I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at McGee Chevrolet of Middlebury for my tire change over, oil change, and detailing needs. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations in every aspect..The detailing service was nothing short of impressive. My car looked brand new both inside and out after a long Vermont winter, thanks to the meticulous attention given to every nook and cranny.Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations. The professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail demonstrated by the staff were exemplary. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of automotive care. Got my oil changed at Mcgee and had a great experience. The timing was inside of expectations, at the right quality and at the communicated price. Kurt is easy to deal with and called me as soon as it was ready. Glad our local dealership is back in local ownership as well. LETS GO MIDDLEBURY!

People are friendly. However charges applied are rediculous and when asked to perform a particular procedure, being charged for diagnostics, and still not doing the procedure as asked is infuriating. Im unable to be present while vehicle is being serviced because my job is too demanding. I am thorough on detail of what i want done. 2 out of 4 things were done to my expectations.

Most everything great!Was alittle angry that I was not informed that my free oil changes that I paid extra money for ran out wihen my warranty did !!!!When I purchased the extra I was not told about that would happen !!Tried many times to talk to someone when it was Middlebury Chevrolet to get an other warranty!!!!And the man would never return my calls!!!I'm hoping it's going to be much better now that Mcgee / Corey things will change for the better!!!Lisa
