we absolutely love Paul s. they have always gone above and beyond for us. they have always towed us when needed at a super fair price. our cars have always been assessed and repaired either same day it s dropped off, or a day later. they always explain everything in great detail, and do what they can to keep costs low. they are hands down the best mechanics in the area.

Absolute class act top to bottom. Honest, professional and very reasonably priced. They have the most incredibly polite staff, I am always happy to recommend them. If you re calling them you re already having a bad time but they make it as easy as it can be and are extremely trustworthy & thorough. Paul and his team took care of my son Henry whose car broke down in the middle of nowhere . He got towed and car repaired by Paul s. They are very professional, responsible and treated us well and fairly. Not many like them left in this great country of ours! Click and Clack, The Tappet Brothers would be proud of Paul and Jason!!

First of all my name is Denise taliaferro and me and my son was broke down on the side of the road with a 3 year old autistic child and we cammed for towing it was 78 degrees outside . So they came and he looked and seen there was more then one person in the car and said he could go get a different truck to fit us all so I cancelled my ride and guess what he never came back to get us and never called to tell us he went on a different run, so if I didn't call back to see where he was we would have been out here until dark . My phone call back was not pleasent cause of my grandbaby in the car I would not recommend this towing company to anyone it is a joke. He also made me feel like it was my fault like I knew my car was going to break down you just don't do that to people especially a baby who doesn't know why he's stuck in a car so long this is the worst ever

When you're having a terrible day, a friendly face can really make all the difference. We were stressed and tired stranded in the snow when Mark and his wife Shannon came to our rescue. Going above and beyond to find a truck that could reach us on a remote, snowy road, they were calm and understanding and got right to work, joking with us and putting us right at ease. I'll remember their kindness on a difficult day for a long time.

I was very disappointed. My Car battery died and after a night in the cold in my car I was able to borrow a phone and call for a jump start. They opened at 8am. I called at 8am. I was located a 4 minute drive away from the depo, and they finally got to me at 10;30, and still had the audacity to charge me the full $95.Services: Battery service, BatteryServices: Battery service, Battery

The company is very unprofessional drivers are rude and aggressive. I ve never seen such threatening behavior from a tow truck driver all over the road using no signals driving fast behind people making them uncomfortable that they feel they need to move out the way and if you call the company to mention that they ll hang up on you.

Gentle slide half off icy road, no damage, but spinning my tires. Dustin left vehicle in park, strapped to wheels instead of my heavy duty tow hooks. Caused severe mechanical damage during simple extraction that left my suv undrivable , then left it in roadway overnight despite promising me he would hit it that night. Snapped my steering shaft and pitman arm! Cost me $725 to repair! Owner Paul refused to pay for damages his operator caused and calls me a liar. Dustin now s lies about the whole episode and Paul swears to it. So much for taking responsibility for your sloppy work! Avoid this company.

We were visiting Manchester in July when my AC stopped working. Paul s was able to get me in for an appointment the next business day, and even fixed the problem hours before the scheduled time after I dropped it off early. They were kind, helpful, identified and fixed the problem, charged a very reasonable price, and saved our vacation!

Do not use this service. We were partnered with them through our rental car coming and this company lied and cancelled our car towing but kept updating our car rental that they were coming. We waited almost 4 hours and called multiple times.Called multiple times only to have them tell me they cancelled it because they couldn t reach me two minutes after they texted saying they were coming. Dropped my call and then stopped picking up the phone. These people need to be reported.Service: Car towing

Prompt and professional service. Paul was a pleasure to work with. He towed our car to the nearest dealership and made a lousy situation much better with his timeliness and conversation. I hope dinner was still hot when you got home.
