Great place . Dave and his team are awesome . Fair pricing . Knowledgeable mechanics .Fixed my headlights . There was a short and they cleaned out a nest mice made in the engine . Lights are now are their best behavior . Lol

I had a lot of repairs needed on my 08 Tundra. Dave's crew said they could turn it around in one day, and they did. With everything completed and fixed. Fair prices, great people. Hate to recommend them too much as it will make it harder for me to get an appointment the next time I need a good mechanic.

Such a wonderful, friendly place! I would give them five stars again and again. This is the only place that I will take my car in town now. Worth the wait and all of the mechanics are great.

Give one star had my step daughter car worked on there they over charged her broke her abs sensor and charge her for it employee fighting and called about work dave said he would call me back never got a returned call be aware if you have your car worked on and they break it they will not cover it they will make you pay I been working on cars and fair to all my customers if I break it will eat the cost not charge you for said part I don t think you run a shop or business

I brought my car for an oil change October 16th. The following Monday my check engine light came on. Went to two different garages found out my oil was never changed and they ruined the filter. 1500 in repairs only to find out I needed new oil. Mind you I still had 2,000 before needing a change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Dave's is one of the best shops I have gone to. They are the only ones that I let work on my truck. They are very reasonable in prices. They do amazing work. They are very friendly and professional. I had never used their shop before, but by recommendation made a call to them.Explaining that I had my own parts for a job I could no longer tackle, they said no problem, quoted me a price, and I left the vehicle with no timeline on my end.As they quoted, it was done when they said it would be, and even saved me a little money!! My husband and I are not from around here. We showed up with a donut on our van after noticing we had a flat tire in the middle of our vacation. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes for only $30 to fix our tire and put it back on. Really lucky to find someone that doesn t make a living out of overcharing people since I thought this was going to cost a good bit more. Fast and friendly. Highly recommend.Service: Tires

Dave's garage has what I look for when im deciding on who's fixing my cars, honesty, price and availability. The wife does an amazing job on making sure people are booked accordingly and communicating afterwards to see how the car is doing. Dave has great customer service he is honest and upfront. He doesn't just put a bandaid over the issue he gets to the root of it and does a great job with the work he does and gets you the best deal he can find which is awesome for some of us like me who's low income. He's got a great team that are friendly courteous and know what they are doing. They take pride in their work and it shows. I will always bring my cars in as well as those who are looking for mechanics. I highly recommend trying them out.

I was referred to go to Dave's Garage from two friends who bring their cars there and I see why. Dave and his team are very thorough and do a great job. They explain what's going on and their reasoning behind any work, either suggest or required, for state inspection. My truck runs great thanks to them

Dave is very knowledgeable and fixed my car when other garages couldn't. Him and his staff are very pleasant to deal with and I would recommend him highly to anyone. If your car needs repairs you can't go wrong going to Dave's Garage

I looked up garages near Milton while stranded on the side of the road, and called Dave s after seeing a few good reviews. He acknowledged my problem, set up a time that week with an effort to get my car in earlier if they had a break in work. The next day, they called and said that they were able to get the job done quickly and easy with a VERY digestible price with used parts they had around the shop (my car is 18 years old so this is ideal for me!) and that it was ready two days earlier than planned. Awesome! The employees were friendly and professional when I picked up my car. Today, two days later, Dave actually called me to make sure that the fox did the job and that my car was running okay! I was BLOWN out of the water, and they ve secured my business for the near future! Thanks Dave!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am so disappointed, I went here initially to install my new rims and tires they scratched the rims and try to tell me I hit them somewhere else. On top of that three trips and the rims and tires are yet to be fixed, back and fourth with them and I paid for the service now it will cost me again to go somewhere else to get it properly done.

My Malibu had a misfire from hell, honestly thought the motor was gone, car was limp. Really needed my car for work, they got me in on last minute notice, ran diagnostics and it was only the ignition coils. Service was great and honest as usual, price was fair and I was even offered some homemade lasagna while we were waiting for the coils to arrive. It tasted great. 10/10 will go again when my car has another issue.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Outstanding service, extremely talented, fair and kind. Dave is a hands on owner that works as a technician and owner. The shop is skilled in imports and high end German cars. Family owned and operated where you can build a relationship with your technician. Great place and environment

I hate to write this because Dave means well, but don t come here if you have places to be the same day of your appointment. I ve waited HOURS at the shop when Dave told me service would only take an hour. Had an appointment at 1:00 to get my back brakes replaced, came back at 2:00 as Dave recommended, and they hadn t even started working on my car. This situation has happened every time I ve visited Dave s no exaggeration. No compensation/discount or apology from Dave. Also if you re COVID conscious, don t come here. Not a single mask in sight.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I've jumped around with a lot of different mechanics in the past few years, now Dave's is the only garage I will bring my car to. They do great work for a very reasonable price. They are honest and will walk me through what work had to be done. When I told Dave I needed my car finished by the end of the day, Dave said "it will be done, I'll put 3 guys on it". Sure enough, when I showed up there were 3 guys underneath my car. They also managed to save me a few dollars!

My wife and I were having trouble with our Volvo on a little day trip and found Dave s Garage on route so we decided to try them out. Sure glad we did. Dave is super knowledgeable and very professional and honest. Wish we lived closer cuz we would be going there faithfully.

I am a mechanic with a tree service based out of town and needed a part for a truck I was working on. I called everywhere and no one had it. So I started calling local garages. When I called I talked to Dave and he had what I needed. I have worked in several garages and with several company's and I could tell Dave and his guys are top notch just from the few minutes I was there. If you are local and need work done give Dave a call. Very friendly

Dave and his team always hustle to make sure my 08 Volvo XC90 with 205,000 miles is road ready. He sources the best pricing on parts and is upfront when a job requires more time than expected.The shop has the latest equipment to diagnose and efficiently repair newer vehicles. I brought my Jeep to Dave after I started having problems with the ignition. He knew right away what the problem was and got me an appointment immediately. Fixed it within the timeframe that he gave me. Very reasonable rate. Very professional when I went in just to ask question about problem with my Jeep.

I stopped in after I noticed a load noise coming from the rear of my vechicle. Dave was busy but still managed to bring my SUV in and found the problem quickly. He was able to get the wheel bearing delivered right away and took care of the problem with in a couple hrs.

I called three of the shops in Milton... none open on a Saturday. So then I called AAA and the recommenced St. Albans or South Burlington. I needed a tire plugged as I was on the way to NEK. Called Dave and he said, Come on down and we will fix you right up. Great guys... great service.Update about a month or so later... My Explorer has been having issues with variations of rpm during constant speeds, especially going uphill. Brought it to Ford Service several times and they couldn't seem to fix it... or just didn't want to really figure it out. I brought it in to Dave's for an inspection add he diagnosed replacing some worn tie-rods and the problem with the transmission. I dropped it off last night and it was cheerfully returned to me this afternoon... showing the highest level of customer service. And as far as the trainy... this truck runs better than it ever has. Thanks Dave!d

Disrespect one GTI owner, you disrespect all of us. If you're incapable of installing coilovers, then don't take the job. Keep working on ford explorers and stay out of our way, DAVE.

Horrible mechanic, would never recommend. My car ended up with more damage when I left than when I arrived. Then he told me that all my new parts in my car were broken and needed replaced for astronomical prices, then tried to sell me one of his pieces of junk out back. Mechanic was also drunk on twisted tea the whole time.... I also notice that all of his glowing five star reviews all say the same exact thing, and are clearly fake. Steer clear of this shop, report to the better business bureau.

Took in my vehicle for engine work, and they eventually did the work but I had to keep hounding the owner for setting a reasonable expectation.Completion date kept moving further out, week after week... and I saw why. Most of the staff just stand around talking and chain smoking, leaning on customer's (my) car, and smoking -inside- the cabin of my vehicle. Which now stinks of cigarettes... I was recommended to go here because of specific Subaru knowledge and I was not impressed by the lack of knowledge presented.
