). Offered no explanation. Why do you guys offer state inspections if you refuse to perform them according to the state's laws?

Charge a flat rate and don t tell u that s what they are doing had my vehicle for 2 hours but my bill shows four hours of labor being charged they had several excuses why it is what it is I ve heard at least 3 excuses and still not results would not recommend they need to figure out how to charge people for the work they did not the time they think it should take very disappointed wil never return again still waiting to hear about a refund

Terrible service. Misquoted me several times and suggested work that did not need to be done. Charged me for studded tires when they didn't put them on nor did I ask for studded tires.
