Dorr oil is responsible and reliable. Their office staff is always willing to help out with billing. There service tech's are also honest and professional. I would give them a 10 if I could.

I left Dorr Oil a few years ago. Then some of my friends said they were really improving. I have now been back for 2 years. They are so customer focused, pleasant, quick to action and reliable. I could not be happier. The folks at the office and the delivery teams are just fabulous.

Dorr has been there every time we ran into a problem. They're prompt, courteous, efficient, and their customer service is wonderful. Thank you all for a job well done! Since Don Dorr sold the company, however, the pricing has been higher than others in the area.

Dorr Oil and Propane has consistently provide prompt, courteous service with a very knowledgeable staff! The office staff is always friendly and cordial and try to resolve any question or inquiry! Scheduling a yearly maintenance check up on our furnace is always hassle free; Dorr s Service crew completes a thorough check of every mechanism and exhaust system to assure our safety. Household safety is top priority for Dorr s crew which we are most appreciative! Thanks for the continued partnership!

We moved to Dorset Vermont several years ago and have both our oil and propane with Dorr. They are a local company, provide me with a veterans discount and most importantly have always provided our energy needsThis is my second post. Dorr is still continuing to provide oil service on time and at a competitive price. They offered a second year of a contract and to date because of this relationship both Dorr and I have benefited given the spike in the price of oil. Good Job!

Everyone we've spoken to at Dorr whether it be for an oil delivery or to have our furnace serviced has been so friendly and helpful. Everyone at Dorr is professional and knowledgeable. We appreciate having the option of automatic oil delivery! Thank you all.

We had a lot of work being done installing a Generator for our entire home. We needed Dorr to fit us in while trying to coordinate multiple trades at our home. It is so hard to get the support you need at crunch time, and Dorr Propane really made a difference for us from the office staff to their professional service technician that did an incredible job. The people, quality of work, the prompt responses, friendliness...I am a world-class customer service complainer when I feel a company, top-down, doesn't adequately train/hire/equip its employees. I have been through two other companies and I am never disappointed with Dorr. So glad to have such a company in my zip code. Thank you!

We have had the best service with Dorr, weather it's in house or while they are delivering or servicing, always a pleasant experience! I have really only had experience with Felicia and Todd and they are both great, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous!

I call, get the price for propane and usually call one or two other places to compare. I own my tank so I shop around. Dorr is always the least expensive and the delivery is quick, usually the next day. Billing comes in about a week and have never had an issue. This is for a vacation home in VT and I do all of this from out of state.

We have been with Dorr Oil since 1999 when we bought the house. I called the other day to fill the tank as I always do and the woman on the phone took the time to inform me that oil was now at over $6 a gallon! I realized that it was going up (I had just filled my car with gas at $4.29) but couldn't believe it was that high.So instead of not bothering to inform me, filling my tank and then sending an astronomical bill, she worked with me to set a limit on how much to order. Thank you for taking the time and being so nice and not rude! Peace. Meesha & Paul

We live in Manchester Vt Brightwood road Bill and Mariela Dorr has serviced our oil needs for over 5 years. They are professional and responsible. Anytime we have had an issue they are quick and responsive.

Very easy to work with - customer service is friendly and they are quick to respond to urgent heating issues. Great online account view and payments - makes it quick to see past bills / deliveries and pay current bill seamlessly.

I was with another propane company that was charging me $3.99 a gallon and I was coming in to the winter season. With that in mind I went to Google and searched for a low priced fuel company and found Door Oil. They have been so good to me, a lot better than the last company. They treat me very good and I would them more stars if I could.

been with dorr sence 2000 and never had a problem,Ever since they changed hands there service has gone down hill,we were on a monthly delivery but after the third time running out of fuel and having a pipe freeze. We had a insurance adjuster come to the house and he said a least two dozen people going through dorr had the same problem.cause of running out of fuel and frozen pipes and flooding.

Just started using Dorr for oil an propane last year . Although scheduling a delivery can be a bit difficult, the automated delivery option has been great with a truck stopping by whenever in the area.

Joe Waite is very professional. He goes out of his way to make sure you have propane in a safe efficient manner.On a cold winters day it is very assuring to see the truck arrive to make sure you have a full tank of propane to get you thru.
