The second experience was completely awful. This is after a fabulous first experience. Bottom line customer service is not a priority.I scheduled both cars back to back to be serviced (tires and inspection). After arriving for drop off at the scheduled time the person at the front desk so they did not recall the conversation and did not have the appointments scheduled. Not only were they scheduled in my calendar, I showed the receptionist my phone with the calls from the week prior (time and date stamped). I called twice because I added state inspections. The receptionist failed to find a solution even though it was her fault for not scheduling in her calendar system.I would not recommend this shop. Clearly customer service is not a priority.

Brought my car here knowing I had family working in the shop. Made me wait months for a part that other shops found for me within days. Then when I brought it back because my car felt wrong they refused to test drive it or look at it that day when all four mechanics in the shop were doing nothing but smoking. Turns out my car felt wrong because they neglected to tell me I had a bad ball joint I should not have been driving on. They do good work if they want to work on your car. But if you're a female: don't bother coming here. You won't get any respect (clearly).

I used to always take my vehicles here but never again. New management apparently doesn't care about taking care of any past customers. They charged almost $300 just to MOUNT AND BALANCE a set of tires simply because they weren't purchased there.Also the wonderful customer service I had come to know and love from Bournes was non-existent.We want Grub back!

The tire replacement was fine and fast but no respect for distancing and protection: nobody wears masks, they take the car keys to drive the car in and out of the shop, touch the dashboard and doors without obvious precautionary measures or explanations. The person in the office does not wear a mask either...It was not a fun experience.

Have been going here for years..The new people that run it or own it now will never get any of our family's business again . Was told 50.00 a tire to put new ones on..200.00 for all 4...funny last year I payed 20 a tire 80.00 total....And very rude and didn't care...that was the price...never again

Take advantage of out of town people. 10 bucks to fill a tire. Couldn't imagine what a repair or replacement would cost.
