Absolutely pleasure doing buisness with these guys. Helped me Into my 2019 f650 ramp truck!! And even when things didn t go as planned they still made sure I left with the truck that day!! Andy and Darcy made this experience great for us ..

***At Your Own Risk***They don t provide insurance, should have been a red flag for me. Local people who have rented from them told me after I told them of my troubles with them that they got dropped because they tried to file claims against both the renter AND against their own insurance to double dip.As for my issue, I drove over anchor bolts I had set that were up 1 1/2 at the tallest and the wire harness got caught. I googled ground clearance for that model and all documentation shows 2.4 clearance. If those bolts were too tall the lift would have hit on the front end and bent the bolt over before it even got to the wire harness. The wire harness was also all tapes up with yellow electrical tape because it has obviously happened another time. They sent me an $800+ bill for repairs and then charged me for rent for the days that is was out of service.If I lived in the area I would have fought that just for the principal of it and there s no doubt I would have won. Instead we negotiated and I ended up paying a total of $325 repair and still the full weeks rent of $300Other issues include being quoted $100 for delivery, $100 for pickup for 2 lifts and then charged$200 for delivery, $200 for pickup and saying that it s our standard rate. I was only 15 min away.The Lift that stayed with me lost charge after 6 hours of regular use. They told me to plug it into the charger while I used it. Said that s normal.I rent a lot of equipment throughout the year, none of this is normal. Go with the big guy, United or Sunbelt. I ve learned my lesson the hard way.

I have dealt with G Stone Commercial and G Stone Motors for many years and can say that the Service is second to none. I have bought vehicles from both and can t say enough about how I was treated. Everyone there makes you feel special. They go out of their way to first say hello, then give you the service you don t really expect. All I can really say is that it s a wonderful place to do Business. Thanks to Gardner, Darcy & Todd Stone and Staff.

In the past week, we've purchased 2 items from them. A new Bri-Mar dump trailer and a new Doosan mini excavator. Jamie McCray, Darcy Hubbard and Tom Hubbard were all very helpful with these transactions. They are very knowledgeable of their equipment and it was a pleasure to do business with them. We high recommend them for your equipment purchases.

Jaime McCray helped me buy the first trailer for my new business and it was totally painless. Great experience at the parts counter getting accessories also. They had what I needed right in stock. Thanks a ton! Class A operation there!

As an employee in the service side I see the lengths we go to make sure the customer is happy. Whether it's a sale, rental or retail the work is completed correctly and in a timely manner. These folks will do everything in their power to make the customer happy. Whatever it takes is our motto, and we stand by it.

Bought not one but two trucks from G. Stone Commercial and Andy. They were awesome and made the process a breeze. Looking forward to the next truck soon :)! Highly recommend them if your looking for a tow truck or flatbed.

Andy Doaner, how did he get to be Sales Manager? 3pm Friday 2/14 we agreed on a price and trade in on my carrier, the one I bought from him a year and half ago. He faxed my bank purchase order and a copy of the title. We knew Monday was Presidents Day and the bank wouldn't be open. the check would be sent out Tuesday am next day air.He sold the truck out from underneath me on Monday! Needless to say, I will never do business with G. Stone Commercial again!-Corey Recycling

The whole crew always make sure my needs are token care of. I have never had to bring back something after it was repaired. Warrenty work was always quick and with out delay. THEY KNOW SERVICE, even after the sale!

Highly recommend this family owned and operated business. Have bought two trucks and a trailer and plan on returning. Alway felt welcome and have always been helpful getting what I need and find a way to get it done

Have your vehicle inspected by someone else before buying. Bought a truck in October of 2017. A/C wasn t working before I signed the paperwork. They ran it down to their dealership, came back said it just needed to be recharged. A/C quit 3 days later. $2000 later it s fixed.

Had Financing in place Friday through their referral and sold used truck on SaturdayTold me I should ve put a deposit on itIf I m going through your finance guy don t you think I should be a shoe in ?GUESS NOT !!!!!!Bad business practice Maybe there s a reason I shouldn t have got that truck reading reviews
